Claims (6)
- Wirbelschicht-Feuerungssystem mit Dampferzeugung zum Verbrennen fester Brennstoffe und zum Erzeugen von Wasserdampf, mit einer Wärmeaustauscherkammer (1), in welcher von Kühlfluid durchströmte Wärmeaustauschelemente (24) angeordnet sind, wobei die Wärmeaustauscherkammer vier senkrechte Außenwände (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) aufweist, die einen im horizontalen Querschnitt etwa rechteckigen Raum umschließen, mit einer ersten Wirbelbrennkammer (2), welche vor einer ersten Außenwand (1a) der Wärmeaustauschkammer angeordnet ist, und mit einer zweiten Wirbelbrennkammer (3), welche vor einer der ersten Außenwand gegenüberliegenden zweiten Außenwand (1c) der Wärmeaustauscherkammer angeordnet ist, wobei jede Wirbelbrennkammer Leitungen zum Zuführen von Brennstoff und Verbrennungsluft aufweist, und mit mindestens einem Separator (5,6,7,8) zum Abtrennen von Feststoffen (2) aus einem Gasstrom, der mit dem oberen Bereich jeder Wirbelbrennkammer verbunden ist, wobei der Separator eine gasführende Ableitung (9) aufweist, die mit dem oberen Bereich der Wärmeaustauscherkammer verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Wirbelbrennkammer mindestens ein Wirbelbettkühler (12, 12a) zugeordnet ist, der sich unter einem Separator befindet und mit diesem durch eine Feststoffe führende Leitung verbunden ist, wobei jeder Wirbelbettkühler mit der zugeordneten Wirbelbrennkammer durch mindestens eine Feststoffe und/oder Gas führende Leitung (16,17) verbunden ist, und daß die innere Höhe der Wärmetauscherkammer (1) mindestens 10 m und die innere Höhe der Wirbelbrennkammern (2,3) 10 bis 60 m beträgt.
- Wirbelschicht-Feuerungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der ersten Wirbelbrennkammer (2) und der ersten Außenwand (1a) sowie der Abstand zwischen der zweiten Wirbelbrennkammer (3) und der zweiten Außenwand (1c) der Wärmeaustauscherkammer 0 bis 2 m beträgt.
- Wirbelschicht-Feuerungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnittsfläche jeder der beiden Wirbelbrennkammern (2,3), horizontal und auf halber Höhe des Innenraums der Kammer gemessen, 50 bis 300 m2 beträgt.
- Wirbelschicht-Feuerungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenraum der ersten und. zweiten Wirbelbrennkammer (2,3) im horizontalen Querschnitt etwa rechteckig ausgebildet ist.
- Wirbelschicht-Feuerungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmeaustauscherkammer (1) und die Wirbelbrennkammern (2,3) eine Breite a von 10 bis 40 m aufweisen.
- Wirbelschicht-Feuerungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Wärmeaustauscherkammern (1) mindestens drei Wirbelbrennkammern (2,3,4) zugeordnet sind.
