Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Fadenteilung an einer Schärmaschine (2), bei dem zwischen die zur Fachbildung aufgespannten Fäden (5) eines Fadenverbandes (10) eine Teilschnur (22) zur Abgrenzung eines Fadenteilverbandes (25a, 25b) eingelegt wird, wobei zuerst ein aus einem ersten und einem zweiten Führungsarm (26, 27) bestehendes Einführelement (28) seitlich in den Fadenverband eingeführt wird, anschliessend von einem Teilschnurvorrat eine Teilschnur abgezogen und mittels des Einführelements derart als den Fadenteilverband umschlingende Schnurschlaufe (23) in den Fadenverband eingelegt wird, dass die Teilschnur entlang des ersten Führungsarms (26) eingeführt, gewendet und entlang des zweiten Führungsarms (27) zurückgeführt wird, und wobei zuletzt das Einführelement aus dem Fadenverband zurückgezogen und die Schnurschlaufe verknotet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden (29, 31) der beiden Führungsarme (26, 27) nach dem seitlichen Einführen in einer vorzugsweise zangenartigen Bewegung zusammengeführt werden, wobei die Teilschnur an den Enden direkt vom ersten Führungsarm dem zweiten Führungsarm übergeben wird und dass die freien Enden zum Zurückziehen des Einführelements (28) wieder geöffnet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsarme (26, 27) Rohre sind, welche beim Zusammenführen der freien Enden zu einem durchgehenden Strömungskanal verbunden werden und dass die Teilschnur (22) mittels einer Luftströmung im Strömungskanal abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftströmung durch Anlegen eines Unterdrucks am zweiten Führungsarms (27) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eingelegte Schnurschlaufe (23) nach dem Zurückziehen des Einführelements (28) von den noch in den Führungsarmen liegenden Abschnitten (24a, 24b) der Teilschnur abgetrennt wird und dass beim nächst folgenden Einlegevorgang der im zweiten Führungsarm (27) liegende Teilschnurabschnitt (24b) zusammen mit dem Zurückführen einer neuen Teilschnur abgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einführelement (28) auf einer vorzugsweise linearen Vorschubbahn bewegt wird, und dass nach dem zurückziehen des Einführelements ein Knotgerät (43) zum Verknoten der Schnurschlaufe (23) in den Bereich der Vorschubbahn geschoben wird, das nach dem Verknoten und Abtrennen der Schnurschlaufe wieder zurückgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Knotgerät (43) an einem flexiblen Schubelement (45) aus einer Ruhelage auf einer Kurvenbahn in eine Knotlage verschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verknotete Schnurschlaufe (23) mittels einer Positionier- und Spannvorrichtung (48) derart positioniert und gespannt wird, dass die Schnurschlaufe wenigstens auf einer Seite am umschlungenen Fadenteilverbandes bzw. am Schärband (15) anliegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnurschlaufe (23) mit einer Saugvorrichtung angesaugt und derart positioniert und gespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnurschlaufe (23) mit einer Blasvorrichtung (58) angeblasen und derart positioniert und gespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnurschlaufe (23) derart am Fadenteilverband (25b) angelegt wird, dass beim anschliessenden Bäumprozess die Schnurschlaufe auf der Aussenseite liegt.
- Vorrichtung zur Fadenteilung an einer Schärmaschine (2) insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem aus einem ersten und einem zweiten Führungsarm (26, 27) bestehenden Einführelement (28), das seitlich in die zur Fachbildung aufspannten Fäden (5) eines Fadenverbandes (10) einführbar ist, wobei mittels einer Vorschubvorrichtung (35) eine Teilschnur (22) derart entlang des ersten Führungsarms (26) einführbar, gewendet und entlang des zweiten Führungsarms (27) zurückführbar ist, dass eine einen Fadenteilverband (25b) umschlingende Schnurschlaufe (23) gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Führungsarme (26, 27) derart beweglich gelagert sind, dass ihre freien Enden (29, 31) in einer vorzugsweise zangenartigen Bewegung zusammenführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der beiden Führungsarme (26) schwenkbar gelagert ist und dass er mit einem Druckmittelzylinder (34) auf den benachbarten Führungsarm (27) zu bzw. von diesem wegbewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Führungsarme (26, 27) als Rohre ausgebildet sind, deren freie Enden (29, 31) nach dem Zusammenführen einen geschlossenen Rohrbogen bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorschubvorrichtung ein Luftfördergerät (35) ist, das zum Erzeugen einer Luftströmung mit den Rohren in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Führungsarm (26) am Eingang (30) mit einem Schnurvorratsbehälter (38) verbunden ist und dass am zweiten Führungsarms (27) ein Luftfördergerät (35) zum Erzeugen eines Unterdrucks in den Rohren angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einführelement (28) auf einem Schlitten (40) gelagert und entlang einer vorzugsweise linearen Vorschubbahn (42) in den Fadenverband einführbar ist und dass im Bereich der Vorschubbahn ein Knotgerät (43) derart verschiebbar gelagert ist, dass es aus einer Ruhestellung bei eingefahrenem Einführelement in eine Knotstellung bei zurückgezogenem Einführelement bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Knotgerät (43) an einem flexiblen Schubelement (45) befestigt ist und entlang einer Kurvenbahn (47) zwischen der Ruhestellung und der Knotstellung bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilschnur von einer Schnurspulenhalterung (36) abziehbar ist, die im Wirkungsbereich eines Fotosensors (37) zur Überwachung des Schnurvorrats angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Aufwickelpunktes des Fadenverbandes auf die Schärtrommel eine Positionier- und Spannvorrichtung (48) angeordnet ist, mit der eine verknotete Schnurschlaufe (23) positionier- und spannbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionier- und Spannvorrichtung (48) eine Saugvorrichtung oder eine Blasvorrichtung aufweist.
