Definitions
- the invention relates to a sharpener for soft lead pencils with the features listed in the preamble of claim 1 (DE 44 40 271 A1). If here from Soft-lead pencils "is meant to include both soft-lead leads encased in a peelable material such as wood or plastic, as they are primarily known as make-up pencils or cosmetic pencils.
- the mine former is a Shaping knife, which is attached to a cross slide transverse to the longitudinal axis of the pointed channel is adjustable between a form and a retreat position.
- the cross slide is positioned in the free space that is at the tip takes up the pin cone and the guide channel in the housing for the pen, namely the pointed channel in front. This can ever after cross slide position the pen tip either relatively sharp and pointed or rounded when the pointed knife is turned of the pins connected in the guide channel connected to the formation of the Pin cone and, if necessary, simultaneously peeling the surrounding cone Stiftmantels takes over.
- the scraping tongue protruding to the side of the cleaning stick can in the cleaning process carried out with the help of the cleaning stick be perceived as annoying when they reach the tip of the stick to angled corners of the sharpener housing or the one provided in it Free space for receiving the cone to be sharpened hindered.
- the cleaning stick must be fixed after the cleaning process on the sharpener housing with the repositioning of the scraping tongue in its that Pointed knife slightly below target position a certain skill, if the scraper tongue is not cut by the intended sharp knife edge to be damaged.
- the cleaning stick and thus the one-piece molded scraping tongue consist of a relatively soft Plastic, because the cleaning process causes dulling as intended sharp edge of the pointed knife should be avoided.
- the invention has for its object a sharpener of the aforementioned Type in such a way that a hygienically perfect cleaning and removal the sticky soft lead mass relieved and one by the cleaning process possibly caused damage to the mine former with a larger one Security is avoided.
- This object is solved by claim 1.
- the mine former no longer integrated, one-piece component a cleaning stick usually added to such a soft lead sharpener, its cleaning end again in terms of its design trained only for the cleaning purposes intended for him can be.
- this solution applies this in a particularly favorable manner the trend towards diversification in the field of cosmetic pencils the pen shapes bill.
- Cosmetic pens come in a wide variety of pen diameters customary in the market. The lead diameter often varies with the same pin diameter.
- a respective adaptation of the whole Spitz to the diverse Pen dimensions are very expensive in terms of tools, especially if that Pointed case made of a plastic according to the predominant custom is injection molded in one piece.
- the increasingly complex also contribute to this problem Recipes of the soft leads, which the sharpener also do justice to must, especially with regard to the training of its mine former.
- the invention makes it possible to provide a sharpener that due to its modular structure, it is very flexible and inexpensive Development trends are adaptable and - if not required - without mine-shaping Insert part is usable.
- the mine former can also be Invention easily adapt to increased technical requirements, such as antibacterial plastic quality, coating u. the like
- the mine former can be compact and therefore less Train damage-sensitive components. His solution and re-fixation can be used by the user in a simple manner according to claim 3 or 4 accomplish. This is made even more special by a design according to claim 5 and simplified by the training according to claim 6. The loosening and reinserting the insert is particularly simple possible without hindrance from the pointed knife. This allows the detachable Fixing connections (e.g. claim 3 or 4) with fits or brackets be equipped, which ensure a safe position maintenance in the joining position and require a constantly predeterminable effort for their solution.
- detachable Fixing connections e.g. claim 3 or 4
- fits or brackets be equipped, which ensure a safe position maintenance in the joining position and require a constantly predeterminable effort for their solution.
- the release pressure can be applied to the insert part without the aid a separate release tool by an embodiment, for example according to claim 11 and in particular by a configuration according to claim 12 be relieved.
- claim 9 By claim 9 and in particular by its configuration according to claim 10 is the insert part in a simple manner and with high positional stability to be positioned in the sharpener body below the sharpener by placing it in the intermediate layer on the two opposite side walls by attached to them Fixing agent is held.
- Claim 15 proposes an alternative for fixing the insert part to the housing body in front.
- This proposal takes account of the fact that the Rule body molded from plastic is largely self-contained all around with comparatively thin-walled long and narrow side walls is equipped, whose lower end is designed as a wall edge, the Wall edges of all housing body sides lie in a common plane and a rugged body floor between the functional design to lock myself in.
- the body bottom is in regular, with the Knife blade pointing upwards on a sharpener Table surface or the like. invisibly shielded.
- the proposal according to claim 16 creates the basis for a color coding system, which distinguishes the contours of those designed as insert parts Mine former also considerably easier for the user. This allows the sharpener with a variety of different, designed like a kit Mine formers are significantly increased in their utility value.
- the housing body 1 surrounds the insertion side 2 for the one to be pointed End facing the soft-lead pencil has an end in the direction of insertion 31 conically tapering guide channel 3, which for guiding the housing on the inside Essentially tapered end of a not shown Soft lead pen is used.
- the housing 1 enters above the guide channel 3 screw-fixed pointed knife 4. This flanks the guide channel 3 in the area a side opening 33.
- the guide channel 3 tapers in the direction of the pin cone receiving and positioned below the front end of the pointed knife 4 Free space 5 of the housing 1.
- This free space 5 is in the case of Fig. 1 shown housing 1 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 11 of the guide channel 3 open on the back of the housing facing away from the guide channel 3 and in In the embodiment of FIG. 10 closed by a rear wall 9.
- the pin not shown, is inside the guide channel 3 in the pointed direction (direction of rotation) 32 against the cutting edge 34 of the pointed knife 4 rotated.
- the cutting edge 34 of the pointed knife 4 lifts a peeling chip from the tip of the soft lead pencil.
- Insert part 7 as a mine former for fitting the tip of the mine into it.
- Insert part 7 connects to free space 5 its rear end facing away from the guide channel 3.
