Claims (8)
- Gargerät (1) zum Garen von Nahrungsmitteln mittels Dampf, mit einem aufheizbaren Garraum (19), der durch eine Decke (5), zwei seitliche Seitenwände (9, 10), einen Boden (7), eine hintere Seitenwand (13) und eine, eine Zutrittsöffnung aufweisende vordere Seitenwand (15) begrenzt ist, wobei im Abstand zur hinteren Seitenwand (13) eine Trennblende (21) vorgesehen ist, die eine Mittenöffnung (23) aufweist, und zwischen der hinteren Seitenwand (13) und der Trennblende (21) ein angetriebenes Lüfterrad (25) vorgesehen ist, und wobei wenigstens eine Sprühdüse (29) vorgesehen ist, die mit Flüssigkeitszuführeinrichtungen (35) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühdüse (29) sich durch eine Ausnehmung (24) der Trennblende (21) erstreckt, wobei die Ausnehmung (24) sich in einem Düsen-Randbereich (53) der Trennblende (21) befindet, der sich zwischen dem radialen Außenumfang (26) des Lüfterrades (25) und dem Außenrand (23) der Trennblende (21) erstreckt. - Gargerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühdüse (29) einen drehbaren mit wenigstens einer Flüssigkeitsaustrittsöffnung versehenen Düsenkopf (31) aufweist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitszuführeinrichtungen (35) einen Zuführkanal (37) aufweisen, der sich im Garraum (19) von der einen Seitenwand (13) zur Sprühdüse (29) erstreckt.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuführkanal (37) zwischen der einen Seitenwand (13) und Sprühdüse (29) in einem im wesentlichen starren Führungsrohr (39) angeordnet ist.
- Gargerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitszuführeinrichtungen (35) einen Wasserzuführkanal (43) und einen Reinigungsmittelzuführkanal (45) aufweisen.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Reinigungsmittelzuführkanal (45) eine Förderpumpe (49) vorgesehen ist.
- Gargerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine einstellbare bzw. programmierbare Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die in der Lage ist, verschiedene voreingestellte bzw. programmierte Reinigungs-Steuerprogramme zu steuern.
- Gargerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Sprühdüse vorgesehen ist, die in einer zweiten Ausnehmung in dem Düsen-Randbereich der Trennblende angeordnet ist.
