Definitions
- the invention relates to a pocket tool with an elongated handle serving and a recording area for in a functional position from the handle lead-out functional parts having body element.
- Pocket tools of this type are known, for example, as pocket knives, with two bowls serving as a booklet, lying opposite each other, between them one or more functional parts, such as knife blades, corkscrews, Screwdriver and the like. Swung out and essentially by Spring pressure are kept in the swung in or out state.
- functional parts such as knife blades, corkscrews, Screwdriver and the like. Swung out and essentially by Spring pressure are kept in the swung in or out state.
- functional parts arranged pivotably via rivet bolts, their functional surfaces as knife blade, can opener, nail file, corkscrew and the like are formed.
- pocket knives with for the most different Functional parts suitable for use are also reflected in that known pocket knives are combined with a writing instrument. Such pocket knives are subject to high assembly costs and therefore cause cost-intensive production.
- Known pocket tools preferably pocket knives
- Another disadvantage of pivotable functional elements is that these are usually pivotable about an axis and thus absorb torsional forces only to a limited extent. Also can be Do not open functional elements with previously known pocket tools with one hand and close.
- the knife blade can be cut through the Open the relaxation of a preloaded spring with one hand, but usually no longer close with one hand.
- Other functional elements are in slots in the Shells or inserted in the body element and removable.
- pocket tools are designed for certain general functions and in the rarest of cases are pocket tools for special individual tasks designed because this is associated with too high costs.
- a pocket tool with a pitch fork is known from US Pat. No. 5,449,169 basically flat execution disclosed, which in a flat, square-shaped Housing is slidably mounted.
- the pitch fork can be turned in via a control button a transport and be moved into a working position.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a pocket tool of the generic type, which has various functional elements that can be used for different purposes in golf, which is economical to manufacture and easy to use.
- a tool is to be provided for the exercise functional elements of golf that can be used with one hand and can also absorb leverage and torsional forces at least to the usual extent.
- a generic pocket tool which has an elongated body element which serves as a handle and has a receiving area for functional elements which can be removed from the handle in a functional position and which can be moved between one transport position and one functional position by one-handed actuation and in both positions has latchable pitch fork, a guide plate having a fork guide being arranged parallel to side shells of the body element, in the plane of which the pitch fork is inserted so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction.
- the pitch fork is completely accommodated in the body element in the transport position and can be moved out into a functional position.
- pitch forks are primarily used to repair so-called pitch marks on the green, i.e. ball impact sinks.
- the pitch forks are moved by applying lifting and rotating movements in the grass surface of the green.
- the pitch fork is advantageously longitudinally displaceable in a fork guide in the Body element arranged, the two outer side shells in a known manner has, between which substantially parallel boards are arranged.
- the pitch fork can thus be placed on a narrow side surface push out the pocket tool. It is advantageous for this purpose with the pitch fork an arranged transversely to the guide plate and one of the side shells protruding stylus provided. This stylus can thus be taken from one of the surface of one of the side shells and move longitudinally, whereby the pitch fork is also moved longitudinally.
- the pitch fork can preferably be drawn into the body element Transport position as well as in the from the Body element extended functional position automatically in the body element latch.
- a locking plate which has locking grooves into which spring-elastic element of the pitch fork engages.
- This resilient element can be the resiliently designed on the pitch fork stylus, the Spring elasticity can act transversely to the guide plate.
- the stylus can be Press in spring-elastically by applying pressure from the side shell and thus in Locking element, which is elastically connected to the pitch fork, from one Press out the locking groove.
- the side shell is according to an advantageous Proposed the invention formed a longitudinal groove in which the stylus to be led.
- the longitudinal groove can be on the bottom of one in the side shell trained sink to be executed so that in this sink on the Control pen attached control button is guided.
- the spring-elastic element on the pitch fork is therefore no separate spring for the pitch fork needs to be locked in different positions.
- the fork guide can be a guide plate with recesses for the pitch fork.
- the guide plate can also be formed by individual elements. So can use two or more individual guide elements to form a guide plate be put together. Two identical elements can be mirrored to Longitudinal centerline and a guide area for the pitch fork form.
- the pitch fork is designed as a plate-shaped element. This element may preferably be made of stainless steel.
- the Pitch fork be kept very thin, for example ⁇ 1 mm, so that a light and, above all, gentle penetration into the expensive special grass of the golf ground is guaranteed.
- the plate-shaped element by a Opening slit can also be moved to the body element, which is opposite the Pitch fork has very tight tolerances. As a result, the opening slot acts as Scraper for sand, dirt and the like on the pitch fork.
- this Pocket tool on a ball marker Ball markers are usually plate-shaped or coin-shaped plates used to mark a ball position on a Be plugged in green.
- the ball marker is removably inserted in a side shell.
- the side shell can have a plate-shaped recess in which the Ball marker is positioned.
- the side shell and at least part the boards has a groove open from one side edge into which the am Ball marker arranged holding pin is inserted.
- One of the boards can according to an advantageous proposal of the invention in the area of the receiving groove be designed to be resilient for the retaining pin of the ball marker, so that the Ball marker can be locked in the position used in the pocket tool.
- the resilient area for the holding pin of the ball marker is preferably in the guide plate for the pitch fork. It is therefore also for the Ball marker no additional pen required.
- the ball marker can be used with one hand pushed out of the body element and immediately to the desired position be set. Can improve the extension of the ball marker be provided that a control sink in the side plate of the body member is trained.
- the ball marker Pinching the retaining pin on the tool it is also possible not to pass the ball marker Pinching the retaining pin on the tool, but for example to design the ball marker only as a plate-shaped element, which in a Recess or a depression of the side shell can be used elastically.
- the elastic force can, for example, act on the circumference of the ball marker. A such execution is economically cheaper.
- Both the ball marker and the control button for the pitch fork are preferably arranged in the same side shell and can both be operated with one hand. Due to the longitudinal guidance of the pitch fork, this is also designed to a limited extent leverage and torsional forces to record. For this purpose, you will be in the functional position in Body element remaining end between two boards and the two lateral hardened guides for the pitch fork precisely guided and held.
- This is preferably a swing-out functional element stored against the force of a spring and between one in the body element folded transport position and one from the body element the functional position can be swiveled out.
- the spring serves on the one hand a holding force in the transport position against accidental Fold out, on the other hand a spring force in the extended functional position against accidental folding.
- the functional element is moved with its talon against a leaf spring.
- the Movement edge between the talon of the functional element and the leaf spring is designed as a cam / cam track pair. While on one of the two Element at least one locking cam is positioned, the other can Element have a cam recess, and positioned so that in the desired end position of the cams is locked in the cam recess. Thereby an increased holding force is provided.
- the Talon des Teelochers a cam formed in a cam depression on the leaf spring in in the unfolded position.
- the cam sink can preferably be formed on one of the ends of the guideway on the spring.
- the tea punch can advantageously be supplemented with further functional elements be, for example, a bottle opener or the like.
- One long edge of the tea punch is sharpened, the opposite longitudinal edge to Stiffening of the punch is angled rounded.
- the resulting Longitudinal groove is formed into a very practical nail file.
- the top of the Teelochers is designed to clean the golf club grooves can be used.
- Pocket tool further functional elements such as knife blade, scissors and the like. be arranged as pivotable functional elements. These can also be used in advantageously a locking cam / locking sink arrangement between Talon and Be formed spring.
- the pocket tool according to the invention can also be removed Functional elements such as tweezers, toothpicks, pens and the like have, for which preferably the side shell is suitable, in which not the Control knob for the pitch fork is guided.
- the body element is preferably ergonomically shaped. To be usable too it is important that the ball marker and the pitch fork can be operated with one hand are. To do this, the pocket tool must fit well in the hand while the elements are preferably operated with the thumb. To the Pitch the fork and, if necessary, the tea punch well into the ground and to be able to move there, the tool preferably also has behind reachable areas, so that even in the longitudinal direction well under a force Applying the necessary feeling can be applied. This requirement is initially contrary to the desire to use the pocket tool as a whole to be as small as possible. In the pivoted position are usually many functional parts on the side of the pocket tool, so that they can be grasped and swung out with fingertips. According to the invention it is proposed that these functional elements be elastic in the body element be able to engage to the outer ergonomic shape of the body element produce. After relief, the functional elements move back into theirs Normal position back, in which they can be gripped and swung out.
- the pitch fork arrangement according to the invention also allows slight leverage and torsional movements to be exercised is functionally required.
- the formation of locking cams and notches Operating safety between the tea punch and the associated spring increases the operational safety and improve functionality because especially an unintended Collapse of the tea punch is largely avoided during use.
- the invention proposes another Improvement of the springs before. While traditionally opposite the Fedem Counter bearing elements on the boards have to be counter-supported, the Now spring up cams at suitable points against the cams adjacent springs can be counter-supported. Thus, special Counter bearing points in the intermediate boards are largely dispensed with.
- Fig. 1 shows an exploded view of the individual elements of a pocket tool 1.
- the top and bottom surfaces of the pocket tool will be formed by side shells 2, 3, preferably made of plastic. Between these are parallel plates 4 parallel to the inner surfaces of the side shells and, arranged between them, functional boards 5, 6 with functional elements. In a manner known per se, the boards and the side shells are by means of Rivet pins 7 and 8 rivet rings connected.
