Claims (3)
- Walzenstuhl zur Vermahlung von Getreide u. dgl. zu Mehl, Griess, Dunst usw. mit, in einem Gehäuse (2) gelagerten Walzenpaaren (3, 4; 3', 4'), die mit Speise- und Abführeinrichtungen für das Mahlgut sowie Einrichtungen zur Einstellung des Walzenspaltes u. a. verbunden sind, wobei die schneller drehende Walze (4, 4') eines Walzenpaares direkt angetrieben ist und die langsamere Walze (3, 3') mittels eines Übertriebes, insbesondere mittels Riemen (9) gezwungen ist, mit differenzierter Drehzahl zu laufen und wobei dieser Übertrieb noch eine Umlenk- bzw. Spannrolle (8) mit einer Spannscheibe (18) umfasst, dergestalt, dass der/die Riemen (9) die Spannscheibe (18) und eine zweite Scheibe (6) zu mehr als 180°, und eine erste Scheibe (5) hingegen weniger als 180° und mit der Gegenseite umläuft/umlaufen und dass weiterhin die Spannscheibe (18) einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannscheibe (18) zwei Abschnitte (14, 15) aufweist, die Mittel (13, 17, 19) zum separaten Einstellen/Spannen der Abschnitte (14, 15) aufweisen.
- Walzenstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzenstuhl (1) als 4- oder 8-Walzenstuhl ausgebildet ist.
- Walzenstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äussere Abschnitt (15) mittels eines Excenters (19) einstellbar ist.
