Claims (20)
- Beschlaganordnung für Fenster, Türen oder dergleichen mit einer über ein Getriebe verschiebbaren Getriebestange (3) und mit einer an die Getriebestange (3) anzukoppelnden Riegelstange (4), wobei an der Getriebestange (3) ein Getriebestangen-Kopplungsabschnitt (8) und an der Riegelstange (4) ein Riegelstangen-Kopplungsabschnitt (37) vorgesehen sind, über die die Getriebestange (3) und die Riegelstange (4) zum gemeinsamen Verschieben miteinander koppelbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Kopplung von Getriebestange (3) und Riegelstange (4) an dem Getriebestangen-Kopplungsabschnitt (8) und an dem Riegelstangen-Kopplungsabschnitt (37) jeweils ineinander greifende Rastelemente (14, 25) ausgebildet sind, mit denen die Getriebestange (3) und die Riegelstange (4) in unterschiedlichen Rastpositionen miteinander verrastbar sind,
und dass ein Blockierelement (32) vorgesehen ist, das von einer Freigabeposition in eine Blockierposition umstellbar ist, wobeia) bei einer gegenseitigen Längsverschiebung von Getriebestange (3) und Riegelstange (4) die Rastverbindung automatisch lösbar ist, wenn sich das Blockierelement (32) in der Freigabeposition befindet, undb) ein Lösen der Rastverbindung durch das Blockierelement (32) verhindert wird, wenn sich dieses in der Blockierposition befindet. - Beschlaganordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem automatischen Lösen der Rastverbindung die Getriebestange (3) und die Riegelstange (4) bei einem fortgesetzten Verschieben automatisch in die nächste Rastposition überführbar sind. - Beschlaganordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eines der Rastelemente (14) zum Lösen der Rastverbindung gegen eine Vorspannung verstellbar ist und dass diese Verstellung durch das sich in der Blockierposition befindende Blockierelement (32) verhindert wird. - Beschlaganordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorspannung durch eine elastischen Ausbildung der Rastelemente (14) und/oder durch ein oder mehrere separate Federelemente erzeugt wird. - Beschlaganordnung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierelement (32) einen oder mehrere Blockierabschnitte (33) umfasst, die in der Blockierposition des Blockierelements (32) an den verstellbaren Rastelementen (14) zur Anlage kommen und diese in der verrasteten Stellung halten. - Beschlaganordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an dem Getriebestangen-Kopplungsabschnitt (8) und/oder die an dem Riegelstange-Kopplungsabschnitt (37) ausgebildeten Rastelemente als Verzahnungen (14, 25) ausgebildet sind. - Beschlaganordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastelemente (14, 25) Auflaufschrägen (15, 28) umfassen, durch die beim Gegeneinanderverschieben von Getriebestange (3) und Riegelstange (4) deren Rastverbindung automatisch lösbar ist. - Beschlaganordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelstange (3) im Bereich des Riegelstangen-Kopplungsabschnitts (8) und die Getriebestange (4) im Bereich des Getriebestangen-Kopplungsabschnitts (37) in gegeneinander versetzten Ebenen, einander überlappend angeordnet sind. - Beschlaganordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stulpschiene (2) vorgesehen ist, dass die Getriebestange (3) und/oder die Riegelstange (4) entlang der Stulpschiene (2) verschiebbar sind und dass das Blockierelement (32) zumindest bereichsweise an der Außenseite der Stulpschiene (2) anliegt. - Beschlaganordnung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Getriebestange (3), Riegelstange (4) und Stulpschiene (2) als zusammenhängende Einheit vormontiert sind. - Beschlaganordnung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Stulpschiene (2) eine Öffnung (30) ausgebildet ist, durch die das Blockierelement (32) hindurch greift. - Beschlaganordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierelement (32) in einer Richtung quer, insbesondere senkrecht zur Getriebestange (3) und/oder zur Riegelstange (4) zwischen der Freigabeposition und der Blockierposition umstellbar ist. - Beschlaganordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierelement (32) mit dem Getriebestangen-Kopplungsabschnitt (8) oder mit dem Treibstangen-Kopplungsabschnitt (37) verbunden, insbesondere mittels eines Schraubelements (19) verschraubt ist. - Beschlaganordnung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umstellung des Blockierelements (32) zwischen der Freigabeposition und der Blockierposition über das Schraubeelement (19) erfolgt. - Beschlaganordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Getriebestangen-Kopplungsabschnitt (8) als von der Getriebestange (3) getrenntes Kopplungsteil (7) ausgebildet ist, das mit der Getriebestange (3) verbunden, insbesondere vernietet ist. - Beschlaganordnung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopplungsteil (7) innen liegende und/oder außen liegende, insbesondere als Verzahnung (14) ausgebildete Rastelemente aufweist. - Beschlaganordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16,
