Abstract
涂布机下压桶清洁装置,用于解决涂料容易在下压桶上粘附的问题。在涂布机下压桶的底部的前侧设有前刮刀,在涂布机的下部滑动安装有滑块,在滑块与涂布机之间设有第一气缸,在滑块的顶部设有一对第二气缸,在第二气缸的活塞杆上固定有固定板,在固定板上固定有第一溶剂槽和第二溶剂槽,在第一溶剂槽中设有毛毡,毛毡通过输送管与涂料泵连通,在第一溶剂槽的底部设有漏料孔;在第二溶剂槽中设有后刮刀,当第一、第二气缸活塞杆完全伸出后毛毡与下压桶的底部接触,前刮刀与下压桶底部的前侧接触,后刮刀与下压桶底部的后侧接触。通过本发明可有效刮除下压桶上的涂料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂布机技术领域,具体地说是一种涂布机下压桶清洁装置。
背景技术
涂布机是将涂料均匀涂在铁皮表面上的一种机械设备,防止铁皮被腐蚀或与内容物发生反应,延长被包装物品保质期。涂布机广泛应用于鞋材、电子行业、海绵、布料、薄膜、纸张、铁皮等的表面涂布生产工艺,而辊式涂布是涂布辊向涂布面施以涂料,其高效率自动化生产可极大提高生产效率。
但是现有辊式涂布机在进行涂布作业时,由于刮刀的磨损等原因导致涂布物反面带料等不良现象出现,产生的不良品经人工擦拭烘干后处理起来比较麻烦甚至报废处理,生产效率低下甚至影响到后续工序的进行。
目前,还未有好的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涂布机下压桶清洁装置,用于解决涂料容易在下压桶上粘附的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:涂布机下压桶清洁装置,在涂布机下压桶的底部的前侧设有前刮刀,其特征是,在所述涂布机的下部滑动安装有可在水平面内移动的滑块,在所述滑块与涂布机之间设有第一气缸,在所述滑块的顶部设有一对竖向放置的第二气缸,在所述第二气缸的活塞杆上固定有固定板,在所述固定板上固定有并排设置的第一溶剂槽和第二溶剂槽,在所述第一溶剂槽中设有毛毡,所述毛毡通过输送管与涂料泵连通,所述涂料泵抽取稀释剂桶中的稀释剂经输送管输送至毛毡上,在所述第一溶剂槽的底部设有漏料孔,所述毛毡上的稀释液经漏料孔回流至稀释剂桶中;在所述第二溶剂槽中设有后刮刀,当第一、第二气缸活塞杆完全伸出后毛毡与下压桶的底部接触,前刮刀与下压桶底部的前侧接触,后刮刀与下压桶底部的后侧接触。
进一步地,所述毛毡为长条形,在所述毛毡上设有长条孔。
进一步地,所述毛毡通过螺栓固定在第一溶剂槽中。
进一步地,在所述涂布机上设有第三气缸,当第三气缸的活塞杆完全伸出后,第三气缸的活塞杆与第二溶剂槽接触。
进一步地,所述前刮刀和后刮刀均为铁氟龙材质制作而成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的涂布机下压桶清洁装置和现有技术相比,具有以下突出的有益效果:下压桶在经过前刮刀清洁后,再经过第一溶剂槽浸泡,最后经过后刮刀清洁,采取2道刮刀清洁方式,减少因停机磨刀频次,增加了前刮刀使用寿命,不需再反复停机处理,大大提高了生产效率且保证了产品品质。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示,本发明主要包括滑块4、第一气缸41、第二气缸42、固定板43、第三气缸44、第一溶剂槽5、毛毡51、第二溶剂槽6、前刮刀61和后刮刀62,下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述。
如图1、图2所示,上压桶1和下压桶2均设置在涂布机上,上压桶与下压桶配合作用用于铁皮的输送以及将涂料压在铁皮上,进而实现涂料作业。在下压桶的下方设有滑块4,滑块与涂布机滑动连接,在涂布机与滑块之间设有第一气缸41,通过第一气缸的活塞杆的伸缩实现滑块在水平面内的移动,当第一气缸的活塞杆完全伸出后,滑块位于下压桶的正下方。在滑块的顶部固定有一对竖向放置的第二气缸42,两第二气缸的型号相同且两者同步动作。在两第二气缸的活塞杆上固定有固定板43,如图3所示,在固定板上固定安装有并排设置的第一溶剂槽5和第二溶剂槽6,在第一溶剂槽中通过螺栓固定有毛毡51,毛毡整体长条形,在毛毡上设有长条孔,使得毛毡成为中空结构,毛毡通过输送管与涂料泵连接,涂料泵可抽取稀释液并将稀释液涂抹在毛毡上。在第一溶剂槽中设有漏料孔52,毛毡上的稀释液经漏料孔回流至盛装有稀释液的稀释剂桶中。第二溶剂槽6与第一溶剂槽固定连接,第二溶剂槽设置于第一溶剂槽的后侧,在第二溶剂槽中设置有后刮刀62,如图5所示,前刮刀61则设置在第一溶剂槽的前侧。前刮刀和后刮刀采用铁氟龙材质,以避免下压桶的刮伤。
工作时,第一气缸活塞杆伸出,将滑块推至下压桶的正下方;随后第二气缸活塞杆伸出,将固定板向上托举直至到达第二气缸的最大行程,此时毛毡与下压桶的底部接触,后刮刀与下压桶底部的后侧接触,然后驱动前刮刀与下压桶底部的前侧接触。当涂布机工作时,下压桶转动,在相邻的两铁皮依次经过上、下压桶的间隔内,有一部分涂料涂抹在下压桶上。此时前刮刀对下压桶进行一次清洁,毛毡上沾有稀释剂,随后毛毡对下压桶进行擦拭,最后,后刮刀对下压桶进行第二次清洁刮拭掉下压桶上的稀释液。经此装置清洗后,涂布完成后的下压桶不会再粘附涂料,涂布流平性等效果更佳,不需要反复停机清理,提高了生产效率,增加前刮刀及下压桶的使用寿命。为防止作业中第一、第二溶剂槽晃动造成的清洗不彻底,在第二溶剂槽的后侧设有第三气缸,第三气缸的活塞杆伸出后可顶住第二溶剂槽。

1.涂布机下压桶清洁装置,在涂布机下压桶的底部的前侧设有前刮刀,其特征是,在所述涂布机的下部滑动安装有可在水平面内移动的滑块,在所述滑块与涂布机之间设有第一气缸,在所述滑块的顶部设有一对竖向放置的第二气缸,在所述第二气缸的活塞杆上固定有固定板,在所述固定板上固定有并排设置的第一溶剂槽和第二溶剂槽,在所述第一溶剂槽中设有毛毡,所述毛毡通过输送管与涂料泵连通,所述涂料泵抽取稀释剂桶中的稀释剂经输送管输送至毛毡上,在所述第一溶剂槽的底部设有漏料孔,所述毛毡上的稀释液经漏料孔回流至稀释剂桶中;在所述第二溶剂槽中设有后刮刀,当第一、第二气缸活塞杆完全伸出后毛毡与下压桶的底部接触,前刮刀与下压桶底部的前侧接触,后刮刀与下压桶底部的后侧接触;
所述毛毡为长条形,在所述毛毡上设有长条孔;
所述毛毡通过螺栓固定在第一溶剂槽中;
在所述涂布机上设有第三气缸,当第三气缸的活塞杆完全伸出后,第三气缸的活塞杆与第二溶剂槽接触;
所述前刮刀和后刮刀均为铁氟龙材质制作而成。
