Claims (17)
- Sammelhefter, welcher wenigstens die Baugruppen Heftschlitten (B1), Sammelkette (B2), Hefthubeinrichtung (B3), Auslage (B4) und Auswerfer (B5) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei dieser Baugruppen (B1...B5) über jeweils einen eigenen Antrieb verfügen und dass als Antriebsquelle steuerbare Motoren (M1...M5) vorgesehen sind, wobei jeder dieser Motoren eine Steuereinheit aufweist, welche die Bewegung der einen Baugruppe (B1...B5) auf die Bewegung wenigstens einer anderen separat angetriebenen Baugruppe (B1...B5) synchronisiert. - Sammelhefter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der Heftschlitten (B1), als auch die Sammelkette (B2) je einen Antriebsmotor (M1,M2) aufweisen und dass für die Antriebsmotoren (M1,M2) jeweils eine Steuerung vorgesehen ist. - Sammelhefter nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der Heftschlitten (B1), die Sammelkette (B2) als auch die Hefthubeinrichtung (B3) je einen Antriebsmotor (M1...M3) aufweisen und dass für diese Antriebsmotoren (M1...M3) jeweils eine Steuerung vorgesehen ist. - Sammelhefter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens drei dieser Baugruppen über je einen eigenen Antriebsmotor verfügen und dass für diese Antriebsmotoren jeweils eine Steuerung vorgesehen ist. - Sammelhefter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Baugruppen (B1...B5) über jeweils einen eigenen Antriebsmotor (M1...M5) verfügen und dass für diese Antriebsmotoren (M1...M5) jeweils eine Steuerung vorgesehen ist. - Sammelhefter nach wenigstens einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheiten der einzelnen steuerbaren Motoren (M1...M5) eine zentrale Steuerung aufweisen. - Sammelhefter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Steuereinheit der steuerbaren Motoren (M1...M5) Mittel zur Erfassung der Drehposition und/oder der Drehzahl besagter Motoren aufweist. - Sammelhefter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Steuereinheiten einen Mikroprozessor aufweist. - Sammelhefter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Steuereinheit eine Verbindung zum Austausch von Daten- und Steuersignalen aufweist. - Sammelhefter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Steuereinheit für den jeweiligen Motor (M1...M5) eine speicherprogrammierte Steuerung aufweist. - Sammelhefter nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Steuereinheit zur speicherprogrammierten Steuerung eine Ein-/Ausgabeeinheit aufweist. - Sammelhefter nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Steuereinheit einen Motorcontroller und eine Motorsteuerungsendstufe umfasst. - Sammelhefter nach Anspruch 7 und einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Erfassung der Drehposition und/oder Drehzahl des Motors bei wenigstens einem steuerbaren Motor (M1...M5) mit der Steuereinheit verbunden sind. - Sammelhefter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Steuereinheit, eine Anzeige und Bedienstelle aufweist. - Verfahren zur variablen Antriebssteuerung eines Sammelhefters mit wenigstens den Baugruppen Heftschlitten (B1), Sammelkette (B2), Hefthubeinrichtung (B3), Auslage (B4) und Auswerfer (B5),
gekennzeichnet durch,separates Antreiben mindestens zwei dieser Baugruppen (B1,B2), mit jeweils einem separat steuerbaren Antrieb,.Realisation der Bewegung der jeweils durch steuerbare Motoren angetriebenen Baugruppen vermittels einer elektronischen Steuereinheit,Synchronisation der Bewegung der einen separat angetriebenen Baugruppe auf die Bewegung mindestens der anderen separat angetriebenen Baugruppe,Durchführung einer taktweise oder ataktisch veränderbaren Sammelkettenbewegung, welche auf den Heftschlittenmittlauf angepasst wird. - Verfahren zur variablen Antriebssteuerung eines Sammelhefters gemäß Anspruch 15, gekennzeichnet durch,Realisation einer taktabhängigen Bewegung des Heftschlittenmitlaufs, der Bewegung der Hefthubeinrichtung und der Sammelkette, welche für die Zeiträume einzelner Maschinentakte unterschiedlich ist und an jedem Taktende zu einer gemeinsamen Anfangsbedingung zurückkehrt,Synchronisation der Bewegung des Heftschlittenmitlaufs, der Bewegung der Hefthubeinrichtung und der Bewegung der Sammelkette derart, dass für einzelne benachbarte Takte zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten Produkt und Heftschlitten angepasste Geschwindigkeitsprofile haben,Durchführung einer Heftung an unterschiedlichen Positionen am Produkt.
- Verfahren zur variablen Antriebssteuerung eines Sammelhefters mit wenigstens den Baugruppen Heftschlitten (B1), Sammelkette (B2), Hefthubeinrichtung (B3), Auslage (B4) und Auswerfer (B5),
gekennzeichnet durch,Separates Antreiben mindestens drei dieser Baugruppen (B2,B4,B5) mit jeweils einem separat steuerbaren Antrieb,Realisation der Bewegung der jeweils durch steuerbare Motoren angetriebenen Baugruppen vermittels einer elektronischen Steuereinheit,Synchronisation der Bewegung dieser separat angetriebenen Baugruppen auf den Maschinentakt,Synchronisation der Bewegung der separat angetriebenen Baugruppen Auslage (B4) und Auswerfer (B5) derart, dass unabhängig von der Maschinentaktzahl gleiche Übergabebedingungen für das Produkt entstehen.
