Description
Claims (15)
- Einrichtung zum Anschließen von Kragplatten an eine Wand- oder Deckenkonstruktion, mit zumindest einem Verbindungselement (19), das einen Bewehrungsteil (3, 19, 22, 25, 28, 28') und mehrere sich in die Wand- oder Deckenkonstruktion erstreckende Zug- und Druckbewehrungselemente (6, 7; 10, 11; 33, 34) sowie mehrere sich in die Kragplatte erstreckende Zug- und Druckbewehrungselemente (4, 5; 8, 9; 31, 32) aufweist, und einem mit dem Verbindungselement (1) verbundenen Isolierkörper (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewehrungsteil des Verbindungselementes (1) durch ein dünnwandiges, offenes Bewehrungsprofil (3, 19, 22, 25, 28, 28') aus nichtrostenden Stahlqualitäten gebildet ist, daß die Zug- und Druckbewehrungselemente (4, 5; 6, 7; 8, 9; 10, 11; 31, 32; 33, 34) im Zug- und Druckbereich mit dem Bewehrungsprofil (3, 19, 22, 25) bzw. den Bewehrungsprofilen (28, 28') kraftschlüssig über Verbindungsstellen (14) verbunden sind und daß der Isolierkörper (2) sich unter Ausschluß der Verbindungsstellen (14), wie an sich bekannt, nur über den Zentralbereich jedes Bewehrungsprofiles (3, 19, 22, 25, 28, 28') erstreckt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftschlüssige Verbindung jedes Bewehrungsprofiles (3, 19, 22, 25, 28, 28') mit den Zug- und Druckbewehrungselementen (4, 5; 6, 7; 8, 9; 10, 11; 31, 32; 33, 34) eine Schweißverbindung (14) ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungelement (1) durch zwei dünnwandige Bewehrungsprofile (28, 28') gebildet ist, die je im Zug- und Druckbereich angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsprofile (28, 28') U-förmig ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß die Bewehrungsprofile (28, 28') im Bereich ihrer Enden durch zumindest einen äußeren Ü-förmigen Bewehrungsbügel (31, 32) und durch zumindest einen inneren U-förmigen Bewehrungsbügel (33, 34) verbunden sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden dünnwandigen Bewehrungsprofile (28, 28') im Zentralbereich durch zumindest ein dünnwandiges Verbindungsblech (29) aus nichtrostenden Stahlqualitäten verbunden sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bewehrungsprofil (3, 19, 22, 25) einstückig ausgebildet ist und einen Vertikalteil (12) sowie zumindest einen abgekanteten Schenkel (13, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vertikalteil (12) des Bewehrungsprofils (3, 19, 22, 25) mit vorzugsweise elliptischen Ausnehmungen (25) versehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Schenkel (26) des Bewehrungsprofils (3, 19, 22, 25) mit zumindest einer Sicke (27) versehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zug- und Druckbewehrungselemente (4, 5; 6, 7; 8, 9; 10, 11; 31, 32; 33, 34) Bewehrungsstäbe aus Bewehrungsstahl sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Bewehrungsstäbe (4, 5; 6, 7; 8, 9; 10, 11; 31, 32; 33, 34) zur Verbesserung der Verankerung in der Kragplatte und in der Wand- oder Deckenkonstruktion eine Rippung aufweist.
- Aus mehreren Einrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 zusammengesetzte Anschlußeinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei Verbindungselemente (1) mit Hilfe zumindest eines Querverbindungselementes (16, 17, 18) zu einem formstabilen Bewehrungskorb verbunden sind und daß der Isolierkörper (2) sich unter Ausschluß der Verbindungsstellen (14) nur über den Zentralbereich jedes Bewehrungsprofiles (3, 19, 22, 25, 28, 28') erstreckt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Querverbindungselement (16, 17, 18) aus einem runden Stab besteht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Querverbindunsgelement (16, 17, 18) zur Lastverteilung geeignet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Isolierkörper (2) aus mehreren Einzelteilen besteht, die an allen Bewehrungsprofilen (3, 19, 22, 25, 28, 28') anliegen oder diese teilweise umschließen und beim Zusammenbau der Anschlußeinrichtung miteinander verbunden, vorzugsweise verklebt werden.
