Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum fortlaufenden Herstellen von aus einer thermoplastischen Kunststoffolienbahn hergestellten und in einem Aufhängebereich in der Nähe einer Einfüllöffnung mit zwei Aufhängelöchern versehenen und während des Herstellvorgangs der Beutel durch eine nahe der Einfüllöffnung abschnittsweise miteinander erfolgende Verblockung in einem Stapel zusammengshaltenen Beuteln, insbesondere Automatenbeuteln, die zum nacheinander erfolgenden Befüllen in einer Füllstation als Beutelstapel über die Aufhängelöche in den Beuteln in Halteelemente eines Packautomaten der Füllstation eingehängt werden, wonach die Verblockungsabschnitte abgetrennt und schließlich der im Beutelstapel jewells oberste Beutel an seinem Aufhängebereich beim Befüllen in der Füllstation von den Halteelementen des Packautomaten abgerissen und nach dem Befüllen verschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch Perforationslinien begrenzten Verblockungsabschnitte während deren Abtrennen als Verblockungsbutzen sowie der Beutelstapel klemmend gehalten werden und die Verblockungsabschnitte vom Beutelstapel durch Scherkraft abgetrennt werden.
- Vorrichtung besonders zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 im Zusammenhang mit dem Herrichten zum Befüllen von in einem Beutelstapel (6) über Verblockungsabschnitte (22) bzw. -butzen (34) miteinander verbundenen Beuteln aus einer thermoplastischen Kunststoffolienbahn (7), insbesondere Automatenbeuteln, mit einer in einem Packautomaten jeweils den Beutelstapel aufnehmenden Aufhängeeinrichtung sowie einer Füllstation (29), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Vorrüstposition (27) einer der Füllstation (29) vorgeschalteten Zuführstation (28) eine Beutelstapel-Klemmeinrichtung (37) und eine relativ dazu bewegbare Verblockungsbutzen-Klemmeinrichtung (41) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beutelstapel-Klemmeinrichtung (37) und die Verblockungsbutzen-Klemmeinrichtung (41) jeweils ein oberes und unteres Klemmorgan (36, 35, 39, 37) aufweisen und daß das obere und untere Klemmorgan (39, 38) der Verblockungsbutzen-Klemmeinrichtung (41) nach Art einer in eine Öffnungsstellung und Klemmstellung verstellbaren Klemmzange ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellbewegung der Klemmzange sich im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckt.
