Claims (10)
- Dosiersystem für Vorrichtungen zum Beschichten von Materialbahnen, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahnen, mit einer Rakelstange (2) als Dosierelement, die von einem Rakelbett (3) aus elastischem, bevorzugt gummielastischem, Material gehalten wird, das in einem Halter (5) gelagert ist und gegen dessen der Rakelstange (2) abgewandte Rückseite ein Druckschlauch (6) drückt, dersich über die Arbeitsbreite erstreckt und
quer über die Arbeitsbreite in einzelne Druckkammern (6.1 - 6.4) unterteilt ist, die jeweils getrennt mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Druckschlauch (6) und der Rückseite des Rakelbetts (3) ein elastisches Element angeordnet ist, das als in Achsrichtung der Rakelstange (2) wirksamer Puffer ausgleichend auf die Druckübertragung vom Druckschlauch (6) auf das Rakelbett (3) wirkt. - Dosiersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Elastizitätsmodul des elastischen Elements veränderbar ist.
- Dosiersystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element ein sich quer über die Arbeitsbreite erstreckender durchgehender Druckschlauch (8) ist.
- Dosiersystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durchgehende Druckschlauch (8) mit dem Rakelbett (3) aus einem Stück gefertigt ist.
- Dosiersystem nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rakelbett (3), der durchgehende Druckschlauch (8) und der unterteilte Druckschlauch (6) in einem gemeinsamen, querverstellbaren Halter (5) angeordnet sind.
- Dosiersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in Druckkammern (6.1-6.4) unterteilte Druckschlauch (6) vor der rückwärtigen Innenwand des Halters (5) angeordnet ist und so von hinten gegen den durchgehenden Druckschlauch (8) drückt.
- Dosiersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durchgehende Druckschlauch (8) über einen parallel zur Rakelstange (2) verlaufenden mittigen Steg (9) mit dem übrigen Teil des Rollrakelbetts (3) verbunden ist.
- Dosiersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durchgehende Druckschlauch (8) an der Rückseite des Rakelbetts (3) mit einer unter Druck veränderbaren Anpreßfläche anliegt.
- Dosiersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Druckkammer (6.1-6.4) des unterteilten Schlauches (6) einen Druckluftanschluß (7) aufweist, der durch den Halter (5) nach außen geführt ist.
- Dosiersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandstärke des durchgehenden Druckschlauchs (8) größer ist als die Wandstärke des unterteilten Druckschlauchs (6).
