Definitions
- the invention relates to a toilet bowl, in particular for a vacuum toilet system, with flushing nozzle arranged in the upper edge of the toilet bowl Dispense of cleaning liquid spraying inside the toilet bowl as well a rinsing liquid that may be stowed in the drain below the rinsing nozzle ensuring overflow.
- a corresponding vacuum toilet can be found in DE 297 00 985 U1. It goes a pipe from the lower bowl area, which is outside the bowl in a certain height below the flushing nozzles ends open. This creates an overflow which ensures that if the toilet bowl is full due to a malfunction should, the water level cannot reach the nozzles, which makes them inadmissible Way of sucking sewage into the drinking water pipe. Disadvantage of the known training is it that when the suction opening of the toilet bowl with paper and Solids are occupied, the bowl can not be emptied properly because of the line running outside the toilet bowl would be sucked in false air, so that as a result, the required vacuum is not built up in the toilet bowl can to suck the bowl completely empty.
- DE 25 29 169 discloses a device for distributing rinsing water in a toilet bowl known, the one from a running in the upper edge of the toilet bowl the inner wall of the toilet bowl has directed longitudinal channel.
- the device exists made of elastic material such as plastic or rubber.
- a toilet bowl in the upper edge is off for flushing Elastic material existing plug-shaped sockets provided, the toilet bowl side have two outlet openings to dispense rinsing liquid.
- the present invention addresses the problem of a toilet bowl, in particular intended for a vacuum toilet system of the type mentioned at the beginning, that it can be ensured with structurally simple measures that in the event of a malfunction in the toilet bowl accumulated water cannot rise in the area of the nozzles. At the same time however, it should be ensured that an appropriate overflow empties the toilet bowl is not affected. Furthermore, it should be ensured with a few nozzles be that the toilet bowl can be cleaned thoroughly, so that consequently only small areas remain that cannot be washed over.
- the problem is essentially solved in that the overflow is a channel-shaped or chamber-shaped recess of the inside of the toilet bowl
- Toilet bowl includes that in an outlet leading to the outside of the toilet bowl passes over or has one.
- the channel or chamber-shaped recess preferably provided in the rear area of the toilet bowl and runs between pockets on the back, such as fastening pockets, such as those from wall closets are known.
- the channel-shaped or chamber-shaped recess has, in particular, a cuboid internal geometry on, with its floor area starting from the inside of the toilet bowl Rising on the outside and in particular is groove-shaped. This gives the advantage that even if in the liquid section z. B. when rinsing or when cleaning by hand, it runs back into the toilet bowl without to flow through the outlet, otherwise causing liquid to enter the toilet bowl Sanitary room would arrive. Regardless of this, however, no liquid gets through in the pre-wall installation or in a cavity of the toilet body.
- the chamber-shaped or channel-shaped section forming the overflow runs Starting from the inside of the toilet bowl, rising and trough-shaped. Through the inclined or channel-shaped floor surface is also a self-cleaning given. Regardless of this, the opening of the Overflow should be chosen so large that it can be cleaned by hand.
- the overflow on the inside of the toilet bowl covered in sections by a section of the toilet bowl or its inner wall is that can be hood-shaped above the opening. So is in top view on the toilet bowl the opening leading to the overflow basically does not visible.
- the overflow extends above one a shut-off valve leading vacuum line, without the handling or maintenance of the Shut-off valve is negatively affected.
- the invention relates to a toilet bowl, in particular Intended for a vacuum toilet system, with the top of the toilet bowl Arranged nozzles for dispensing spraying the inside of the toilet bowl Liquid, the nozzle being disc-shaped along the inside of the toilet bowl extending first section with an arcuate exit slot and a second extending or fixed in a receptacle of the toilet bowl comprises a section having a channel, via which the liquid to the outlet slot flows, which is characterized in that the outlet slot in its respective end region passes into an outlet opening, the diameter of which is larger than the outlet slot in it Width is.
- the outlet opening through one of the second section penetrating channel outgoing bore is formed.
- the Bores edge boundaries of the arcuate exit slot, the Bores an angle ⁇ with in particular 140 ° ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ 180 °, in particular 160 ° ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ 165 ° lock in.
- This extension ensures that, on the one hand, an overspray of Flushing water over the edge of the toilet bowl is prevented and on the other hand the Toilet bowl inner surface is almost completely wetted.
- the diameter D of the bore and the width S of the exit slot are preferably 1.5 S ⁇ D ⁇ 2.5 S, preferably D in about 1.8 S.
- the holes should eccentrically pass through the channel passing through the second section cut, in particular it is provided that the holes in the channel cut the edge area facing away from the slot.
- the inside of the first section of the nozzle spans a first plane and that of exit slot on the channel a second level, the first and the second Level inclined to each other.
- the exit slot spanned plane inclined towards the inner surface of the toilet bowl runs.
- the first and the second plane preferably describe an angle ⁇ with 4 ° ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ 8 °, preferably 6 ° ⁇ ⁇ 6.5 °.
- the formation of the nozzles having the geometry of a mushroom results in the Advantage that two nozzles are sufficient to fill the inside of the toilet bowl as required Spray the circumference with liquid.
- the nozzles are particularly diametrical and preferably arranged centrally in a side area of the toilet bowl.
- the same toilet bowl 10 is determined purely in principle and from the structure shown for a toilet vacuum system.
- the toilet bowl 10 consists of a double-walled body 11 and has at its lowest point, ie in the bottom region 12 Connection to a vacuum line 14 in which there is a shut-off valve 16, which in then, as usual, a connection to the toilet bowl 10, ie its interior 18 produces when accumulated liquid and solids are to be suctioned off. So far is based on well-known control devices that can be found in vacuum technology referred.
- nozzles 22, 23 are arranged to rinse out the inner surface 24 of the toilet bowl 10 can.
- an overflow 28 is provided in the rear area 26 of the bowl 10, which is formed by a chamber or channel-shaped section or a recess 30 which laterally merges into pockets such as fastening pockets 32, 34, via the liquid runs in the sanitary room, in which the toilet bowl 10 is located.
- the overflow 28 has an opening 36, the upper edge 38 at a distance H below the nozzle 22 runs.
- the distance H is preferably approximately 20 mm.
- the channel or chamber-shaped section 30 of the toilet bowl has one of the Opening 36 outgoing rising trough-shaped bottom 40, which ensures will that if liquid inadvertently flows into the section 30, this in the Area 18 of the toilet bowl 10 can flow back. This results in a kind of self-cleaning.
- the openings leading to the side pockets 30, 32 are the Recess 30 in cross section such that cleaning of the channel or the Chamber, d. H. of the overflow 28 can be done by hand.
- the in the embodiment too the mounting pockets 32, 34 leading outlets extend above the groove-shaped bottom 40.
- the toilet wall 42 is compared to that Area 44 extending beneath the opening 36, such as in particular the view A in Fig. 3 clarifies.
- the geometry and height arrangement of the overflow 28 ensures that when the toilet bowl 10 is prohibited with Liquid should be filled, this from the toilet bowl via the overflow 28 to the fastening pockets 32, 34 is guided to the floor area of the medical room in which the toilet bowl 10 is arranged. This ensures that the nozzles 22, 23 are not can come into contact with the waste water.
- Toilet body 11 alone two nozzles 22, 23 provided to over this cleaning liquid to clean the inside surface 24 of the toilet bowl 10, d. H. to spray its body 11.
- the nozzles 22, 23 are diametrically opposite and approximately in the center of each Arranged on the long side.
- Each nozzle 22, 23 consists of a mushroom-shaped body, which is made up of a along the Inner surface 24 in the upper edge 20 of the toilet bowl 10 extending first section 44 and a second section 46 extending into the body 11.
- the second section 46 is penetrated by a central channel 48 through which Flush liquid can be supplied.
- An arcuate course extends from the channel 48 having slot 50, which opens into the peripheral edge 52 of the first portion 44.
- the outlet slot 50 extends over an arc, which is preferably in the range of 160 ° to 165 ° and the bottom region of the bowl 10 faces.
- the extension takes place symmetrically to the vertical axis 54, which is perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to one Plane runs, which is spanned by the nozzles 22, 23 and parallel to the upper edge 20 of the toilet bowl 10 runs.
- the slot 50 merges into a bore 56, 58 in its respective end, the diameter of which D is larger than the slot 50 in its width S.
- the diameter is in approximately 1.8 times the width S of the slot 50.
- the bores 56, 58 - like the exit slot 50 - extend from the channel 48 through which the cleaning liquid is supplied to the nozzles 22, 23.
- the bores 56, 58 form an angle ⁇ of approximately 160 to 165 °.
- the slot 50 spans a plane that is inclined to the outer or inner surface 60, 62 of the first section 44 of the nozzle 22, 23 extends.
- the bores 56, 58 are preferably formed by drilling, the slot 50 is milled up to the transverse bores 56, 58.
- the former comes very close to the inner boundary surface 60, which in turn is at least partially flat on the Inner surface 24 of the toilet bowl 10 abuts. Through this and through the bores 56, 58 this results in good flushing behavior, which ensures that the toilet bowl 10 or its Inner surface 24 is cleaned to the desired extent, that is also to the required extent at the edge area between the nozzles 22, 23.
