Claims (16)
- Antrieb (10) für eine erste Falzwalze (22) und eine zweite Falzwalze (122) zweier zusammenwirkender Falzwalzen (22, 122), insbesondere in einem Falzapparat einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, wobei der Antrieb ein erstes Antriebszahnrad (18), ein erstes Abtriebszahnrad (21), das von dem ersten Antriebszahnrad (18) angetrieben wird, sowie ein zweites Antriebszahnrad (118) und ein zweites Abtriebszahnrad (121), das von einem zweiten Antriebszahnrad (118) angetrieben wird und im Abstand zu dem ersten Abtriebszahnrad (21) einstellbar ist, umfasst
gekennzeichnet durchein erstes Gehäuse (50), das das erste Antriebszahnrad (18) und das erste Abtriebszahnrad (21) abdichtet, undein zweites Gehäuse (150), das das zweite Antriebszahnrad (118) und das zweite Abtriebszahnrad (21) abdichtet. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Abtriebszahnrad (21) koaxial zu der ersten Falzwalze (22) angeordnet ist. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Antrieb (10) des Weiteren eine erste Welle (14), eine zweite Welle (114), ein erstes Zahnrad (12) und ein zweites Zahnrad (112) umfasst, wobei das erste Antriebszahnrad (18) und das zweite Antriebszahnrad (118) mittels der ersten Welle (14) und der zweiten Welle (114) mit dem ersten und dem zweiten Antriebsrad (12, 112) verbunden sind. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Zahnrad (12) und das zweite Zahnrad (112) in Zahneingriff stehen. - Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die erste Falzwalze (22) das erste Gehäuse (50) durchdringt. - Falzapparat für eine Druckmaschine mitgekennzeichnet durcheiner ersten Falzwalze (22),einer zweiten mit der ersten Falzwalze (22) zum Verarbeiten von Signaturen zusammenwirkenden Falzwalze (122),
einen Antrieb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Falzapparat des Weiteren eine antriebsseitige Wand umfasst, wobei das erste Antriebszahnrad (18) und das zweite Antriebszahnrad (118) auf der Innenseite der antriebsseitigen Wand angeordnet sind. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Zahnrad (12) auf der Außenseite der antriebsseitigen Wand angeordnet ist, wobei die erste Welle (14) mit dem ersten Antriebszahnrad (18) und dem ersten Zahnrad (12) verbunden ist und drehbar in der antriebsseitigen Wand gehalten wird. - Falzapparat nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Falzapparat des Weiteren eine Spalteinstelleinrichtung (42) zum Einstellen eines Spalts zwischen der ersten Falzwalze (22) und der zweiten Falzwalze (122) umfasst. - Falzapparat nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Falzapparat des Weiteren einen Spalteinstellarm (40) umfasst, der mit der ersten Falzwalze (22) mittels eines Lagers (44) verbunden ist. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Gehäuse (50) mit dem Spalteinstellarm (40) verbunden ist. - Falzapparat nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Falzapparat ein Falzapparat (20) mit einem rotierenden Messer ist. - Verfahren zum Antreiben einer ersten Falzwalze (22) und einer zweiten Falzwalze (122), wobei ein Antrieb (10) ein erstes Antriebszahnrad (18), ein erstes Abtriebszahnrad (21), ein zweites Antriebszahnrad (118) und ein zweites Abtriebszahnrad (121) umfasst, und wobei der Abstand des ersten Abtriebszahnrades (21) zu dem zweiten Abtriebszahnrad (121) einstellbar ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:Abdichten des ersten Antriebszahnrades (18) und des ersten Abtriebszahnrades (21) der ersten Falzwalze (22) mittels eines ersten Gehäuses (50);Abdichten des zweiten Antriebszahnrades (118) und des zweitenAbtriebszahnrades (121) der zweiten Falzwalze (122) mittels eines zweiten Gehäuses (150). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
gekennzeichnet durch
Einstellen eines Spalts zwischen der ersten Falzwalze (22) und der zweiten Falzwalze (122). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Falzwalze (22) über einen Spalteinstellarm (40) bewegt wird, wobei die erste Abdichtung (50) mit dem Spalteinstellarm (40) verbunden ist und sich mit dem Spalteinstellarm (40) bewegt. - Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 oder einen Falzapparat nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12.
