Claims (17)
- Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung, insbesondere bestimmt für eine Rillenschienenweiche, umfassend einen kastenförmigen Unterbau (32) mit Backenschiene (14), gegebenenfalls Bei- bzw. Stützschiene (16), sowie Gleitplatte (18), auf der eine Zungenschiene (20) verschiebbar angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kastenförmige Unterbau (32) elastisch in einem ortsfest angeordneten Rahmen (38) der Zungenvorrichtung (28, 30) gelagert ist. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kastenförmige Unterbau (32) parallel oder in etwa parallel zueinander und in Längsrichtung der Zungenvorrichtung (28, 30) verlaufende Seitenwandungen (34, 36) aufweist, die mittelbar oder unmittelbar über eine elastische Zwischenlage (64, 66) mit dem Rahmen (38) bzw. einem von diesem ausgehenden Halteelement (56, 58) verbunden sind. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kastenförmige Unterbau (32) hängend in dem vorzugsweise im Querschnitt eine U-Form aufweisenden Rahmen (38) angeordnet ist und insbesondere über einen elastischen Einsatz gegenüber dem Rahmen (38) abgestützt ist. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Zwischenlage (64, 66) unterbauseitig mit einem quaderförmigen Flachelement (68, 70) wie Flacheisen und rahmenseitig mit einem vorzugsweise L-förmigen Element (60, 62) verbunden wie anvulkanisiert ist, wobei insbesondere das Flachelement, das L-förmige Element und die elastische Zwischenlage als Einsatz zwischen dem kastenförmigen Unterbau (32) und dem Rahmen (38) zum gegenseitigen elastischen Abstützen einsetzbar und formschlüssig mit diesen und/oder mit diesen kraftschlüssig verbunden sind. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das L-förmige Element (60, 62) mit seinem Querschenkel (88, 90) beabstandet sowohl zu der elastischen Zwischenlage (64, 66) als auch dem Flachelement (68, 70) verläuft und in einer Aussparung wie Nut (102, 104) der Seitenwandung (34, 36) des kastenförmigen Unterbaus (32) eingreift, wobei die Höhe der Nut größer als entsprechende Erstreckung des Querschenkels ist, wobei insbesondere die Nut bei in diese eingreifendem Querschenkel des mit der Zwischenlage verbundenen L-förmigen Elementes Begrenzung für eine vertikale Relativbewegung zwischen dem kastenförmigen Unterbau und dem Rahmen ist. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschenkel (88, 90) des L-förmigen Elementes (60, 62) auf einem konsolenartigen Vorsprung (94, 96) des Rahmens (38) abgestützt ist bzw. dass das L-förmige Element (60, 62) von einem in den konsolenartigen Vorsprung (52, 54) eingreifenden T-förmigen Träger (56, 58) ausgeht, dessen Mittelschenkel (72) fußseitig hakenförmige Abschnitte (92, 94) aufweist, die in entsprechende Aussparungen (96) des konsolenartigen Vorsprungs eingreifen. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das L-förmige Element (60, 62) rahmenseitig zwischen dem T-förmigen Träger (56, 58) und dem konsolenartigen Vorsprung formschlüssig aufgenommen ist, wobei insbesondere der T-förmige Träger (56, 58) über die hakenförmigen Abschnitte (92, 94) lösbar mit dem Rahmen (38) verbunden ist. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hakenförmigen Abschnitte (92, 94) des T-förmigen Trägers (56, 58) in die Aussparungen (96, 98) der konsolenartigen Vorsprünge (52, 54) mit Spiel derart eingreifen, dass eine Relativbewegung zwischen dem Rahmen (38) und dem kastenförmigen Unterbau zumindest quer zur Längsrichtung der Zungenvorrichtung (28, 30) möglich ist. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der T-förmige Träger (60, 62) mit seinem Querschenkel (76) auf dem oberen Rand des Rahmens (38) bzw. dessen Seitenwandungen (40, 42) verläuft bzw. abgestützt ist und/oder dass der T-förmige Träger quer zur Zungenvorrichtung-Längsrichtung mit Spiel in die Aussparungen (56, 58) des konsolenartigen Vorsprungs (52, 54) derart eingreift, dass zwischen seinem Längsschenkel (72) und Längsseiteninnenwandung des Rahmens (38) Abstandselemente wie Beilegebleche (106, 108) zum seitlichen Ausrichten des kastenförmigen Unterbaus (32) anordbar sind. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kastenförmige Unterbau (32) mit den über die elastischen Zwischenlagen (64, 66) verbundenen T-förmigen Trägern (56, 58) als Einheit in den Rahmen (38) einsetzbar bzw. aus diesem herausnehmbar ist oder dass der kastenförmige Unterbau getrennt von dem aus dem L-förmigen Element (60, 62), der Zwischenlage (64, 66) und dem Flachelement (68, 70) bestehenden Einsatz aus dem Rahmen (38) entfernbar ist. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der T-förmige Träger (56, 58) mit dem L-förmigen Element (60, 62) das Halteelement ist. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das quaderförmige unterbauseitig verlaufende Flachelement (68, 70) kopfseitig von einem randseitig nach außen vorspringenden Abschnitt wie Nase (98, 100) der Seitenwandung (34, 36) des kastenförmigen Unterbaus (32) abgedeckt ist bzw. auf dieser auf dem Flachelement aufliegt, wobei insbesondere der Abschnitt wie die Nase (98, 100) und zugewandter Querschenkelabschnitt (82) des T-förmigen Trägers (56, 58) zueinander oder im Wesentlichen zueinander fluchtend ausgerichtet sind. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen dem vorspringenden Abschnitt wie die Nase (98, 100) der Seitenwandung (34, 36) des kastenförmigen Unterbaus (32) und dem zugewandten Querschenkel (82) des T-förmigen Trägers (56, 58) ein Abschnitt der elastischen Zwischenlage (64, 66) erstreckt. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der T-förmige Träger (56, 58) mit seinem Querschenkel (76, 82) auf dem oberen Rand des Längsschenkels des L-förmigen Elementes (60) aufliegt bzw. sich auf diesem abstützt. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das L-förmige Element, das Zwischenelement (64) sowie das quaderförmige Flachelement (68) als eine Einheit ausgebildet sind. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Längsrichtung der Zungenvorrichtung (28, 30) das L-förmige Element (60) sowie das Flachelement (68) aus zueinander beabstandeten Abschnitten (110, 112, 114) bestehen, zwischen denen die elastische Zwischenlage durchgehend verläuft. - Oberbau-Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Zwischenlage (64, 66) zwischen den Abschnitten (110, 112, 114) des L-förmigen Elementes (60, 72) bzw. des Flachelements (68, 70) eine Quererstreckung aufweist, die gleich der des L-förmigen Elementes in Bezug auf seinen Längsschenkel, des Flachelementes und des zwischen diesen verlaufenden Zwischenlagenabschnitt ist.
