Claims (22)
- Bogenanleger zur taktweisen Förderung von Bogen, mit einem Bogenvorderkantentrenner, der zwei im Abstand nebeneinander angeordnete Doppelsaugerpaare aufweist, deren Doppelsauger durch Getriebe angetrieben Bewegungen auf einer geschlossenen Bahn in Förderrichtung der Bogen und zurück ausführen und dabei die Doppelsauger eines Doppelsaugerpaares in einem zwei Arbeitstakte aufweisenden Bewegungszyklus um einen Arbeitstakt versetzt nacheinander in den Bereich der Stapelvorderkante gelangen, wobei jeder Doppelsauger je eine Saugfläche auf seiner Ober- und Unterseite besitzt und die untere Saugfläche eines Doppelsaugers eines Doppelsaugerpaars den obersten Bogen eines Bogenstapels erfaßt und anhebt sowie im angehobenen Zustand an die obere Saugfläche des daneben angeordneten anderen Doppelsaugers dieses Doppelsaugerpaares zum Weitertransport bis zu einer Bogenübergabe an eine Transporteinrichtung übergibt sowie die Bewegungszyklen der Doppelsaugerpaare etwa gleich sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungszyklus der Doppelsauger (9,9'), zumindest eines Doppelsaugerpaares (7) wenigstens im Bereich der Bogenübergabe an die Transporteinrichtung (3) um eine Phasendifferenz (15) vor- und/oder nacheilend einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungszyklus um Phasendifferenzschritte vor- und/oder nacheilend einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungszyklus um eine stufenlos einstellbare Phasendifferenz vor- und/oder nacheilend einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungszyklus manuell vor- und/oder nacheilend einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungszyklus selbsttätig vorund/oder nacheilend einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Getriebe (10,10',10",10"') eines oder mehrerer Doppelsaugerpaare (7,7') ein einstellbares Phasenverstellgetriebe vorgeschaltet ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebe (10,10',10",10"') der Doppelsauger (9, 9', 9", 9"') eines oder beider Doppelsaugerpaare (7,7') von einem gemeinsamen Antrieb antreibbar sind.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Getriebe eines Doppelsaugerpaares von einem eigenen Einzelantrieb antreibbar ist und ein oder beide Einzelantriebe vor- und/oder nacheilend einstellbar sind.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abweichung der Stapelvorderkante (8) oder der Vorderkante eines vom Bogenanleger geförderten Bogens von einer zur Bogenförderrichtung (6) rechtwinkligen Sollage durch eine Sensorik erfaßbar und ein entsprechendes Signal zur Ansteuerung einer Vor- und/oder Nacheilung des Bewegungszyklusses eines oder beider Doppelsaugerpaare (7,7') erzeugbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von dem Signal das Phasenverstellgetriebe oder ein oder beide Einzelantriebe ansteuerbar sind.
- Bogenanleger nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erstreckung der geschlossenen Bahn zumindest eines Doppelsaugerpaares an ihrem in Förderrichtung (6) vorderen und/oder hinteren Ende in und/oder entgegen der Förderrichtung (6) der Bogen während eines Bewegungszyklus verlängerbar und/oder verkürzbar einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erstreckung der geschlossenen Bahn schrittweise verlängerbar und/oder verkürzbar einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erstreckung der geschlossenen Bahn stufenlos verlängerbar und/oder verkürzbar einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erstreckung manuell verlängerbar und /oder verkürzbar einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erstreckung selbsttätig verlängerbar und/oder verkürzbar einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe (10) eines oder mehrerer Doppelsaugerpaare eine oder mehrere sich etwa in Förderrichtung (6) erstreckende Schwingen (16, 17) aufweist, von denen zumindest jeweils eine an einem Doppelsauger (9) eines Doppelsaugerpaares angelenkt ist und die Schwingen (16, 17), die an den Doppelsaugern (9) dieses Doppelsaugerpaares angelenkt sind, in Längserstreckung verlängerbar und/oder verkürzbar einstellbar sind oder deren Position etwa in oder entgegen der Förderrichtung verstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einstellbaren Schwingen (16, 17) einen Spindeltrieb aufweisen, durch den die Längserstreckung der Schwingen (16, 17) einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einstellbaren Schwingen ein Piezostellglied aufweisen, durch das die Längserstreckung der Schwinge einstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position der Schwenkachse an dem dem Doppelsauger entgegengesetzen Ende der Schwinge etwa in oder entgegen der Förderrichtung verstellbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abweichung der Stapelvorderkante (8) oder der Vorderkante eines vom Bogenanleger geförderten Bogens von einer zur Bogenförderrichtung (6) rechtwinkligen Sollage durch eine Sensorik (14) erfaßbar und ein entsprechendes Signal zur Ansteuerung einer Verlängerung und/oder Verkürzung der Erstreckung der geschlossenen Bahn zumindest eines Doppelsaugerpaares erzeugbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Zuförderung und Übergabe von Bogen in korrekter Lage zu einer Transporteinrichtung durch einen Bogenanleger nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abweichung der Stapelvorderkante oder der Vorderkante eines vom Bogenanleger geförderten Bogens von einer zur Bogenförderrichtung rechtwinkligen Sollage erfaßt und entsprechend der Bewegungszyklus der Doppelsauger zumindest eines Doppelsaugerpaares wenigstens im Bereich der Bogenübergabe an die Transporteinrichtung um eine Phasendifferenz vor- und/oder nacheilend eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren zur Zuförderung und Übergabe von Bogen in korrekter Lage zu einer Transporteinrichtung durch einen Bogenanleger nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abweichung der Stapelvorderkante oder der Vorderkante eines vom Bogenanleger geförderten Bogens von einer zur Bogenförderrichtung rechtwinkligen Sollage erfaßt und entsprechend die Erstrekkung der geschlossenen Bahn zumindest eines Doppelsaugerpaares an ihrem in Förderrichtung vorderen und/oder hinteren Ende in und/oder entgegen der Förderrichtung der Bogen während eines Bewegungszyklus verlängerbar und/oder verkürzbar eingestellt wird.
