Claims (15)
- Nietsetzgerät mit einer Nietsetzeinrichtung (3) und einem die Nietsetzeinrichtung betätigenden Antrieb (5) und einer Magazinstreifenzugeinrichtung, die eine mit dem Antrieb verbundene Rolle (36) aufweist, und einem Mundstück (11) zur Aufnahme zumindest eines Nietes und einer zur Nietsetzeinrichtung gehörenden Zugeinrichtung (4), wobei zum Durchführen eines Nietsetzvorganges die Zugeinrichtung durch eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung von einer dem Mundstück näheren Stellung in eine vom Mundstück entferntere Stellung überführt wird und nach dem Nietsetzvorgang die Zugeinrichtung rücküberführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb einen pneumatischen und / oder hydraulischen Linearantrieb mit einer Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung aufweist und ein Getriebe (6) vorgesehen ist, das ein Linearbewegung der Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung zumindest zeitweise in eine Drehbewegung der Rolle übersetzt, wobei die Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung und die Rolle während des Rücküberführens wirkverbunden sind
- Nietsetzgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Freilauf (35) vorgesehen ist, so dass die Linearbewegung der Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung in nur eine Richtung auf die Rolle übertragbar ist.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Sperreinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die zumindest während des Nietsetzvorganges ein Drehen der Rolle verhindert.

- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe ein Zahnstangengetriebe aufweist mit einer vorzugsweise an der Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung und / oder Zugeinrichtung vorgesehenen Zahnstange (28), in der zumindest mittelbar ein mit der Rolle verbundenes Zahnrad (30) kämmt.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung zwischen Nietsetzeinrichtung und Getriebe angeordnet ist.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung eine durchgehende Kolbenstange (18) aufweist.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange als Rohr ausgebildet ist, zum Durchleiten abgerissener Nietdome.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange in einen Nietdornauffangbehälter (7) mündet.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass das Getriebe zwischen Nietdornauffangbehälter und Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben der Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung in Zugrichtung der Zugeinrichtung der Nietsetzeinrichtung zum Durchführen eines Nietsetzvorganges beweglich ist, wobei zum Durchführen des Nietsetzvorganges der Kolben von einer näher am Mundstück angeordneten Ausgangsstellung in eine vom Mundstück entferntere Stellung überführbar ist.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung durch eine Federeinrichtung in die Ausgangsstellung vorgespannt ist
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federeinrichtung zumindest eine im Zylinder der Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung angeordnete Druckfeder aufweist, die sich zwischen an einer stirnseitigen Zylinderinnenwand und dem Kolben absützt.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zweite, der ersten Zahnstange gegenüberliegende, an der Kolbenstange angeordnete und vorzugsweise integral mit dieser ausgebildete zweite Zahnstange vorgesehen ist, in der ein zweites im Gehäuse drehbar gelagertes Führungszahnrad kämmt.
- Nietsetzgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle durch ein in das Gehäuse hineinragende und in ihm drehbar gelagerte Rollenachse gelagert ist und das mit der Rolle verbundene Zahnrad im Gehäuse mit der Rollenachse verbunden ist und der Freilauf zwischen Rollenachse und Rolle angeordnet ist und das Zahnrad drehfest mit der Rollenachse verbunden ist.
