Definitions
- the invention relates to a guyed tower crane according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- Such a guyed tower crane can be linked to the top of the tower Boom articulation piece, with which another boom piece is articulated is, with a rear guy that from a fixed point at a Revolving stage to a fixed point at one articulated in the area of the spire Support runs with two additional bracing elements, which from a fixed point of the Support or a fixed point of another, articulated in the area of the spire Support, which is connected to the first support by a tension element, at fixed points on the boom link piece and the other boom piece or of which the first guy to a fixed point on the boom link and the second guy element in the area between the boom link and the further jib piece articulated support to a fixed point the further jib piece or via one between a jib center piece and an outer bracket piece articulated additional outer support to one Fixed point on the outer boom section and with one in the area telescopic tower spire arranged on the back of the auxiliary assembly support be provided.
- Self-assembling tower cranes of this type are in different embodiments known.
- these cranes are single-copied Tower placed horizontally on the revolving platform, which is the uppercarriage a mobile crane can act.
- the boom linkage is on the telescoped Tower folded down and the outer jib piece is on the jib link folded back.
- the boom link piece, the center boom section and the outer boom section zigzag merged.
- the articulated connection between the lower and upper chords which consist of lattice girders, can be provided each be designed such that they are articulated on their lower or Upper chords are connected.
- the bearing point of the auxiliary support is usually located on the enlarged tower head on the upper part of the tower.
- This tower head enlargement and parts of the boom bracing protrude in the transport position below the crane tower and then usually lie in front of the front window of the crane vehicle, so that the view of the Driver is disabled.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a tower crane of the type mentioned To create the way in which the components obstructing the view in the transport state are arranged in a more favorable place.
- this object is achieved in that the pivot point of the auxiliary support as close as possible to the crane tower so that the tower head widening remains very small.
- auxiliary support pivot with a certain Distance to the top of the tower, because on the one hand the which in the transport position together with the auxiliary support front boundary forms, in the transport state only as little as possible over the Tower head protrudes and, on the other hand, the auxiliary support has a longer support length. It makes the most sense if the boom guy linkage is in the transport state is arranged in a precisely vertical position.
- the auxiliary support is shown in the here type of the invention designed as a kinked truss system, so that they can be attached to the tower head in a space-saving manner during transport can nestle.
- the framework-like training leads to a very easy Support.
- auxiliary support in an elongated form, then the auxiliary support must be on the side of the tower head and boom articulation area to be led past.
- a two-part bracing is then required or appropriately stiffened cross members are required on the auxiliary support. This solution leads to a widening of the auxiliary supports and thus has a larger one This results in a cornering radius from the KLW and a larger auxiliary prop weight.
- the two supports which are in the area of the tower head or on the left of the boom stored, fold onto the boom for the transport condition. Fold as well the two guy rods between the column heads using the Gravity on the top boom of the boom; the pivot point between the two Guy rods must be positioned accordingly (alternatively, they can be two guy rods also with the help of a device against gravity the other direction are folded; the pivot point must then be at another Place).
- the length of the guy rod results from the folded state; it is the distance from the upper hinge point of the support to the safety fork Auxiliary support (alternatively, the catch fork can also be arranged on a guy rod become; then the auxiliary prop on the prop head only needs an engaging bolt).
- the length of the guy rod also results from the transport position; the the upper end of the bar sits in the safety fork of the auxiliary support and the lower end lies slightly lower than the auxiliary support pivot.
- the guy rod must be at Set up on the left side of the tower head or better on the auxiliary boom support support until the auxiliary support is sufficiently far from the tower head is raised (see Figs. 6 and 7).
- the auxiliary assembly support at its free outer end and the rear guy element with engaging parts are provided, which engage with each other when folding the crane come. In this way, when assembling the auxiliary assembly support locked with the guy, so that this when assembling the auxiliary support takes in a defined way upwards and in the swung upwards Locked position.
- the engaging part of the auxiliary assembly support can be a catch fork and the engaging part
- the rear guy element can be a bolt, for example a two linkage articulated hinge pin.
- the auxiliary assembly support is expediently supported at a distance from its articulated one Connection to the tower via a strut on it in a position in who come into engagement with each other when folding the engaging parts.
- the rotating tower crane shown schematically in Fig. 1 consists of a pedestal 1 supported on the floor, which also, as from FIGS. 2 and 3 can be replaced by the undercarriage of a mobile crane, which in its operating position is supported by extendable supports, and from one on the pedestal 1 or undercarriage via a slewing ring 2 superstructure or revolving platform 3.
- a lower tower part 4 is connected to the revolving platform 3, from which an upper tower part 5 by drive means, for example a block and tackle, can be extended and retracted.
- the tower 4, 5 can be between his on the revolving stage 3 lying transport position and its apparent from Fig. 1 pivot upright position, this pivoting usually done by an assembly block and tackle.
- a tension element 9 is connected to a fixed point 10 of a rear support 11 which runs in the area of the spire is connected in the hinge 12 to the boom link 13.
- a further support 14 is articulated, from the outer fixed point 15 a tension element to a fixed point 10 of the back support 11, which runs for example two tie rods 17, 18 connected by the joint 16 can exist.
- the fixed point 15 is a tension element 20, which consists of a rope or a telescopic Rod can exist, to the fixed point 21 in the end region of the boom link piece 13.
- Anchoring continues from the fixed point 15 to the fixed point 23 on the outer boom part 24, with the guying off foldable interconnected rods 25, 26 or ropes 27, 28 can exist.
- the rod 25 is designed here as a telescopic rod.
- the guy 25, 26, 27, 28 between the fixed point 15 on the support 14 and the fixed point 23 on the outer boom piece 24 runs over fixed points of the Intermediate supports 50 and 51, of which the support 50 is articulated on the articulation axis the hinge 54 between the boom link and the boom center and the support 51 is articulated to the end portion of the boom center 33 is.
- the rear guy 9 can also be made of a rope or articulated and / or telescopically interconnected rods 30, 31, 32.
- this can be connected to the boom center piece 33 Jib piece 24 also rock over the assembly winch 34, the rope 35 in the manner shown via rollers to the fixed point 36 on the boom center 33 runs.
- the tower crane shown in FIG. 1 can be erected by erecting the tower 4, 5 and then telescoping the outer tower part 5 into its operating position spend.
- FIG. 1 An alternative to the guying according to FIG. 1 can be seen from FIG the support 14 is omitted and the tension element 20 directly on the outer Fixed point 10 of the steeper back support 11 is attached.
- the tower crane shown schematically in Fig. 1 is a mobile crane in shown its transport position.
- the undercarriage 1 of the mobile crane consists of the chassis, which is provided with extendable supports 40.
- the boom center piece 33 is folded sideways onto the boom articulation piece 35, thereby increasing the transport height of the mobile crane in the transport position reduce.
- On the boom center piece 33 is located in the area of the base straps Cross joint the outer boom part 24 folded.
- the tower crane is in various states during of his raising up.
- Fig. 4 shows the pivoted by an angle of about 60 degrees to the rotating platform Tower to which the zig-zag-like boom parts are attached the tower is folded.
- the boom center piece 33 and boom part 24 are laterally to the boom link 13 to reduce the transport height created.
- the rear guy 9 is still without tension, some still the rods forming the bracing are angled on top of each other.
- Fig. 7 shows the increasing unfolding of the guy lines with further telescoping the inner tower section 5.
- Fig. 8 shows the state after further telescoping the inner tower section 5 and simultaneous unwinding of the assembly cable 35 by the assembly screw 34; the boom part 33 must always be slightly inclined to the right so that it does not fall on the boom part 13.
- auxiliary assembly support 61 which is A-shaped is trained.
- the auxiliary mounting bracket 61 is below and at a distance from the hinge 60 on a strut 62 with which this against the upper Tower part 5 can support.
- the auxiliary assembly support 61 is at its outer end provided with a catch fork 63, which when folding the tower crane in the transport position comes into engagement with a hinge pin 64, which is the linkage 30, 31 of the rear guy 9 connects together.
- the auxiliary assembly support is curved in this way and has such a pivot point on the upper part of the tower so that it can be seen in fig. 2 obvious ways can be folded over the top of the tower in the transport position.
- FIGS. 2 and 2a The position of the auxiliary assembly support in the transport position can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 2a. This is swiveled upwards over the jib tip and will be held in this position in that the catch fork 63 hooks with the bolt 64 is that articulates the guy rods 30, 31 together.
- the auxiliary assembly support 61 has the support 11 already partially erected.
