- La figure 1 est une vue de profil d'un poste d'alimentation en feuilles;
- la figure 2 est un schéma bloc de la commande du mécanisme pour faire monter la pile d'alimentation en feuilles.
Claims (3)
- Dispositif d'asservissement des organes délivrant des feuilles à partir d'une pile (4), à une machine les travaillant, comprenant au moins un mécanisme élévateur (1) de ladite pile, un organe d'introduction de feuilles muni de moyens de préhension 29 pour l'alimentation en feuilles de la machine, des moyens de détection duniveau supérieur de ladite pile comprenant un détecteur du niveau avant (32) de ladite pile (4) connecté à une entrée d'un calculateur (37) agissant sur au moins un moteur électrique (11) dudit mécanisme élévateur (1) de ladite pile et des moyens pour faire monter ladite pile (4) en fonction dudit niveau supérieur, caractérisé en ce que ledit détecteur du niveau avant (32) de ladite pile (4) comporte des moyens de mesure de la grandeur des variations du niveau de ladite pile et en ce qu'une entrée dudit calculateur (37) est de plus connectée à une source d'information (17) relative à cadence d'alimentation de la machine en temps réel et à l'épaisseur nominale desdites feuilles et que la sortie dudit calculateur (37) est connectée à au moins un variateur de fréquence (42) pour la commande du ou desdits moteurs électriques (11), ledit calculateur (37) étant agencé pour que la grandeur du signal apparaissant à sa sortie soit caractéristique de la différence entre le niveau mesuré de ladite pile (4) et celui calculé sur la base de ladite épaisseur nominale et de ladite cadence d'alimentation et engendre une variation de fréquence du ou desdits variateurs (42) tendant à modifier la vitesse d'avance dudit moteur (11) pour faire coïncider le niveau mesuré avec un niveau de consigne.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit détecteur (32) du niveau avant de ladite pile 4 est une caméra linéaire disposée dans le sens de la hauteur de ladite pile.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme élévateur (1) est associé à un dispositif d'alimentation auxiliaire (50) dont le moteur de commande (53) est connecté au calculateur (37) de façon ce que sa vitesse d'avance soit déterminée à l'aide des mêmes informations que celles utilisées pour la commande du ou des moteurs électriques (11) du mécanisme élévateur (1).
