Abstract
Description
Eine Schneidmaschine dieser Art ist im Stand der Technik beispielsweise aus der EP-A-941 817 der Anmelderin bekannt geworden. Mit dieser können Druckprodukte selbsttätig an der Front, am Fuss und am Kopf und somit dreiseitig beschnitten werden. In der ersten Schneidstation wird der Frontschnitt und in der zweiten Schneidstation gleichzeitig der Kopf- und der Fussschnitt durchgeführt. Die Druckerzeugnisse werden in der Schneidtransportvorrichtung mit dem Bund voran gegen mechanische Anschläge geführt und an diesen ausgerichtet. Der Bund bildet somit die Referenzkante, nach welcher der Frontschnitt in einem bestimmten Abstand zu dieser Referenzkante durchgeführt wird. Der Transport der Druckprodukte in die erste Schneidstation und zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Schneidstation erfolgt mit Ober- und Unterbändern. Diese Bänder werden intermittierend durch mechanische Schrittschaltgetriebe oder durch eine umlaufende Kurbelschleife angetrieben.

Claims (14)
- Schneidmaschine zum selbsttätigen Beschneiden der Kanten gefalzter Druckerzeugnisse (2) wie Broschuren, Zeitschriften, Kataloge, mit wenigstens einer Schneidstation (A), die ein Messer (3) für den Frontbeschnitt an der offenen Seite des Druckerzeugnisses (2) aufweist, und mit einer Einlauftransportvorrichtung (6) für den Transport der Druckerzeugnisse (2) zur Schneidstation (A) und einer Schneidtransportvorrichtung (7) für den Transport der Druckerzeugnisse (2) in der Schneidstation (A), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Messmittel (32) vorgesehen sind, mit denen in der Schneidstation (A) und vor Erreichen der Schneidposition die Lage jedes Druckerzeugnisses (2) gemessen wird und dass die Schneidtransportvorrichtung (7) aufgrund der Messung so gesteuert ist, dass eine Abweichung von der Sollposition beim Weitertransport korrigiert wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckerzeugnisse (2) jeweils einen Bund (42) aufweisen und die Messmittel (32) den Abstand des Bundes (42) zum Frontschnitt (57) messen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckerzeugnisse (2) in der Schneidstation (A) mit vorauslaufendem Bund (42) transportiert werden.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidtransportvorrichtung (7) die Druckerzeugnisse (2) von der genannten Schneidstation (A) zu einer weiteren Schneidstation (B) transportiert.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidtransportvorrichtung (7) von einem elektrischen Einzelantrieb (28) angetrieben ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrische Einzelantrieb (28) einen Servomotor, insbesondere Synchron-Servomotor aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidtransportvorrichtung (7) so gesteuert ist, dass die Druckerzeugnisse (2) für den Frontschnitt in den Stillstand abgebremst werden.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckerzeugnisse (2) im Durchlauf geschnitten werden.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckerzeugnisse (2) für den Schnitt an einem virtuellen Anschlag (68 bis 73) abgebremst werden.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Geber (23) vorgesehen ist, der den Winkel des Schneidtransports (7) misst und dass der Messwert in Echtzeit mit dem Lagesollwert einer entsprechenden Kurventabelle und dem Winkel des Schneidsystems verglichen wird.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messmittel (32) zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Formate in Transportrichtung (5) verstellbar sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Messmittel (32) in unterschiedlichen Positionen angeordnet sind und jedes Messmittel (32) einem Format zugeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messmittel (32) wenigstens eine Laserfotozelle aufweisen, die in Transportrichtung (5) gesehen nach dem Frontschnitt (57) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laserfotozelle (32) einen nach unten in den Transportweg gerichteten Laserstrahl (44) sendet.
