Claims (8)
- Abgespannter Turmdrehkran mit einem an die Turmspitze angelenkten Auslegeranlenkstück (13), mit dem ein erstes Auslegerstück (33) gelenkig verbunden ist,mit einem hinteren Abspannelement (9), das von einem Festpunkt (8) an einer Drehbühne (3) zu einem Festpunkt an einer im Bereich der Turmspitze angelenkten ersten Stütze (11) verläuft, undmit zwei weiteren Abspannelementen, die von einem Festpunkt der ersten Stütze (11) oder einem Festpunkt (15) einer zweiten, im Bereich der Turmspitze angelenkten Stütze (14), die mit der ersten Stütze (11) durch ein Zugelement verbunden ist, zu Festpunkten (21, 23) an dem Auslegeranlenkstück (13) und einem weiteren Auslegerstück (24) verlaufen,
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Anschlagstücken (57) der Obergurte des zweiten Auslegerstücks (52) und des ersten Auslegerstücks (33) als ein den Schwenkwinkel begrenzendes Zugelement ein mit einem Langloch versehener Riegel angeordnet ist.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Auslegerstück ein Auslegermittelstück (33) ist, mit dessen Untergurt gelenkig ein äußeres Auslegerstück (24) verbunden ist,daß die Obergurte des Auslegermittelstücks (33) und des äußeren Auslegerstücks (24) mit Anschlagstücken (59) versehen sind, die sich im Bereich ihrer gestreckten Stellung aneinanderlegen, unddaß ein Abspannelement von dem Festpunkt (15) der Stütze (14) statt zu einem Festpunkt an dem Auslegermittelstück, über die Stütze (50) im Bereich zwischen dem Auslegeranlenkstück und Auslegermittelstück, und über die Stütze (51) im Bereich zwischen dem Auslegermittelstück und dem äußeren Auslegerstück, zu einem Festpunkt (23) an dem äußeren Auslegerstück (24) verläuft.
- Turmdrehkran nach einem der Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Endbereich des Auslegermittelstücks (33) eine oder mehrere Stützen (51, 60) in der Montage- und Transportposition so weit gestreckt sind, daß die über diese geführte Auslegerabspannung während der Auslegerentfaltung immer mit einem ausreichenden Abstand zum Ausleger gehalten wird, damit der Entfaltungsablauf nicht zum Anhalten kommt.
- Turmdrehkran nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Endbereich des Auslegermittelstücks (33) eine teleskopierbare oder mit einer Fanggabel (61) versehene Montagestütze (60) angeordnet ist, die sich im Ausführungssystem mit Fanggabel während der Auslegerentfaltung mit einem Haltestück (62) des Abspannelements (27) verhakt und die im Ausführungssystem als Teleskopstab immer fest mit dem Auslegerabspannungspunkt (62) verbunden bleibt.
- Turmdrehkran nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geometrische Anordnung der Anlenkpunkte der Stützen- und Ausleger, insbesondere für die Bauteile (50, 51, 61, 52, 33, 24, 27, 28, 62) so gewählt ist, daß die Abspannungen (27, 28) in der Betriebs-, in der Montage- und in der Transportstellung immer in fast gestreckter Form vorhanden sind, so daß diese damit auch als Seile ausgeführt werden können.
- Turmdrehkran nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein meistens mit einer Montagewinde (34) versehenes Montageseil (35) über eine Rolle der Stütze zwischen dem Auslegeranlenkstück (13) und dem Auslegermittelstück (33) zu einem Festpunkt (21) an dem Auslegermittelstück (33) verläuft.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Montageseil (35) auch bei gestrecktem Ausleger eine tragende Funktion hat und das Auslegermittelstück (33) als dritte Auslegerabspannung im Endpunkt (36) während des Kranbetriebs hält.
