Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明の目的は特に高熱効率の燃焼器具において問題と
なる排気経路の結路を防ぐことにある。
一般的に燃焼器の熱効率を上げる手段として潜熱を回収
する手段がある。この潜熱を回収した後の排気ガスは湿
度１００％といってよく、さらに排気筒を経て器外、も
しくは室外に排出される場合さらに温度を下げ排気筒壁
面へ水分を凝縮付着さすものである。ところがこの凝縮
付着した結露水には燃焼によって生じたＮＯｘが幾分溶
は込んでおり、排気経路の損傷を招くことが多かった。
これを防ぐ手段としては排気口にバイパス口を設は排ガ
スと空気とを混合して排出するものがある。ところがこ
の手段にては湿り空気の分圧は高い温度はど増大するの
で１例えば湿り空気同志を混合すれば一層結露しやすく
なる。本発明は混合用空気を適度に温めて後混合してこ
の問題を解決したものである。
第１図に従来例を示す。排気フード１にバイパス部２を
設はファン３で同時に吸引混合するものである。この場
合混合用空気は給気口４から入ってきたままの気温と同
じ程度の温度である。５は外装ケース、６は熱交換器、
７はバーナである。
本発明は上記従来の欠点を改良するものであり、第２図
にその一実施例を示す。
第２図に示すようにＦＦ式燃焼器の外装ケース８はガス
供給口９．給水口１０．給湯口１１を各々適当箇所にお
いて貫装し給気口１２を外気へ向けて解放形状となす。
１３は燃焼用バーナ、１４は熱交換部１６に上載され排
ガス煙道を形成してなる排気フードであり排出口１６を
有する。１７は熱交換器ドラム部であり、１８はその空
気流通孔である。同じく空気流通孔Ｂ１９を持つ内筒体
２０は熱交換ドラム部１７、熱交換部１６および排気フ
ード１４を囲繞するごとく形成されその上面に排出口Ｂ
２１を開口させ燃焼用ファン２２の給気口２３と連接し
てなる。２４は排気口である。
以上の構成にあれば排ガスは排出口１６から、混合気は
熱交換ドラム部１７および熱交換部１６等と内筒体２０
の隙間を通り輻射熱等により幾分温められてから排出口
Ｂ２１に至り、共に燃焼用ファン２２の給気口２３へと
吸引混合されて排出口２４より排出されるものである。
このように適度に温められた空気は湿度も低下しており
排気ガスと混合放出しても結露せず何ら問題はないもの
である。
このように本発明は簡単な構成のみにて結露問題を解決
した価値あるものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 熱交換器と、この熱交換器用フード部と、このフード部
    および熱交換器の少くとも一部を囲繞してなる外筒体と
    、燃焼用ファンとを備え、上記フード部および上記外筒
    体が上記燃焼用ファンの吸込口に一端を開口した燃焼器
    の排気装置。
