Claims (18)
- Fahrweg für Landverkehrswege, vorzugsweise für Magnetschwebebahnen, z. B. TRANSRAPID, mit auf in Ortbeton- oder Fertigteilbauweise gefertigten Unterbauten angeordneten Fertigteil-Fahrwegträgern, die wenigstens einen hohlen bewehrten Spannbeton-Längsträger aufweisen, und mit quer zur Fahrbahn durchgehenden, den Spannbeton-Längsträger beidseits überkragenden, als getrennte Bauteile gefertigten Fahrwegplatten (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Spannbeton-Längsträger als im Wege der Schleuderbetonfertigung hergestellte Spannbetontragrohre (2, 2') mit flachen oberen Auflageschultern (4) für die Fahrwegplatten (3) ausgebildet sind.
- Fahrweg nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageschulter (4) durch seitlich über die im wesentlichen zylindrische Rohrform überstehende Verstärkungsrippen (6) gebildet sind.
- Fahrweg nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fahrwegplatten (3) bewehrte Betonplatten sind.
- Fahrweg nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fahrwegplatten (3) Stahlblechkonstruktionen sind.
- Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fahrwegplatte (3) jedes Fahrwegträgers aus einer Mehrzahl von in Fahrwegrichtung kurzen Einzelplatten besteht, die beabstandet auf den Stahlbetontragrohren (2, 2') befestigt sind.
- Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer aufgeständerten Fahrwegführung das mittig zur Fahrwegplatte (3) angeordnete Spannbetontragrohr (2) mit nachträglich anbetonierten Stützkonsolen (10) zur Lagerung auf Stützpfeilern (1) versehen ist.
- Fahrweg nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Spannbetontragrohre (2) Gewindebuchsen (8) zum Einschrauben von in eine Stützkonsole (10) eingreifenden Verankerungsstäben (9) eingebettet sind.
- Fahrweg nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbetontragrohre (2) zumindest im Auflagerbereich der Stützkonsolen (10) eine aufgerauhte Oberfläche aufweisen.
- Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei ebenerdiger Fahrwegführung zwei parallel in Abstand miteinander verbundene Spannbetontragrohre (2') direkt auf den Betonfundamenten (15) abgestützt sind.
- Fahrweg nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbetontragrohre neben den oberen Auflageschultern (4') mit seitlichen Abflachungen versehen sind.
- Fahrweg nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbetontragrohre (4') im wesentlichen als hochgestellte Rechteckrohre ausgebildet sind.
- Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbetontragrohre (2') seitlich an einen als Rechteckprofil ausgebildeten, seinerseits mit den Bodenfundamenten (15) verschraubbaren Stahlrahmen im Auflagerbereich (14) angeschraubt sind.
- Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu seiner seitlichen Überhöhung in Kurvenabschnitten Zwischenkeile (12) und gegebenenfalls Distanzplatten (13) zwischen die Auflageschulter (4) der Spannbetontragrohre (2) und die Fahrwegplatten (3) eingebracht sind.
- Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu seiner seitlichen Überhöhung in Kurvenabschnitten die Spannbetontragrohre (2) um ihre Längsachse verdreht an den Stützkonsolen (10) anbetoniert sind.
- Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbetontragrohre (2') über einen Keil-Zwischenträger (17) an den Betonfundamenten (15) abgestützt sind.
- Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbetontragrohre (2, 2') in ihrem den Auflageschultern (4, 4') abgewandten unteren Bereich mit einer verstärkten Bewehrung aus dickeren und/oder dichter gepackten Spannstählen (20, 21) versehen sind.
- Schleuderbetonform zur Herstellung eines Spannbetontragrohrs für einen Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannbetontragrohr so konstruiert ist, dass sich der nachteilige Effekt eines Sich-Durchbiegens der Form infolge der in der Querschnittsfläche ungleichmäßigen Vorspannung durch eine Verstärkung der in der Form ausgebildeten Rippung in rotationssymmetrischer und druckspannungsmäßiger Hinsicht ausgeglichen ist.
- Schleuderbetonform zur Herstellung eines Spannbetontragrohrs für einen Fahrweg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Außenform des Spannbetontragrohrs (2, 2') bestimmende Formblech (23) mit asymmetrisch um die Rotationsachse (25) verteilt angeordneten Stützrippen (22) derart versehen ist, dass dadurch in Verbindung mit der unsymmetrischen Verteilung der Spannstähle (20, 21) die durch den erhöhten Betonanteil im Bereich der Verstärkungsrippen (6) gegebene Unwucht ausgeglichen ist.
