Claims (28)
- Fräswalze mit einem von einer Fräswalzenantriebseinrichtung (11 bis 15) über eine Getriebeeinheit (32) angetriebenen Walzengrundkörper (19) und einem einstückigen, koaxial auf den Walzengrundkörper (19) einseitig aufschiebbaren, auswechselbar befestigten Fräsrohr (25), das auf der äußeren Mantelfläche (46) Schneidwerkzeuge trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fräsrohr (25) radial von der inneren Mantelfläche (44) des Fräsrohres (25) abstehende Befestigungselemente (28) aufweist, mit denen das Fräsrohr (25) an dem Walzengrundkörper (19) oder an einem mit dem Walzengrundkörper (19) verbundenen Teil drehfest befestigbar ist.
- Fräswalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (28) an mindestens einem stirnseitigen Ende des Fräsrohrs (25) angeordnet sind.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fräsrohr (25) an einer Stirnseite des Walzengrundkörpers (19) befestigt und an der anderen Stirnseite radial abgestützt ist.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (28) aus von dem Fräsrohr (25) radial nach innen abstehenden Flanschteilen bestehen.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fräsrohr (25) einen radialen Abstand von dem Walzengrundkörper einhält.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fräsrohr (25) axial gegenüber dem Walzengrundkörper (19) übersteht.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mit dem Walzengrundkörper (19) verbundene Teil aus der Getriebeeinheit (32) besteht, die in den Walzengrundkörper (19) integriert ist.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fräsrohr (25) an zwei axial beabstandeten Stellen radial auf dem Walzengrundkörper (19) abgestützt ist.
- Fräswalze nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützung radiale Führungselemente (26;33;42) aufweist, die entweder radial außen an dem Walzengrundkörper (19) oder radial innen an dem Fräsrohr (25) befestigt sind oder zwischen dem Walzengrundkörper (19) und dem Fräsrohr (25) angeordnet sind.
- Fräswalze nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützung radiale Führungselemente (42) aufweist, wobei die Führungselemente (42) einstückig mit dem mindestens einen Befestigungselement (28) sind.
- Fräswalze nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützung radiale Führungselemente (26) aufweist, wobei die Führungselemente (26) an der freien Stirnseite des Walzengrundkörpers (19) angeordnet sind.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radialen Führungselemente radial wirkende Spannelemente (60,62,64) aufweisen.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Fräsrohr (25) und dem Walzengrundkörper (19) mindestens ein Stützring (33) als radiales Führungselement angeordnet ist.
- Fräswalze nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Stützring (33) aus mindestens zwei sich radial verspannenden Segmentringen (60,62,64) besteht.
- Fräswalze nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Stützring (33) relativ zu dem Walzengrundkörper (19) und dem Fräsrohr (25) axial verschiebbar ist.
- Fräswalze nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Segmentringe (60,62,64) im Querschnitt keilförmig sind.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Stützring (33) aus einem im Querschnitt trapezförmigen mittleren Ring (60) besteht, der gegen einen radial äußeren (62) sowie gegen einen radial inneren Ring (64), die eine im Querschnitt entgegengesetzt trapezförmige Form aufweisen, axial spannbar ist und den äußeren Ring (62) gegen das Fräsrohr (25) und den inneren Ring (64) gegen den Walzengrundkörper (19) andrückt.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Stützring (33) in Umfangsrichtung in zwei oder mehr Teile unterteilt ist.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebeinheit (32) an dem der Fräswalzenantriebseinrichtung (11 bis 15) zugewandten Ende des Walzengrundkörpers (19) angeordnet ist.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebeinheit (32) an dem der Fräswalzenantriebseinrichtung (11 bis 15) abgewandten Ende des Walzengrundkörpers (19) angeordnet ist, wobei die Getriebeinheit (32) über eine durch den Walzengrundkörper (19) hindurchgeführte Welle (56) mit der Fräswalzenantriebseinrichtung (11 bis 15) verbunden ist.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzengrundkörper (19) in zwei Seitenwänden (16,17) eines Walzenkastens (31) gelagert ist, daß die dem Fräswalzenantrieb (11 bis 15) abgewandte Seitenwand (17) verschwenkbar oder achsparallel verschiebbar ist und daß die verschwenkbare Seitenwand (17) im Schließzustand ein Loslager (24) des Walzengrundkörpers (19) aufnimmt.
- Fräswalze nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Loslager (24) ein sich nach außen verjüngendes Führungsteil (40) aufweist und daß die Seitenwand (17) eine das Führungsteil (40) aufnehmende, entsprechend sich verjüngende Aussparung (41) aufweist.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzengrundkörper (19) in zwei Seitenwänden (16,17) eines Walzenkastens (31) gelagert ist, daß eine an dem Fräswalzenantrieb (11 bis 15) angeordnete Maschinenverkleidung (21) Öffnungen (23) aufweist, durch die Befestigungselemente (20) zwischen der dem Fräswalzenantrieb (11 bis 15) zugewandten Seitenwand (16) und der Getriebeeinheit (32) ohne Demontage von Maschinenteilen zugänglich sind.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des Fräsrohrs (25) eine Schutzhülse (39) für die innere Mantelfläche (44) aufweist.
- Fräswalze nach den Ansprüchen 13 und 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzhülse (39) von dem Stützring (33) absteht.
- Fräswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzengrundkörper (19) von einem Schutzrohr (38) umgeben ist.
- Fräswalze nach den Ansprüchen 13 und 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzrohr (38) in vorbestimmten axialen Abständen umfangsmäßig gleichmäßig verteilte Aussparungen (37) zur Aufnahme des Stützrings (33) aufweist.
