Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Nassbehandlung von Wäschestücken, wobei die Wäschestücke in aufeinanderfolgenden Behandlungen, insbesondere in aufeinanderfolgenden Behandlungszonen verschiedenen Nassbehandlungen unterzogen werden, und wobei nach der letzten Nassbehandlung mindestens ein Teil der Flüssigkeit in den Wäschestücken (gebundene Flotte) aus den Wäschestücken entfernt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der letzten Behandlung eine Flüssigkeit verwendet wird, deren Temperatur höher ist als die Temperatur der Flüssigkeit am Ende der vorhergehenden Behandlung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Behandlung der Wäschestücke in der letzten Behandlungszone die in den Wäschestücken nicht gebundene Flüssigkeit (freie Flotte) von den Wäschestücken getrennt wird und anschließend den Wäschestücken in der letzten Behandlungszone Flüssigkeit mit einer höheren Temperatur zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit in der letzten Behandlungszone im Kreislauf geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Kreislauf geführte Flüssigkeit mindestens der letzten Behandlungszone außerhalb derselben zwischengespeichert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit außerhalb der vorzugsweise letzten Behandlungszone erwärmt wird, insbesondere während sie zwischengespeichert ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperatur der Flüssigkeit in der letzten Behandlungszone derart gewählt wird, dass nach dem mechanischen Trennen mindestens eines Großteils der gebundenen Flotte von den Wäschestücken die mechanisch abgetrennte Flüssigkeit eine Temperatur aufweist, die über der Temperatur der Flüssigkeit in der vorangehenden Behandlungszone liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit in der letzten Behandlungszone eine Temperatur aufweist, die 20°C bis 60°C über der durchschnittlichen Außentemperatur bzw. Raumtemperatur liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit in der letzten Behandlungszone eine Temperatur aufweist, die 10°C bis 50°C über der Temperatur der Flüssigkeit am Ende der vorhergehenden Behandlungszone liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die letzte Behandlungszone eine Nachbehandlungszone, insbesondere eine Ausrüstzone, ist und die Wäschestücke in dieser Zone mit einer wärmeren Nachbehandlungsflüssigkeit, insbesondere Ausrüstflüssigkeit, behandelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nachbehandlungsflüssigkeit, insbesondere Ausrüstflüssigkeit, eine Temperatur von mindestens 40°C, insbesondere etwa 60°C, aufweist.
