Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Versorgen des Lackierzylinders einer Lackiermaschine mit einem Lackfilm, bei der zwischen einer gegen den Lackierzylinder (12) gedrückten Lackzuführwalze (14) und einer gegen die Lackzuführwalze (14) gedrückten Abpreßwalze (16) ein Lackvorratssee (17) gebildet ist, ein mit seiner Rakelschneide eine Mantellinie der Abpreßwalze (16) erfassender Lackabstreicher (18) in unmittelbarem Kontakt zum Lackvorratssee (17) angeordnet ist, ein mit seiner Rakelschneide eine Lackwalzen-Mantellinie erfassender zweiter Lackabstreicher (15) vorgesehen ist und eine für beide Lackabstreicher (15,18) gemeinsame Halteeinrichtung (20) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Lackabstreicher (15) mit seiner Rakelschneide gegen die Lackzüführwalze (14) gerichtet ist und beide Lackabstreicher (15,18) mit untergetauchter Rakelschneide im Lackvorratssee (17) enden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Lackabstreicher (15,18) in zumindest annähernd horizontaler Ausrichtung gänzlich im Lackvorratssee (17) untergetaucht angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Rakelschneiden der beiden Lackabstreicher (15,18) wenigstens eine in die Tiefe des Lackvorratssees (17) führende Lackdurchflußöffnung (19) eingefügt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Lackabstreicher (15,18) mittels eines Schwenkarme (21) aufweisenden Tragbalkens (22) von der Lackzuführwalze (14) und der Abpreßwalze (16) nach oben wegschwenkbar und nach unten zurückschwenkbar eingerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkarme (21) an einer zu der Lackzuführwalze (14) und der Abpreßwalze (16) achsparallelen Welle (24) längsverschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen jedem Schwenkarm (21) und der Welle (24) als Steckverbindung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem der beiden Enden des Tragbalkens (22) ein von einem Druckzylinder (25) verschwenkbarer Rollenträger (26) mit einer in eine Freigabestellung für den Tragbalken (22) zurückschwenkbaren Andrückrolle (27) zum Andrücken der Rakelschneiden und mit einer Distanzierrolle (28) zum Inaktivieren der Rakelschneiden angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeder der beiden Schmalseiten des Lackvorratssees (17) eine zusammen mit den beiden Lackabstreichern (15,18) verschwenkbare und durch eine am Tragbalken (22) abgestützte Druckfeder (34) gegen die Stirnfläche der Lackzuführwalze (14) und die Stirnfläche der Abpreßwalze (16) gedrückte Gleitwand (35) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Lackzuführwalze (14) und die Abpreßwalze (16) untereinander und gegenüber dem im Gleichtakt mit dem Werkstücktransport angetriebenen Lackierzylinder (12) im Außendurchmesser unterscheiden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lackzuführwalze (14) und die Abpreßwalze (16) mit gegenläufigem Drehsinn und im Bereich des Lackvorratssees (17) in Abwärtsrichtung drehend angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Abpreßwalze (16) gegenüber der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Lackzuführwalze (14) um etwa drei bis zehn Prozent geringer gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch ihre Verwendung in einer Maschine zum einseitigen Lackieren tafel- bis blattförmiger Werkstücke aus Blech oder Karton oder Papier.
