Claims (18)
- Stapel aus einer Vielzahl von miteinander verbundenen Beuteln aus Kunstoffolie, insbesondere Automatenbeuteln, mit einer Einfüllöffnung (6) und einer einseitigen Klappe (2), die jeweils einen Eckenabschnitt (11) begrenzende, unter einem Winkel zu Einfüllöffnung (6) verlaufende Perforationslinien (9, 9') aufweist, wobei in jedem Eckenabschnitt (11) wenigstens eine die Beutel im Stapel (1) miteinander verbindende Verblockungsstelle und in einem durch die Perforationslinien (9, 9) begrenzten innenliegenden Bereich der Klappe (2) Stapelöffnungen (13) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verblokkungsstellen in den Eckenabschnitten (11) in Gestalt eines Verblockungsloches als Aufhängeöffnungen (12) für den Stapel (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Stapel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforationslinie (9,9') im wesentlichen als Gerade ausgebildet ist.
- Stapel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforationslinie (9) ausgehend von der jeweiligen Seitenkante des Beutels bis zu einer Stirnkante (7) der Klappe (2) durchgehend perforiert ausgebildet ist.
- Stapel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforationslinie (9') ausgehend von der jeweiligen Seitenkante des Beutels unter Belassung einer unperforierten Strecke (S) bis nahezu an die Stirnkante (7) der Klappe (2) gehend ausgebildet ist.
- Stapel nach einem oder mehren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelöffnungen (13) von Nadelstichen gebildet sind.
- Stapel nach Anspruch einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelöffnungen (13) von Kreuzschlitzen gebildet sind.
- Stapel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stapel aus einem geteilten Doppelbeutelstapel gebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum fortlaufenden Herstellen sowie Handhaben bis zum Befüllen von Beuteln aus einer thermoplastischen Kunststoffolienbahn, insbesondere Automatenbeuteln, mit folgenden Merkmalen:Eine flache und unter Bildung eines einseitig vorstehenden Klappenstreifens umgefaltete Kunststofffolienbahn wird zugeführt,in Folienbahnabschnitte der zugeführten Kunststofffolienbahn werden im Bereich der Klappe (2) im Winkel zur Einfüllöffnung (6) des Beutels verlaufende Perforationslinien (9, 9') eingebracht und dadurch Eckenabschnitte (11) gebildet,die Beutel werden stapelweise gesammelt und beim oder nach dem Stapeln durch in den Eckenabschnitten (11) angebrachte und als Aufhängeöffnungen (12) für den Beutelstapel (1) ausgebildete Verblockungslöcher miteinander verblockt,zum Befüllen eines Beutels mit einem Produkt in einer Verpackungsmaschine wird der Beutelstapel (1) über die verblockten Aufhängeöffnungen (12) aufgehängt und/oder gehalten, wobeider jeweils oberste Beutel des Beutelstapels (1) zum Füllen mit dem Produkt zumindest im Bereich seiner Einfüllöffnung (6) in einer solchen maximalen Öffnungsstellung gehalten wird, dass die Perforation zwischen den Eckenabschnitten (11) und der Klappe (2) zwangsläufig aufgebrochen und dadurch der Beutel vom Beutelstapel gelöst wird, undanschließend die Einfüllöffnung (6) verschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbrechen der Perforation erfolgt, bevor das zu verpackende Produkt in den Beutel eingeschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch den Öffnungsvorgang sowohl die Perforation zwischen den festgehaltenen Eckenabschnitten (11) und der Klappe (2) zumindest teilweise aufgerissen als auch der vom Beutelstapel zumindest teilweise gelöste Beutel in Öffnungsstellung gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgestaltung der Perforationslinien, insbesondere deren Winkellage und/oder Stärke und/oder deren durchgehender oder verkürzter Verlauf zwischen der Seitenwandung und der Stirnkante der Klappe und der Öffnungsvorgang beim Füllen eines Beutels aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu den verblockten Aufhängeöffnungen (12) während der Beutelherstellung im Bereich der Klappe (2) Stapelöffnungen (13) eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelöffnungen (13) ohne Materialabfall, beispielsweise durch Nadelstiche, erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung der Stapelöffnungen (13) Kreuzschlitze in die Klappe (2) eingestanzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Doppelfolienbahnabschnitte über Stapelnadeln einer taktweise bewegbaren Stapelfördereinrichtung symmetrisch aufgehängt und danach durch einen Längstrennschnitt zu zwei Beutelstapeln aufgeteilt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum fortlaufenden Herstellen von Stapeln aus einer Vielzahl miteinander verbundenen Beutel aus Kunststoffolie, insbesondere Automatenbeutel, die gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 gestaltet sind, mit folgenden Merkmalen:Eine Perforiereinrichtung (20) mit zur Bewegungsrichtung einer umgefalteten Kunstoffolienbahn schräg angeordneten Perforierwerkzeugen, die in einem einseitig vorstehenden Klappenstreifen der Kunststofffolienbahn zur Bildung von Eckenabschnitten (11) im Winkel zur Einfüllöffnung (6) des Beutels verlaufende Perforationslinien (9, 9') einbringen,eine Querschweiß-Trenneinrichtung (20),eine Verblockungseinrichtung (26), die Lochverblockungswerkzeuge zur Bildung von als Aufhängeöffnungen (12) für den Stapel (1) ausgebildeten Verblockungslöchern in den Eckenabschnitten (11) aufweist, undzusätzliche Werkzeuge zur Bildung von Stapelöffnungen (13) in dem durch die Perforationslinien (9, 9') begrenzten innenliegenden Bereich der Klappe (12).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Nadelstichwerkzeug zur Bildung von Stapelöffnungen (13) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Kreuzschlitz-Stanzwerkzeug zur Bildung von Stapelöffnungen (13) aufweist.
