Claims (13)
- Trockner (1, 1', 1") mit einbringbaren, aufeinander stapelbaren Trockengutträgern (3, 3' bis 3n; 4, 4' bis 4n; 17, 17' bis 17n), auf deren mit Stützelementen (13) versehenen Ablagestellen (12) plattenförmige Keramikformlinge (5), bspw. Dachziegel, auflegbar sind, wobei die Trockenluft gegen Oberflächen der Formlinge (5) gerichtet geführt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Trockengutträger (3, 4, 17) mit mindestens einem von der Trokkenluft beaufschlagten mit aufwärts und abwärts gerichteten Ausblasdüsen (14, 21) versehenen Luftzuführungskanal (11, 20) ausgestattet ist, dessen Ausblasdüsen (14, 21) die Trockenluft vorzugsweise normal gegen die oberen sowie die unteren Grundflächen der Formlinge (5) richtet und daß die Trockenluft nach ihrem Aufprall auf die Grundflächen der Formlinge (5) seitlich der Formlinge (5) abgeleitet wird. - Trockner nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nur die untersten im Trockner (1, 1', 1") eingesetzten Trockengutträger (3, 17) Luftzuführungskanäle (11, 20) aufweisen, deren Ausblasdüsen (14, 21) aufwärts gerichtet sind, und wobei nur die obersten im Trockner (1, 1', 1") eingesetzten Trockengutträger (3n, 17n) von Kanälen überfangen sind, deren Ausblasöffnungen (14, 21) abwärts gerichtet sind. - Trockner nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Luftzuführungskanäle (11, 20) mit aufwärts und abwärts gerichteten Ausblasdüsen (14, 21) ausgestattet sind, wobei unter dem untersten im Trockner (1, 1', 1") eingesetzten Tockengutträger (3, 4, 17) im Trockner (1, 1', 1") eine Abschottung bzw. Abdeckung für die nach abwärts gerichteten Ausblasdüsen vorgesehen ist und daß Luftzuführungskanäle mit nach unten gerichteten Ausblasdüsen oberhalb der obersten Trockengutträger (3n, 4n, 17n) im Trockner (1, 1', 1") installiert sind. - Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Luftzuführungskanäle (11, 20) in Längsrichtung der Trockengutträger (3, 17) verlaufen und stirnseitig mit Trockenluft gespeist werden. - Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trockengutträger (3) sich in deren Längsrichtung erstreckende seitlich der Formlinge (5) angeordneten Luftabführungskanäle (15) aufweisen. - Trockner nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trockengutträger (3) zwischen den Ablagestellen (12) querverlaufende Trennwände (16) aufweisen. - Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen mindestens einer Wand des Trockners (1, 1', 1") und den Eintritts-/Austrittsöffnungen aufweisenden Stirnseiten der Trockengutträger (3, 17) Luftzuführ-Hauptkanäle (18) oder Luftabfuhr-Hauptkanäle (24) ausgebildet sind. - Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen einander zugewandten, mit Eintritts-/Austrittsöffnungen versehenen Stirnseiten der Trockengutträger (3, 17) ein Luftzuführ-Hauptkanal (22, 23) oder Luftabführ-Hauptkanal ausgebildet ist. - Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 oder 7 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß senkrechte Luftabzugs-Kanäle (19) durch seitlich offene, zeilenweise übereinandergestapelte Trockengutträger (17) gebildet sind. - Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausblasdüsen (14, 21) als Schlitzdüsen ausgebildet sind. - Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausblasdüsen (14, 21) als Lochdüsen ausgebildet sind. - Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausblasdüsen (14, 21) als Löcher ausgebildet sind. - Trockner nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stützelemente (13) in Ausblaslöchern der Luftzuführungskanaloberseite gelagert sind.
