Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for washing laundry, in which the laundry to be washed Laundry through a car wash with successive chambers with different Baths is moved, the laundry passes through at least one of the following zones: Pre-wash zone, rinse-off zone, rinse zone and post-treatment zone and the wash water of the individual baths composed of fresh water or fresh water and waste water from other baths becomes.
- the invention further relates to a car wash for laundry in the bath change and / or countercurrent operation with a washing drum with several successive Chambers for a variety of baths in the washing drum and a conveyor to transport the laundry through the washing drum and at least one Fresh water addition point and at least one wastewater withdrawal point and addition point for water drainage and supply.
- the individual chambers of the car wash are assigned to certain zones in which the Laundry is subjected to a treatment. For example, one differentiates with one a pre-wash zone, a clear wash zone, a Rinsing zone and a post-treatment zone, to which there is a drainage device such as B. connects a press or centrifuge. With a countercurrent The car wash is divided into a first prewash zone, a second prewash zone, and one Clear wash zone, a rinse zone and a post-treatment zone, to which the drainage device is attached followed.
- unused bathrooms are used to make up for the subsequent ones Wash the prewash in the prewash zone, the rinse in the rinse zone (in the bath change or counter flow) or additionally one or more bath changes to be set. These baths are partly clear water, the rinse water or the drainage device such. B. a press or centrifuge resulting press water. These water are recovered and leave, for example the rinsing zone either through one or more overflows, through drain valves or together with the laundry when it leaves the machine or falls into the drainage device on.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of proposing a washing method and to provide a car wash where the washing process simplifies efficiency the plant is significantly increased and the manufacturing and operating costs are reduced can. At the same time, a good washing result with low water consumption should be guaranteed be and the service on the machine is made easier.
- Wastewater taken from sub-zones of the car wash and some of the preceding zones is fed again.
- the wash water becomes variable from fresh water and waste water composed, this taking place depending on the wastewater content, so that always it is ensured that a suitable amount of wash water is available in the respective zone is.
- the wastewater, which is advantageously continuously extracted in a precisely defined amount can, with other wastewater from a different zone area of the Washing line is removed, as well as mixed with fresh water, so that a suitable mixing ratio is set.
- the wastewater is z. B.
- the subsequent drainage system is removed, whereby as Dewatering device a press or centrifuge can be used and the Washing process with the squeezing of the moisture out of the washed laundry includes. Without intermediate storage, the wastewater from these zones becomes the prewash zone fed. Furthermore, the wastewater from the clear wash zone can be from a previous one Chamber of the clear wash zone or the wastewater from the rinse zone of a previous chamber be fed to the rinsing zone.
- the washing line according to the invention advantageously has a water recovery system whose water-carrying components are made exclusively from direct, water-transporting Pipes between water addition points and water withdrawal points exist without any water storage components.
- a valve and pump system can control the water flows in a known manner in the water recovery system and / or be provided in a fresh water supply.
- the water recovery system shows Water tapping points that have a precisely defined water tapping point, z. B. using inductive flow meters or a time measuring device enable.
- the water addition points can have at least two or be connected to several water tapping points.
- the at least one prewash zone, one Rinsing zone, a rinsing zone and a washing zone comprising an aftertreatment zone has a water recovery system, which water withdrawal points at the end of the Has a clear wash zone and / or at the end of the rinsing zone and / or the aftertreatment zone, these water tapping points directly via lines with addition points in the Prewash zone and / or rinse zone and / or rinse zone are connected. These lines are also equipped with valve-equipped drains through which z. Belly disposal of wastewater in the sewer system, but also recovery can be.
- a dewatering device in particular a laundry press for pressing the washed Laundry or a centrifuge is connected, the water withdrawal point via a Line is connected directly to the prewash zone.
- the drum of the car wash can be designed as a double drum at least in the area of the water tapping points, the inner wall of the drum being perforated in the region of the double drum formation.
- chambers 1 to 16 are provided, the following zones being assigned: Chambers 1 to 4 Prewash zone 21 Chambers 5 to 10 Clear wash zone 22 Chambers 11 to 14 rinse zone Chambers 15 and 16 Post-treatment zone 24
- a drainage device 25 such as. B. a press or a centrifuge.
- the chambers 1 to 16 of the car wash 20 are in one Drum 26 arranged, which in the area of chambers 4 to 7, 11 and 14 to 15 as Double drum is formed.
- the inner wall of the drum is perforated in these areas formed while they are equipped with insulation 27 in the region of the chambers 8, 9, 10 is. This avoids that the fresh water line 28 from a Boiler coming heated water or heated by adding via steam line 29 Water cools down prematurely in the area of the clear wash zone.
- Water withdrawal points for the withdrawal of waste water are marked with X on the Chamber 11, designated Y on chamber 15 and Z on the drainage device 25 provided.
- Water addition points are marked with the letters A, B and D. characterized. It can be seen that, for example, the sewage line X has a Connecting line 31 is connected directly to either the water addition point A or B, while the waste water withdrawal point Y via a direct connection line 32 with the Water addition point B, and finally the wastewater withdrawal point Z via a connecting line 33 are connected to the water addition point A. From the clear wash zone 22 removed clear wash water, which still contains considerable substances from detergent, can therefore be recovered and fed directly to chamber 1 or 4 of the prewash zone become. At the end of the rinsing zone 23, rinsing water removed from the chamber 15 can either to chamber 4 of the prewash zone or to chamber 14 of the rinse zone are fed while the cold press water via line 33 to the prewash zone can be.
- valves 34 and pumps 35 are provided in the lines which a metered loading of the water addition points with waste water is adjustable.
- wastewater is now generated from the water tapping points X, Y and Z is taken directly from the corresponding lines 31, 32, 33 pumped to the water addition points A, B and D, for which purpose preferably the pumps 35 are provided, which are insensitive to impurities, such as. B. lint etc. that are in the wastewater. This will not happen at the water addition points too heavily soiled washing water from the end areas of the washing line of the washing drum added in the area of the baths, in which the laundry to be washed has another has a high degree of pollution.
- the almost clean press water from the removal point Z of the laundry press very well used in the prewash area to soak the laundry there and free it from the greatest dirt.
- the use of wastewater from the clear wash zone also has the advantage that this water is already heated, so that the washing water does not heat up as much the clear wash zone, as would be necessary if only fresh water was used, is required.
- the car wash shown in FIG. 2 works in countercurrent and has the following zones: Chambers 1 to 3 1. Prewash zone 26 Chambers 4 and 5 Prewash zone 37 Chambers 6 to 11 Clear wash zone 38 Chambers 12 to 15 Rinse zone 39 Chamber 16 Post-treatment zone 40
- the dewatering device 41 connects to the aftertreatment zone 40.
- the wastewater tapping points are also labeled with the letters X, Y and Z. and are located in chambers 12 and 16 or at the outlet of the drainage device 41.
- water addition points A, B and D is the water addition point C provided in the chamber 11.
- Pre-heated fresh water reaches the water addition point via the fresh water line 42 A and B at the beginning of the first prewash zone 36 or at the beginning in chamber 4 of the second prewash zone 37. Steam becomes the final wash zone via the steam line 43 the chambers 6, 8, 10 and 11 fed. Finally, fresh water is supplied via the fresh water line 44 at the water addition point D in chamber 15.
- the drum 45 is in the area of the chambers 4 to 12 and 15 and 16 formed as a double drum, the inner wall of the drum being perforated, which by the dashed line is indicated.
- the sketched pipe scheme shows that the waste water extraction point X over the Connection line 46 with the water addition point 1 or with the second prewash zone chamber 4 at the water addition point B or with the water addition point C in the chamber 11 of the final washing zone is connected. Furthermore, the water tapping point Y is on the one hand the water addition point B of the chamber 4 of the second prewash zone and on the other hand with the water addition point D connected to the chamber 15 of the rinsing zone. And finally it is Water withdrawal point Z of the drainage device via the connecting line 48 with connected to the water addition point A at the beginning of the first prewash zone.
- valves 49 and pumps 50 are provided as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, so that a metered supply of waste water to the individual chambers is possible.
- the connecting lines 31, 32 and 33 and 46 are 47, 48 provided with drains 51 and 52, respectively, via which wastewater shares in the sewer system or can be derived into a recovery system.
