Claims (23)
- Schließvorrichtung für Flügelfenster oder -türen mit einem am Flügelrahmen umlaufend angeordneten, insbesondere durch einen Griff betätigbaren flexiblen Getriebeband (1) und mit einer Spannvorrichtung für das Getriebeband (1) sowie mittels des Getriebebandes (1) bewegten Verriegelungselementen (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebeband (1) mittels einer am Flügelrahmen (8) ortsfest angeordneten Spannvorrichtung (2) spannbar ist, die eine Einheit bildet aus zwei Montageplatten, zwischen denen zwei Umlenkelemente und ein zwischen den Umlenkelementen mittels einer lösbaren Rastverbindung positionierbares Antriebsrad angeordnet sind, wobei das Getriebeband zwischen den Umlenkelementen um das Antriebsrad herumgeführt ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Antriebsrad (6) und Getriebeband (1) eine ineinander greifende Verzahnung (7) aufweisen.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Umlenkelement (4,5) drehbar, insbesondere eine Rolle oder ein Rad ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Montageplatte (M) eine Bohrung (24) aufweist, in die ein am Antriebsrad (6) vorgesehener koaxialer Vorsprung (25) einrastbar ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsrad (6) an der dem Vorsprung (25) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Ausnehmung (26) ausfweist, in die eine Feder (27) einsetzbar ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsrad (6) an einem Hebelelement (29) angeordnet ist, das einseitig (29a) an der Montageplatte (M) oder an einem der Umlenkelemente (5) angelenkt ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hebelelement (29) an der der Anlenkung gegenüberliegenden Seite (29b) einen Vorsprung (30) aufweist, der in eine an der Montageplatte (M) oder im Flügelrahmen vorgesehene Ausnehmung (31) einrastbar ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der Umlenkelemente (4,5) als drehbarer Exzenter ausgebildet ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkelemente (4,5) und/oder das Antriebsrad (6) verschiebbar sind.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Spannen wenigstens ein Umlenkelement (5) im wesentlichen parallel zur Flügelkante (8) verschiebbar ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verschiebbare Umlenkelement (5) in wenigstens einem Langloch (9) geführt ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verschiebbare Umlenkelement (5) in den Schenkeln (10) eines U-förmigen Halteprofils (11), insbesondere drehbar gelagert ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebeband (1) um das Umlenkelement (5) herum zwischen den Schenkeln (10) des Halteprofils (11) geführt ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Halteprofil (11) ein Zugelement (12), insbesondere ein Zahnband oder eine Zahnstange befestigt ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugelement (12) in einem am Flügelrahmen (8) oder an der Montageplatte (M) befestigten Schloßmechanismus (13) einliegt.
- Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schloßmechanismus (13) eine Bewegung des Zugelementes (12) in einer Richtung zuläßt und in der entgegengesetzten Richtung durch Arretierung verhindert.
- Schließvorrichtung, nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, mit am oder im Flügelrahmen (8) ortsfest befestigten Verriegelungsbeschlagteilen (14), die bewegbare mit dem Getriebeband (1) in Eingriff stehende Verriegelungselemente (3) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsbeschlagteil (14) mittels U-profilförmiger Verbinder (32), die das Beschlagteil (14) übergreifen, im Flügelrahmen befestigbar ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsbeschlagteil (14) ein Langloch (15) aufweist, in dem das Verriegelungselement (3) verschieblich einliegt.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Außenseiten der Schenkel (32a) eines U-profilförmigen Verbinders (32) ein Vorsprung (34) vorgesehen ist, der in einen Hinterschnitt in der Nut des Flügelrahmens einrastbar ist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsbeschlagteil (14) an den Übergriffspositionen des Verbinders (32) Aussparungen/Ausnehmungen (33) aufweist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement (3) ein Schließelement (16), insbesondere einen Zapfen, und ein mit dem Getriebeband (1) in Eingriff stehendes Antriebsteil (17) aufweist, die miteinander über einen im Langloch (15) einliegenden Steg (18) verbunden sind.
- Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsteil (17) eine dem Getriebeband (1) entsprechende Verzahnung (19) aufweist.
- Schließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement (3) des Verriegelungsbeschlagteils (14) einseitig mit dem Getriebeband (1) verbunden ist.
