Claims (22)
- Vorrichtung für den Antrieb eines Vorgreifers zum Einzeltransport von Bogen von einem Anlegetisch zu einem Greifersystem eines weiterführenden Zylinders, mit einem oder mehreren Bogenerfassungselementen, die zwischen einer Übernahmeposition am Anlegetisch und einer Übergabeposition am Greifersystem hin- und herbewegbar antreibbar sind, wobei durch die Bogenerfassungselemente der vordere Bereich des Bogens in der Übernahmeposition am Anlegetisch erfaßbar und zur Übergabeposition am Greifersystem des weiterführenden Zylinders transportierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Bogenerfassungselemente (10, 10', 10") linear geführt zwischen der Übernahmeposition (4) und der Übergabeposition (6) bewegbar antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Bogenerfassungselemente (10, 10', 10") auf parallel zur Bewegungsbahn (2) des Bogens (3) vom Anlegetisch zum weiterführenden Zylinder sich erstreckenden Führungselementen bewegbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente Führungsstangen (1) der Führungsschienen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenerfassungselemente mittels Kugelumlaufeinheiten, Rollenumlaufeinheiten oder Flachkäfigführungen auf den Führungselementen bewegbar geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenerfassungselemente (10) von einer Schwingenmechanik bewegbar antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwingenmechanik eine sich etwa in Bewegungsrichtung der Bogenerfassungselemente (10) erstreckende Schwinge (18) aufweisen, deren eines Ende um eine parallel zur Achse (13) des Zylinders erstreckende Achse (14) schwenkbar am Bogenerfassungselement (10) und deren anderes Ende an einem eine Bewegung in Erstreckungsrichtung der Bewegungsbahn (2) der Bogenerfassungselemente (10) ausführenden Antriebselement angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebselement eine um eine sich parallel zur Achse (13) des Zylinders erstreckende Kurbelachse (26) drehbar antreibbare Kurbel (25) ist, an der die Schwinge in einem den Bewegungsweg der Bogenerfassungselemente (10') bestimmenden Abstand zur Kurbelachse (26) angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebselement an einem um eine zur Achse des Zylinders parallele Schwenkhebelachse (20) schwenkbaren Schwenkhebel (19) angelenkt ist, der in einem Abstand zur Schwenkhebelachse (20) an der Umlaufkontur (22) eines drehbar antreibbaren Exzenters (23) von diesem schwenkbar antreibbar in Anlage ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Schwenkhebel (19) eine Rolle (21) frei drehbar gelagert ist, über deren radial umlaufende Kontur der Schwenkhebel (19) an dem Exzenter (23) in Anlage ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenter (23) um die Achse (13) des Zylinders von dieser drehbar antreibbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenerfassungselemente (10') von einem Ketten-, Seil- oder Riemenantrieb bewegbar antreibbar sind, wobei die Kette (30), das Seil oder der Riemen sich parallel zu den Führungselementen erstreckt und in Richtung seiner Erstreckung bewegbar antreibbar ist sowie die Bogenerfassungselemente (10') mit der Kette (30), dem Seil oder dem Riemen verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kette (30), das Seil oder der Riemen endlos ausgebildet und um Umlenkrollen (31) im Bereich der Enden der Führungselemente geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Umlenkrollen (31) eine Antriebsrolle bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenerfassungselemente von einem pneumatischen Linearantrieb antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenerfassungselemente von einem elektrischen Linearantrieb antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenerfassungselemente (10') mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbare Sauger sind, durch die die Bogen (3) erfaßbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenerfassungselemente (10") eine Greiferauflage (37) besitzen, auf die der zu fördernde Bogen (3) mit seinem in Förderrichtung (35) vorderen Bereich durch einen Greifer (12) beaufschlagbar ist, wobei durch den Greifer (12) der Bogen (3) in der Übernahmeposition (4) des Bogenserfassungselements (10) erfaßbar und in der Übergabeposition (6) freigebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (12) an einem Ende eines um eine zur Achse (13)des Zylinders parallele Achse (14) schwenkbaren Hebels (15) angeordnet ist, der an seinem anderen Ende von einer Kulisse (17) derart schwenkbar beaufschlagbar ist, daß der Greifer (12) zur Auflage auf der Greiferauflage (37) bzw. zum Abheben von der Greiferauflage (37) schwenkbar antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenerfassungselemente (10) Vordermarken (33) tragen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Greifer (12) und Vordermarke (33) eine Baueinheit oder ein Bauteil bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenerfassungselemente (10) parallel zur Achse (13) des Zylinders bewegbar antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch einen Sensor (42) die seitliche Istposition des Bogens (3) in dessen Übernahmeposition (4) erfaßbar und abhängig von der Abweichung der erfaßten seitlichen Istposition von einer Sollposition die Bogenerfassungselemente (10) nach Erfassung des Bogens (3) quer zur Bogenförderrichtung (35) bewegbar antreibbar sind.
