Claims (21)
- Befestigungssystem zum ausrichtbaren Befestigen eines von einer Oberfläche ragenden stab- oder pfostenförmigen Gegenstandes (2), mit einer durch einen Bodendübel, eine Einschlaghülse oder einen Aufsatzständer gebildeten Verankerungseinrichtung (1), die mit einem in den von der Oberfläche begrenzten Untergrund ein- und aus diesem wieder herausbringbaren bzw. auf der Oberfläche lösbar befestigbaren Verankerungsabschnitt (4) und mit einem Halteabschnitt (5) zur ausrichtbaren Aufnahme des Gegenstandes (2) versehen ist, welcher derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Gegenstand (2) in seiner Ausrichtung bezüglich der Verankerungseinrichtung (4) korrigierbar und in ausgerichteter Stellung fixierbar ist, wobei der Halteabschnitt (5) einen mit einer Einfüllöffnung (12) versehenen becherförmigen Füllabschnitt (6) aufweist,
gekennzeichnet durch ein körniges Füllgut (7), das in dem durch den eingesetzten Gegenstand (2) nicht ausgefüllten verbleibenden Füllraum des Füllabschnitts (6) aufgenommen ist und hierdurch den Gegenstand (2) in ausgerichteter Stellung fixiert, wobei der Füllabschnitt (6) eine mindestens abschnittsweise konusförmig verjüngte Innenwand aufweist. - Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllgut (7) ein hartes Sand-, Rollsplitt- oder Gesteinsmaterial und/oder ein elastisches Kunststoffmaterial aufweist.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllabschnitt (6) zur Aufnahme des Füllgutes durch einen in den Halteabschnitt (5) der Verankerungsvorrichtung einsetzbaren und wieder herausnehmbaren Einsatz (19) ausgebildet ist.

- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (10) durch eine oder mehrere eigenständige, vorgefertigte Platten aus Kunststoff oder Blech ausgebildet ist, die mit der Querschnittsform des einzusetzenden Gegenstandes (2) angepassten Aussparungen oder Durchtrittsöffnungen versehen ist bzw. sind.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (10) mehrere übereinanderliegende, das Füllgut (7) durch Überlappung abdeckende Platten aufweist.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mehreren übereinanderliegenden, überlappenden Platten eine sichelförmige Formgebung mit einem der Querschnittform des einzusetzenden Gegenstandes (2) angepassten Innenbogen der Sichel und einem dem Krümmungsradius der Einfüllöffnung (12) angepassten Außenbogen der Sichel aufweist.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchtrittsöffnungen der Platten konzentrisch zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Befestigungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Abschlussmittel (9) ein Spannmittel zugeordnet ist, mittels welchem das Füllgut mit einer mechanischen Spannung beaufschlagt ist.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannmittel durch am Rand des Halteabschnittes (5) angebrachte elastische Elemente ausgebildet ist, die unter Druck gesetzt sind.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschlussmittel (9) als eine gegenüber Umgebungsluftdruck Druck erzeugende oder unter Druck gesetzte Einrichtung (20, 22, 24) ausgebildet ist.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (19) durch ein vorgefertigtes Kunststoff oder Blechteil ausgebildet wird.
- Verfahren zur Befestigung eines von einer Oberfläche ragenden stab- oder pfostenförmigen Gegenstandes (2) in dem von der Oberfläche begrenzten Untergrund (3) bzw. auf der Oberfläche mittels einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, die einen in den Untergrund ein- und aus diesem wieder herausbringbaren bzw. auf der Oberfläche lösbar befestigbaren Verankerungsabschnitt (4) und einen Halteabschnitt (5) zur Aufnahme des Gegenstandes (2) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Einbringen des Verankerungsabschnittes (4) der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) in den Untergrund bzw. Anordnen des Verankerungsabschnittes (4) auf der Oberfläche;Einführen des Gegenstandes (2) in den Halteabschnitt (5);Ausrichten und Positionieren des Gegenstandes (2) in dem Halteabschnitt (5) in seiner Stellung bezüglich der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1);Einfüllen eines körnigen Füllgutes (7) in einen mit einer Einfiillöffnung (12) versehenen Füllabschnitt (6) des becher- oder rohrförmigen Halteabschnittes (5), dabei Sichern und dauerhaftes Fixieren der ausgerichteten Stellung des Gegenstandes (2) durch das körnige Füllgut (7).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine dauerhafte Fixierung des Gegenstandes (2) durch Überdecken der Einfüllöffnung (8) mittels einem die Einfüllöffnung (8) des Füllabschnittes (6) wenigstens bereichsweise überdeckenden, am Randbereich des Füllabschnittes (6) lösbar befestigten Abschlussmittel (9) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllgut (7) mittels eines Spannmittels unter mechanischen Druck gesetzt bzw. komprimiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungssystem (1) in den Untergrund eingedreht bzw. eingeschlagen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllgut (7) ein hartes Sand-, Rollsplitt- oder Gesteinsmaterial und/oder ein elastisches Kunststoffmaterial aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllabschnitt (6) zur Aufnahme des Füllgutes durch einen in den Halteabschnitt (5) des Befestigungssystems einsetzbaren und wieder herausnehmbaren Einsatz (19) ausgebildet wird.
