Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for fixed Grouping of side folding bags in stacks according to The preamble of claim 1 and a device for Implementation of the method according to the preamble of the claim 10th
- Bags are generally used for this, which have a side fold and an unfolded one A protruding side at the open end of the bag Tongue forms. Such bags are called side-folding bags.
- side folding bags To enable automatic packing, are several side folding bags combined in a stack, by a metal bracket through two in the above, one above the other Tongues are punched holes. At the A stack of side folding bags will be packed in the packing device held so that the side folding bags with their tongue down flat on a packing table rest and the open ends of the metal bracket protrude downwards.
- the top side folding bag is through Air was blown in and the goods pushed in. Subsequently the side folding bag with the goods in its Torn away longitudinally from the metal bracket, where it attached to the Holes tear. Now the next bag below is inflated and packed with the goods.
- the metal bracket ensures that the top one Bag inflates while the bottom, die-cut side surface is kept on the packaging table.
- the Iron the bags in a fixed position and allows tearing off the top pouch in a well-defined direction.
- the stacks are already in production and packaging the side folding bag with the metal brackets.
- bags made by the side folding bag machine counted in a counting device, counted stacks pressed together, the two tongues have two punch holes and manually performed a metal bracket through the holes.
- the open ends are used to fix the stack of the metal bracket is wrapped by hand with a rubber band. Subsequently the bundled stacks are packed and sent on the packers delivered.
- the packaging process using metal hangers has proven itself.
- the disadvantage, however, is that the metal bracket are bulky and thus make the stacking of the stacks difficult.
- the fact that partial steps have to be carried out by hand increases also the packaging costs.
- the metal brackets have to be reused returned by the packer to the bag manufacturer will.
- intermediate fixation which in the form of a loop Stack of form-fitting bundles.
- the intermediate fixation exists preferably from two bands, which are continuous Holes of the stack are carried out and one above the other sections lying to be connected to each other, so that each band forms a closed loop.
- Preferably the two sections are welded together.
- the bags are fixed into a bundle by the straps, without being able to move each other.
- FIGS. 1a and 1b schematically show an inventive one Device, also called a bag bundle machine, for Side folding bag shown.
- a bag bundle machine for Side folding bag shown.
- the acceptance station 1 is known from the prior art and generally consists of a conveyor drum 10 with a Counting unit 11 for counting the bags 6 ', a swivel station 12 for removing the bag 6 'from the conveyor drum 10 and the bags 6 'are transferred in batches to an insertion station 13, where the stack 6 is rotated into the desired position is and across to it through the opening of the bag 6 ' defined longitudinal direction to the bag bundling machine B, is transferred more precisely to a transport unit 2.
- Transport unit 2 will be the counted and stacked Side folding bag 6 'aligned and a press station 3 passed where they are pressed together and over the transport unit 2 are further conveyed to a punch station 4. From there the stacked bags 6 'arrive at a belt station 5, where the individual stacks 6 are fixed in bundles.
- FIGS. 2a to 2h The individual method steps are shown in FIGS. 2a to 2h for bundling the stacked side folding bags 6 'from the transport unit 2 to the belt station 5 shown.
- FIG. 2a shows a stack 6 which is on a conveyor element the transport unit 2 rests. Every side folding bag 6 'has a protruding side on an unfolded side Tongue 60. This side is facing down.
- the stack 6 is in the transport unit 2 by means of lateral and rear bag guide elements 20, 21 aligned and conveyed in the longitudinal direction to the pressing station 3.
- a next step is the stack 6 in the press station 3 by means of first bag pressing elements 30, 30 ', for example by two height-adjustable, spaced apart Clamping bar, pressed together, preferably the side and rear bag guide elements 20, 21 den Continue to adjust stack 6 during the pressing process. This is visible in Figure 2b.
- a transfer of the compressed stack 6 of the first bag pressing elements 30.30 'to second bag pressing elements 31.31' is in and of itself not absolutely necessary, the stack 6 can also be used with the first bag pressing elements Convey 30,30 '. However, this transfer increases the frequency with which the individual stack 6 in the Have the bag bundle machine B inserted.
- This second Bag pressing elements 31, 31 ' are preferably of identical design like the first, for example they are again two spaced clamping bars. However, they are offset from the first arranged.
- FIG. 2f The next step is shown in FIG. 2f.
- the stack 6 in the pressed state is again transverse to its longitudinal direction drove to band station 5, where a band 50.50 'each of one tape roll, not shown here, into the two spaced holes 61,62 is inserted.
- Figure 2g the stack 6 together or by means of second bag pressing elements 31, 31 'in the longitudinal direction, thus transversely to its previous direction of funding, the means moved away from the tape station 5.
- the second bag press elements 31,31 'returned to the transfer point and the bundled stack 6 is by means of the Transport unit 2 to a further packaging station, not shown here guided.
- FIGS. 3a to 3f show the process steps in which the stack 6 tied together with ribbons 50, 50 ' is presented from a different perspective.
- the side folding bags 6 ' are spaced apart for better visibility to each other, although during these procedural steps are pressed together.
- the method step shown in FIG. 3a corresponds to that situation shown in Figure 2f, only that first hole 60 and the first band 50 is visible.
- the second Hole 62 is preferably synchronized with a second one Band 50 'provided.
- the band 50 is adjustable by means of a height Band guide element 51 in the hole 61 of the Stack 6 introduced. Suitable as tape guide element 51 For example, a stiff, displaceable from the band 50 and tapering towards the end facing the stack Sleeve with a short end of the band 50 protruding from the sleeve.
- the tape guide element 51 is inserted into the hole 61, until the protruding end of volume 50 on the Underside of the stack 6 in a band fixing element 52, for example formed by two arranged under the stack 6 Jaws, protrudes.
- the jaws are moved together and fix the band 50 in its position, Figure 3b.
- FIG. 3c the tape guide element 51 upwards and the stack 6, such as already shown in Figure 2g, in the pressed state driven backwards away from the tape station.
- This will the tape 50 is unwound from a tape roll, not shown here, long enough on both sides of hole 60
- a welding tongue 54 is just before the leading edge 63 of the stack 6 retracted.
- the stack 6 now bundled by means of an intermediate fixation is again pushed forward according to FIG. 3f and by there in a packaging station, not shown here promoted where the several bundles together in boxes or Foils are packed.
- the process according to the invention results in this general Shape to the desired goal.
- tests have shown that it is advantageous not to make the holes round, but so that there is a predefined target tear point on the bag forms, so when using the bag 6 'in one Goods packaging machine each bag exactly lengthways its anchoring tears.
- Holes for example, with one facing towards the front edge Notch or make the holes square, with a corner executed towards the front edge.
- tapes for Use straps to use straps as these relate to simple way to get welded without them subject to shrinkage. They're also stiff enough to shift the individual bags against each other prevent.
- the welding by means of the welding tongue leaves perform very close to the front edge of the stack 6, without the individual bags being affected by the heat would or would even be welded together.
- the weld seam can be kept relatively short, so that band welded to a loop just barely stack 6 protrudes and therefore does not interfere with packaging. Also enough shortest lengths to tie the bags together.
- the side gusset bags previously provided with holes so that this Method step in the device according to the invention not applicable.
- This is advantageous, for example, if the Bundles are too thick to be still easy to punch.
- the punch station instead of the punch station advantageously an alignment station available, which Has pegs through the holes of the side gusset out and align the bags.
