Definitions

  • the invention relates to a plug adapter for a suction line of a vacuum cleaner, the adapter having a suction line section having a cross section is trained.
  • a plug-in part has an inside in cross-section a constriction, which gives a certain flattening is.
  • the invention is concerned with the task of specifying an advantageous plug adapter.
  • cross-section inside is a flattened section and that has a radius of a circular arc line forming the flattening extends in the vertical plane of symmetry of the cross section and the radius center clearly lies outside the outline of the overall cross-section.
  • the flattening can be on the top, assigned to electrical contacts, be trained.
  • the electrical contacts can be in this area Flattening integrated in an outer, essentially circular cross-section his.
  • the corresponding areas are clear and spatially balanced Cut.
  • the additional contacts can be the signal contact serve, the performance lines in the Run in the middle.
  • the flattening is also increasing more inward Continuation of the series of sheets of electrical contacts an at least slightly curved course.
  • the electrical contacts in Side by side arrangement are provided. This is the anyway, small area of circular section is used optimally. This also applies to the measure below, after which the electrical contacts on the outside each Have round plugs or a round plug receptacle. The generally broader ones are in the middle tongue-like electrical contacts. It is understandable that the matrix-like or matrix-like designed electrical contacts on the plug-in part or on the plug-in part can lie. Taking up the above is it is therefore favorable that the electrical contacts two flat plugs or two tab receptacles and two round plugs or circular connector receptacles.
  • the suction mouth of the The suction line section is cut at an angle.
  • the corresponding one Angle can be around 30 °. Let it be corner areas of the floor are also vacuumed clean.
  • the in a receptacle of the counterpart suction line section to be introduced, starting of a muzzle cross-section, in terms of its External dimensions enlarged step by step. That makes one advantageous, easily negotiable pre-centering of the parts to be coupled, whereby only when driving over the Level the angular fine alignment of the control plug-in part and control receiving part occurs more frictionally. The operator feels a full, well sealing Leading into the end position.
  • the connector receptacle only covers part of it the larger level.
  • the step-forming change in thickness is also used to the extent that at the step transition formed a groove for receiving a sealing ring is.
  • the sealing ring works here right from the start the load-bearing clutch engagement.
  • One groove flank practically aligns with the step so that this flank turns out higher.
  • Such a design is predestined especially for the assignment of a V-profile Sealing ring.
  • the procedure is such that the smaller diameter part of the suction line section a has exchangeable sleeve on the outside. It works like an edge-protecting ring cap and is on the outer surface of the suction line section can be easily fixed. In terms of solution, it looks like the smaller diameter Part locking projections are provided, which in engage appropriate receptacles of the sleeve. Because many locking tabs space on the relatively large lateral surface find, it can also be relatively low protrusions act. With the corresponding axial length of the sleeve, their end can also become a pointed sealing collar be designed so that a separate sealing ring becomes dispensable.
  • the suction line section points in the area a circumferential thinning of its muzzle cross-section of his brow. Accordingly, the sleeve has a suitable groove for interaction with the thinning, which fits snugly into the groove.
  • the through the Crossed flanks obtained with thinning can be used Have an angle of 30 °.
  • this has one to the Suction line cross section adapted step-shaped taper on. In the case of a sleeve assignment, this is Rejuvenation is more developed, that is what this part means is more reduced on the wall side.
  • the invention brings a plug adapter according to the features of claim 1 in Suggestion.
  • the adapter can be used on both sides be designed as a plug-in part. moreover the adapter can be used on both sides as Plug receiving part be formed.
  • the one shown, for example as a hand vacuum cleaner designed vacuum cleaner 1 contains in a care area pointing housing 2 an electric motor, which a suction fan drives.
  • the floor to be maintained is included 3 designated.
  • a suction line connector 4 goes from the housing 2 from, running out into a possibly integrally molded suction line section 5th
  • the suction line section 5 forms a plug-in part E.
  • the associated counterpart 6 forms a connector receptacle A.
  • the connector is shown in Figures 6 and 7 out.
  • the counterpart 6 can sit on an attachment V.
  • the present exemplary embodiment is with respect to this attachment V by a suction nozzle.
  • the latter contains an electric motor Brush roller 7, which is stored in the suction channel of the suction nozzle is.
  • Said electrical contacts 8 extend outside of a cross section of the suction line section circumscribing a suction channel 9 5 and the counterpart 6. This allows the most favorable flow and connector cross-section for the suction line to get voted. For one thing an overall cross section that approximates the circular shape and especially the circular shape approximate cross section of the suction channel 9 are present. With regard to the cross section of the suction channel 9, this results the preferred embodiment of Figure 16, in association with the representations in Figures 16 and 17. As can be seen, there are 9 flat with respect to the suction channel Arches based, but the non-rotating Do not make plug-in connection insurmountable. The one there contains egg-shaped outline in the far largest area the cross section of the suction channel 9.
  • the through the electrical contacts 8 occupied cross section or the corresponding one
  • the field extends on the upper side of the suction channel 9.
  • the cross section forms a segment of a circle Flattening 10.
  • the flattening 10 runs slightly arched. It lies on a circular arc line, whose radius point is designated 11.
  • the radius point 11 extends in the vertical plane of symmetry x-x of the cross section and is clearly outside of the Outline 12 of the cross-section or overall cross-section.
  • the electrical contacts 8 extend in the area of said flattening 10, outside the circumscribing the suction channel 9 Cross-section. They are above the flattening 10 arranged and so in the outer, essentially circular overall cross section housed.
  • the Electrical contacts 8 can even run in an arc line. This curve line brings a larger usable Length for those shown in the drawings Side-by-side arrangements of the electrical contacts 8th.
  • concave Arc area a which is not the same as two adjoining ends, is also concave arc surfaces b and c.
  • the Arc areas b and c are identical to one another. she run like curved V-legs and are at the apex generously concave rounded. The vertex bears the reference symbol 14. The end transitions of these legs, or the mirror-like arches b and c go over narrower concave arches 15 in the roof-like curved upper arch surface a continuously.
  • the radius point 16 of the vertex 14 is the vertical x-x cutting, approximately in the center of the suction channel 9. Die Radius points 17 of the narrower arc surfaces 15 lie against it on a horizontal connecting end 18 in the upper Quarter of the height of the suction channel 9. They form the Intersection of an acute angle alpha of approx. 40 °. The apex of this angle alpha is the radius point 11th
  • the extension of the angle leg of the acute angle Alpha beyond connector 18 marks the arc area junction 20 between the narrower arches 15 and the upper arch surface c.
  • the connecting 18th marks the other curved surface connection points 20 ' the arches b and c.
