Claims (19)
- Einrichtung zur Herstellung gebundener Druckprodukte, mit wenigstens einer Durchlauffalzvorrichtung (18, 42, 43, 67), der nacheinander einzelne Druckbogen (12) zugeführt werden und in der diese einzeln gefalzt werden, mit einer Sammelvorrichtung (13, 53, 85), in welcher die von der Durchlauffalzvorrichtung (18, 42, 43, 67) gefalzten Druckbogen (12) zu einem Vorprodukt (11) rittlings gesammelt und einer Transportvorrichtung (2, 41, 62) übergeben werden, wobei die Sammelvorrichtung (13, 53, 85) wenigstens ein Schwert (17, 47, 52, 71, 72) aufweist, das sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Transportrichtung der Transportvorrichtung (2, 41, 62) erstreckt und auf dem jeweils eine vorbestimmte Anzahl Druckbogen (12) zu einem Vorprodukt (11) gesammelt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (14, 51, 82, 83) vorgesehen sind, mit denen das Schwert (17, 47, 52, 71, 72) in Transportrichtung bewegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sammelvorrichtung (13, 53, 85) wenigstens zwei Schwerter (17, 47, 52, 71, 72) aufweist, auf denen nacheinander Druckprodukte (11) gesammelt werden.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Schwert (17) auf einer bogenförmigen Bahn von der Durchlauffalzvorrichtung (18) zur Transportvorrichtung (2) bewegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sammelvorrichtung (13) einen radförmigen Träger (14) aufweist, an dem mehrere Schwerter (17) gelagert sind, die nacheinander in eine Position bewegbar sind, in der sie von der Durchlauffalzvorrichtung (18) beladbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwerter (17) am Umfang des radförmigen Trägers in eine horizontale Lage ausrichtbar gelagert und in einer Ebene bewegbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwerter (17) an ihrem einen Ende am radförmigen Träger gelagert sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (15) des radförmigen Trägers (4) sich quer zur Transportrichtung der Transportvorrichtung (2) erstreckt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwerter (17) jeweils in ihrer Längsrichtung geteilt sind und dass beim Ablegen der gesammelten Vorprodukte (11) die Schwerter (17) jeweils die Transportvorrichtung (2) von oben nach unten durchfahren.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Schwerter (47, 52, 71, 72) jeweils von einer Sammelposition in eine Warteposition und von dieser wieder in die Sammelposition bewegbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass die Vorprodukte (11) bei der Bewegung des Schwertes (47, 52, 71, 72) von der Sammelposition in die Warteposition auf die Transportvorrichtung (41, 62) abgeworfen werden.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Schwerter (71, 72) übereinander und über der Transportvorrichtung (62) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich beide Schwerter (71, 72) parallel zur Transportrichtung (62) erstrecken.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sammelvorrichtung (53) eine Weiche (32) aufweist und dass die Druckbogen (12) wahlweise dem einen oder dem anderen Schwert (47, 52) zuführbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Schwert (47, 52) eine Durchlauffalzvorrichtung (42, 43) vorgeschaltet ist und diese Durchlauffalzvorrichtungen (42,43) jeweils im Abstand zueinander über der Transportvorrichtung (41) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorprodukte (11) durch Abstreifen von einem Schwert (47, 52) auf die Transportvorrichtung (41) absetzbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (2, 41, 62) eine Sammelkette (8, 37) aufweist, die in gleichen Abständen Mitnehmer (9, 39) für den Transport der abgesetzten Vorprodukte (11) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckbogen (12) in einer Digitaldruckmaschine (24) sequenziell gedruckt werden.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogen (12) in Transportrichtung gesehen vor der Durchlauffalzvorrichtung (18, 42, 43, 67) in einer Falzvorrichtung (25) mit einem Querfalz versehen werden.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Sammelvorrichtung (13, 53, 85) ein Umschlaganleger (4) angeordnet ist.
