Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE AQUECIMENTO DE LEITO TURBULENTO COM PRODUçãO DE VAPOR"<D>. O sistema de aquecimento para uma instalação de grande porte trabalha ao menos parcialmente com combustível sólido. A instalação apresenta uma câmara de trocador de calor (1) com uma altura interna de ao mesmos 10 m. A câmara possui quatro paredes externas perpendiculares, que encerram um compartimento aproximadamente retangular em seção transversal horizontal. Antes de uma primeira parede externa (1a) da câmara de trocador de calor (1) e antes de uma segunda parede externa (1c) contraposta à primeira parede externa estão respectivamente dispostas uma câmara de combustão de turbulência (2, 3), cuja altura interior importa em 10 a 60 m. Cada uma das duas câmaras de combustão de turbulência (2, 3) tem uma altura interior de 10 a 60 m e condutos para adução de combustível e ar de combustão. Com a região superior de cada câmara de combustão de turbulência (2, 3) está unido ao menos separador (5, 7) para separação de sólidos de uma corrente de gás, que apresenta uma derivação (9) condutora de gás, que está unido com a região superior da câmara de trocador de calor (1).
