Abstract

Sistema de combustión por lecho fluidificado con generación de vapor para la combustión de combustible sólido y para la generación de vapor de agua, con una cámara intercambiadora de calor (1) en la que están dispuestos elementos de intercambio de calor (24) atravesados por fluido refrigerante, presentando la cámara intercambiadora de calor cuatro paredes exteriores verticales (1a,1b,1c,1d) que encierran un espacio en corte transversal horizontal aproximadamente rectangular, con una primera cámara de combustión de turbulencia (2) que está colocada delante de una primera pared exterior (1a) de la cámara intercambiadora de calor, y con una segunda cámara de combustión de turbulencia (3), la cual está colocada delante de una segunda pared exterior (1c), opuesta a la primera pared exterior, de la cámara intercambiadora de calor, presentando cada cámara de combustión de turbulencia tuberías para suministrar combustible y aire de combustión, y con un separador (5,6,7,8) como mínimo para la separación de sólidos (2) de una corriente de gas, el cual está unido con la parte superior de cada cámara de combustión de turbulencia, presentando el separador una derivación de gas (9) que está unida con la parte superior de la cámara intercambiadora de calor, caracterizado porquea cada cámara de combustión de turbulencia está asignado como mínimo un enfriador de lecho fluidificado (12,12a) que se encuentra debajo de un separador y que está unido con éste a través de una tubería que conduce sólidos, estando unido cada enfriador de lecho fluidificado con la cámara de combustión de turbulencia asignada a través de como mínimo una tubería (16,17) que conduce sólidos y/o gas, y porque la altura interior de la cámara intercambiadora de calor (1) es de 10 m cómo mínimo y la altura interior de las cámaras de combustión de turbulencia (2,3) es de 10 a 60 m.
