Definitions
- the present invention generally relates to a stackable Transport container according to the preamble of claim 1 and in particular a transport container, which is designed to in a filled with goods full condition with other transport containers stackable or in an empty state to be nestable with other transport containers.
- These transport containers have a bottom and a front wall, a rear wall and two opposite side walls, the extend upward from the ground at right angles to to form an upwardly open receptacle.
- the upper edges of the Side walls are formed with a kind of railing, the like is shaped to intervene with projections on the perimeter of the Bottom of the container bottom of an overlying transport container are formed when two of these transport containers stacked on each other. In this way, two can stacked transport containers not relative to each other be moved because the protrusions at the bottom of the Container bottom of the upper transport container with the railing the upper edges of the side walls of the lower transport container get in touch.
- These transport containers are generally used for Delivery of goods used.
- the filled Transport container stacked in stacks and then to Example from a large bakery to the individual shops transported. The empty transport containers will be later transported back to the bakery.
- Transport containers of this type can be combined in one stacked with goods full condition stacked, wherein general the lower bottom surface of an upper transport container on the upper edges of the side walls of a lower transport container lies.
- full volume the transport volume of the empty Transport container (empties volume) as low as possible hold.
- the side walls of these known Transport containers slightly inclined outwards to the empty ones Transport container can be stored together to save space.
- a ratio of full-volume goods can be Empties volume of about 2: 1 reach.
- Such a transport container has a bottom and extending obliquely from the peripheral edges of the bottom Sidewalls and transverse to extending from the Peripheral edges of the bottom obliquely upwardly extending end walls, which form an upwardly open receptacle.
- On the inner surface the first side wall are two spaced apart first Rows of essentially parallel, at an angle to Vertical extending grooves formed, and on the inner surface the second opposite side wall are two spaced apart second rows of substantially parallel, with an angle to the vertical grooves formed substantially corresponding to the first two rows, formed on the inner surface of the first side wall are.
- the individual grooves of each of these four rows point increasingly lower-lying closed ends, which within each of the four rows of grooves of different lengths be formed.
- two first elongated ribs extend outwards, and from the outer surface of the opposite second side wall extend two second elongated ribs to the outside, wherein the two first ribs and the two second ribs are formed so are at the same angle to the vertical like the grooves, so that the ribs of an upper transport container each in an associated grooves of the first two rows of Grooves or the second two rows of grooves of a second similar underlying transport container used are, whereby different stack heights for stacking or nesting are possible.
- the distances between the Grooves equal to the distances between the corresponding ribs, why the ribs of an upper transport container easily in the corresponding grooves of a lower transport container used can be when both transport containers in horizontal Orientation.
- This transport container is that it is relatively difficult on the outer surfaces of the upper transport container trained ribs each with a specific To align the groove of the respective rows of grooves, the on the inner surfaces of the side walls of an underlying Transport container are provided. Should be filled Transport containers are stacked on top of each other, so must outboard ribs each with the shortest grooves in alignment to be brought. But should the transport containers nested, so the ribs must each with the longest grooves are aligned. Succeed not and the ribs of the upper transport container accidentally in the long grooves of a bottom filled with goods Pushed transport container, then pushes the upper transport container in the filled with goods interior of the lower Transport container and crushed in the lower transport container goods in stock.
- transport containers known, both stackable and nestable are.
- Such a transport container has a bottom, a Rear wall, two opposite side walls and a movable Stacking pad, which is at the front of the transport container is arranged to support a transport container of the same type, which is stacked on a lower transport container should be, with the bottom of the upper transport container its front end by the stack support of the lower transport container is kept supporting.
- Transport container of the type described above often piled into large stacks, with such stacks sometimes reach a height that is greater than the height of the Person performing the stacking. Another stack then has to above the head, which is also called “blind stacking” referred to as.
- blind stacking means that the Transport containers are stacked without visual monitoring have to. It often happens that different parts of the stacking transport container by interfering intermeshing stuck together, which is why the person who is stacking has to muster considerable forces to stack them up Transport container in the correct position too bring, where it can happen that a stack of transport containers Can accidentally overturn or transport containers be nested, causing the in the transport containers contained goods can be damaged.
- non-nestable transport containers often referred to as "bakers climbing” or “bread baskets” are known, are millions of times in circulation.
- a disadvantage the above-described nestable transport container persists in that these transport containers are not too compatible with the baker's trays already in circulation are. That is, the known nestable transport container can not be stacked on the bakery, and vice versa.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object a multi-level stackable or nestable To create containers, with the help of which the above mentioned disadvantages of the transport container according to the prior Technology to be overcome.
- transport containers should only slightly inclined Sidewalls or end walls have to due to a small Conicity to have the largest possible volume Vollgut.
- transport container according to the invention to the be compatible with the aforementioned bakers.
- the transport container according to the invention have no moving parts and be easy to clean.
- Transport container for the transport of bread and the like Described food.
- the Inventive transport container in other areas can be used and in terms of its size, its use and the material used and is not subject to any restrictions.
- the transport container according to the invention for example be used for the transport of machine parts or to transport building rubble also in the form of a be designed large steel container.
- the transport container according to the invention has a bottom, a Front wall, a rear wall, a left side wall and a right Side wall, which are slightly inclined outwards, so one after to form the top open receptacle.
- the front wall and the rear wall may have a lower height than the two side walls.
- the upper openings at the upper edge of the side walls and lower closed groove stops to have. Consequently, the grooves extend from the Upper edge of the side walls, where the grooves open and accessible are, down to the groove stops, preferably are arranged in the lower half of the side walls.
- These Grooves can act as channels in the inner surface of each Side walls may be formed or in the form of slots completely extend through the side walls, creating a lower conicity of the side walls is made possible.
- At least two Gleitapfen formed wherein the number of sliding pegs to the respective outer sides equal to the number of in the side walls trained grooves is.
- These guide pegs are approximately in height the bottom of the transport container arranged.
- the slide pegs are shaped so that the sliding pegs of an upper transport container through the groove openings in the grooves of an underlying Transport container can be used.
- the grooves are shaped so that the sliding pegs of the upper transport container in the grooves of the lower transport container down to to slide to the groove stops.
- the distances between the Sliding pegs different from the distances of the upper openings the grooves ensures that when horizontal Alignment of two stacked transport containers not all the guide pegs of the upper transport container at the same time in all upper openings of the grooves of the lower one Transport container can penetrate, creating an unintentional Nesting the upper transport container in the lower transport container is prevented. Consequently, the upper transport container only by a kind of immersion movement be used in the lower transport container (nested Status). In this case, the upper transport container opposite the lower transport container inclined and the foremost, lowest guide pegs in the foremost groove of the lower transport container used. In this way, the following comes Sliding peg with the subsequent slot opening in alignment and can be inserted into the associated groove. If more than two Grooves or guide pegs on each side of the transport container are provided, then also the third sliding peg in the third groove are used etc.
- each recesses formed wherein the sliding pegs of an upper transport container in engage the recesses of an underlying transport container can (stacked state), so that the two so stacked transport container not relative can be moved to each other.
- the Distances of the recesses equal to the distances of the sliding pegs be.
- the dimensions and configurations the soil and the guide peg chosen so as to be an inventive Stack the transport container on a well-known baker's tray to be able to.
- the bottom and the sliding pegs of a upper transport container according to the invention suitable with the Railing of a lower Bburgersteile.
- the upper edges of the Side walls and the front and rear walls of the invention Transport container are sized to fit with the peripheral edge of the Soil and with the projections at the bottom of the soil to intervene in an upper bakery.
- the transport container according to the invention with the known Baker platforms compatible and can be stacked with this combined become; a nested arrangement with the Baker climbing can not be achieved.
- each side wall Preferably, four grooves are provided on each side wall, Aussparitch and Gleitzapfen trained.
- the main advantage of the transport container according to the invention is therefore in the special embodiment and Arrangement of the grooves or slots and the guide pin, whereby a secure stacking of goods filled with transport containers guaranteed and prevented at the same time that the transport container when stacking accidentally be nested.
- Another advantage of the transport container according to the invention is that a good relationship between full-volume and empties volume is achieved. That means that Volume of stacked transport containers opposite the volume of nested transport containers relative is great.
- This good full / empties ratio is preferably 2: 1 or better and is achieved by the side walls and the front and rear walls of the transport container according to the invention are only slightly inclined towards the vertical, whereby the transport container according to the invention a very large Vollgut volume receives.
