Claims (7)
- Trockner für eine Lackieranlage mita) einem Trocknergehäuse;b) einer Mehrzahl von Trocknerabschnitten innerhalb des Trocknergehäuses, in denen jeweils Luft mit Hilfe mindestens eines Ventilators umwälzbar ist;c) mindestens einem Heizaggregat, welches eine heiße Primärgasströmung erzeugt;d) mindestens einem Wärmetauscher, über welchen die in den Trocknerabschnitten zirkulierende Luft von dem Primärgas erhitzt wird;
wobeie) die Temperatur der in den verschiedenen Trocknerabschnitten zirkulierenden Luft individuell einstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßf) für die Mehrzahl von Trocknerabschnitten (30, 31, 32, 33) ein gemeinsames Heizaggregat (2) und ein diesem nachgeschalteter gemeinsamer Frischluft-Wärmetauscher (3) vorgesehen sind;g) der von dem Frischluft-Wärmetauscher (3) erzeugte heiße Frischluftstrom über eine Verteilerleitung (11) und eine entsprechende Mehrzahl von Zweigleitungen (13, 14, 15, 16) in die verschiedenen Trocknerabschnitte (30, 31, 32, 33) einführbar ist,
wobeih) in jeder Zweigleitung (13, 14, 15, 16) eine einstellbare Regulierklappe (19, 20, 21, 22) angeordnet ist. - Trockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Heizaggregat (2) eine regenerative thermische Nachverbrennungsvorrichtung ist, welcher die überschüssige, lösemittelhaltige Luft aus dem Trocknergehäuse (1) zugeführt wird.
- Trockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Heizaggregat ein Gasbrenner ist.
- Trockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Heizaggregat ein Dampferzeuger ist.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Frischluftwärmetauscher zugeführte Frischluft aus der Umgebung mittels eines Gebläses (10) ansaugbar ist. - Trockner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß dem Gebläse ein Druckregler (50) nachgeschaltet ist.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer Regulierklappe (21, 22), über welche in einen Trocknerabschnitt (32, 33) heiße Frischluft einführbar ist, eine Regulierklappe (54, 55) parallel geschaltet ist, über welche kühle Frischluft in den jeweiligen Trocknerabschnitt (32, 33) einführbar ist und die so gegensinnig gesteuert ist, daß die gesamte Luftmenge, welche die parallel geschalteten Regulierklappen (21, 22, 54, 55) durchströmt, konstant bleibt.
