背景技术
我国是纺织印染、皮革制造的大国,高温烘箱是该领域常用的烘干常用设备。高温烘箱利用热空气对材料进行干燥和整理,其排出的废气中含有大量未充分利用的热能以及大量的颗粒物,如毛屑、油脂等。经估算输入的热量有 70% 以上由排气口排出,散失的热量不仅浪费能源而且造成环境污染,因此,对废气的回收利用势在必行。
为解决上述技术问题,确有必要提供一种高温烘箱的废气处理系统,以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能净化废气且热能回收利用率高的高温烘箱的废气处理系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种高温烘箱的废气处理系统,其包括烘箱、第一级出气管、第一级进气管、第二级出气管、第二级进气管、第三级出气管以及第三级进气管;所述第一级出气管位于烘箱前端,其上设有第一排风风机,该第一排风风机连接到一空气换热器上;所述室外空气经过所述空气换热器,换热后由第三级进气管进入烘箱内;所述第二级出气管位于烘箱中部,其上设有第二排风风机,该第二排风风机连接到第一燃烧室上,所述第一燃烧室与第一级进气管连接,该第一级进气管延伸到烘箱内的前部;所述第三级出气管位于烘箱的后端,其上设有第三排风风机,该第三排风风机连接到第二燃烧室上,该第二燃烧室与第二级进气管连接,该第二级进气管延伸到烘箱内的任一位置或多个位置。
本发明的高温烘箱的废气处理系统进一步设置为:所述第一级出气管、第一排风风机、第三级进气管形成第一循环;所述第一级出气管位于烘箱的前端;所述第三级进气管位于烘箱的后端,也可以位于烘箱的任一位置或多个位置。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的高温烘箱废气处理将废气燃烧后送入烘箱循环利用,有利于提高热能的利用率,并燃烧掉有害颗粒物,减少了废气中有害物质排放;同时,将前端温度较低的湿热废气通过空气换热器与补充的空气热交换后,将干净热空气补充入烘箱,再次提高了热能的利用率。

请参阅说明书附图 1 所示,本发明为一种高温烘箱的废气处理系统,其包括烘箱 1 、第一级出气管 21 、第一级进气管 22 、第二级出气管 31 、第二级进气管 32 、第三级出气管 41 以及第三级进气管 42 。
其中,所述烘箱 1 内设置有热源散热器 11 ,用于加热烘箱 1 ,使其达到温度。所述热源散热器 11 可以采用油加热、燃烧加热或者其他加热方式。 所述 烘箱 1 也可为多个串联,从而能设置多个废气处理循环装置,能更加有效的处理废气。
所述第一级出气管 21 位于烘箱 1 前端,其上设有第一排风风机 23 ,该第一排风风机 23 连接到一空气换热器 24 上。所述室外空气经过所述空气换热器 24 ,换热后进入第三级进气管 42 而进入烘箱 1 内的任一位置或多个位置。在本实施方式中,所述第三级进气管 41 位于烘箱 1 的后端。于所述空气换热器 24 的一侧安装有一带排放口 251 的废气净化装置 25 ,通过废气净化装置 25 将换热后的废气进行处理并排放。所述空气换热器 24 底部开设有供空气进入的空气补充口 241 ,空气与空气换热器 24 进行热交换并通过第三级进气管 42 进入烘箱。

本发明的高温烘箱的废气处理系统通过将废气进行循环利用,在输送过程中通过燃烧室 44 将废气中的油烟和毛屑进行燃烧,从而净化了废气,其中,燃烧方式可以为火焰燃烧、红外线燃烧,电燃烧,或者其他燃烧方式;同时,由于废气本身的温度较高,因此,热源散热器 11 所需的能耗较少即可将烘箱 1 内的气体加热;再有,补充的新鲜空气通过与废气余热进行换热,进一步提高了热能的利用率;废气排放口的数量也随之减少,补充的新鲜空气也减少,从而降低了废气的排放。

7. 如权利要求 1 所述的高温烘箱的废气处理系统,其特征在于:所述出气管、排风风机、燃烧室以及进气管的组合能有多个设置,进气管、出气管能并连设置且均经过燃烧室。
