Description
Dabei weist jedes Dosiersystem eine mit dem Formzylinder in Kontakt stehende Auftragwalze auf. Der Auftragwalze im jeweiligen Dosiersystem ist wahlweise:
- eine Dosierwalze zur Bildung eines gemeinsamen Walzenspaltes zugeordnet, wobei der fließfähige Stoff in diesen Walzenspalt zuführbar ist, oder
- eine Kammerrakel mit einem Kreislaufsystem mit Zuführ- und Ableitung für den fließfähigen Stoff zugeordnet, wobei die Auftragwalze gerastert ist, oder
- eine in einem Vorratsbehälter eintauchende Schöpfwalze zugeordnet.

In den zweiten Beschichtungseinheiten für die Bogenvorderseite 15 sowie für die Bogenrückseite 17 ist das Dosiersystem jeweils durch die dem Formzylinder 6 zugeordnete Auftragwalze 7 sowie eine Dosierwalze 9 gebildet. Auftragwalze 7 und Dosierwalze 9 bilden einen gemeinsamen Walzenspalt aus, wobei der fließfähige Stoff direkt von oben in den Walzenspalt einspeisbar ist. Die Formzylinder 6 der zweiten Beschichtungseinheiten für die Bogenvorderseite 14 und für die Bogenrückseite 16 tragen jeweils ein Gummituch.
Auf die Elemente zur Bogenführung sowie erforderliche Waschvorrichtungen, z.B. für den Formzylinder, soll hier nicht näher eingegangen werden.

Claims (10)
- Beschichtungsmaschine zum Veredeln von Bogenmaterial mit einer Beschichtungseinheit für die Vorderseite des Bogenmaterials, mit einem Gegendruckzylinder, einem eine Druckform tragenden Formzylinder und einem eine Auftragwalze aufweisenden Dosiersystem für einen fließfähigen Stoff,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Förderrichtung (19) der ersten Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenvorderseite (14) eine Anlegereinheit (18) vorgeordnet ist,
daß dieser ersten Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenvorderseite (14) zumindest eine umschaltbare Bogenwendeeinheit (13) für das Bogenmaterial nachgeordnet ist,
daß dieser Bogenwendeeinheit (13) wenigstens eine erste Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenrückseite (16) nachgeordnet ist,
daß dieser Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenrückseite (16) eine Auslegereinheit (10) nachgeordnet ist, und
daß zum Bogentransport zumindest zwischen weiteren Beschichtungseinheiten (14 - 17) Transfertrommeln (4) angeordnet sind, wobei die Beschichtungseinheiten (14 -17) einen gleichen Aufbau aufweisen. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Förderrichtung (19) der ersten Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenvorderseite (14) eine zweite Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenvorderseite (15) nachgeordnet ist und dieser zweiten Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenvorderseite (15) die Bogenwendeeinheit (13) folgt. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Förderrichtung (19) der zweiten Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenvorderseite (15) eine weitere Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenvorderseite nachgeordnet ist und dieser weiteren Beschichtungseinheit die Bogenwendeeinheit (13) folgt. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Förderrichtung (19) der ersten Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenrückseite (16) eine zweite Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenrückseite (17) nachgeordnet ist. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Förderrichtung (19) der zweiten Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenrückseite (17) eine weitere Beschichtungseinheit für die Bogenrückseite nachgeordnet ist. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenwendeeinheit (13) aus wenigstens einer Wendetrommel gebildet ist. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragwalze (7) des Dosiersystemseine Dosierwalze (9) zur Bildung eines gemeinsamen Walzenspaltes zugeordnet ist, oderein Kammerrakel (8) mit einem Kreislaufsystem für den fließfähigen Stoff zugeordnet ist, wobei die Auftragwalze (7) eine Rasterstruktur aufweist, odereine in einen Vorratsbehälter für den fließfähigen Stoff eintauchende Schöpfwalze zugeordnet ist. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiersysteme wahlweise zum Formzylinder (6) der jeweiligen Beschichtungseinheit (14 - 17) austauschbar angeordnet sind. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Beschichtungseinheiten (14 - 17) Trocknermodule angeordnet sind. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Trocknermodul aus einer Transfertrommel (4) und einem nachgeordneten Gegendruckzylinder (5) mit zugeordnetem Trocknersystem (12) gebildet ist.
