Claims (18)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Folien, vorzugsweise Sicherheitsfolien für Wertpapiere, bestehend aus einer transluzenten Trägerfolie und einer darauf aufgebrachten Abdeckschicht, die beschichtungsfreie Bereiche in Form von Buchstaben, Zahlen, Zeichen, Punkten und/ oder Mustern etc. aufweist, die insbesondere im Durchlicht klar zu erkennen sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:a) Bereitstellen der Trägerfolie;b) Bedrucken der Trägerfolie mit Buchstaben, Zahlen, Zeichen, Punkten und/ oder Mustern etc.;c) Verwendung einer Druckfarbe mit einem hohen Pigmentanteil;d) Trocknen der Druckfarbe zur Bildung eines porigen, erhabenen Farbauftrags;e) Bilden einer dünnen Abdeckschicht auf der bedruckten Trägerfolie, die infolge des porigen, erhabenen Farbauftrags in den bedruckten Bereich nicht zusammenhängend ist;f) Entfernen des Farbauftrags und der in den bedruckten Bereichen der Trägerfolie auf dem Farbauftrag befindlichen bzw. in den Farbauftrag eingedrungenen Abdeckschicht durch Auswaschen mit einer Flüssigkeit, eventuell kombiniert mit mechanischer Einwirkung;g) Trocknen und gegebenenfalls Zuschneiden der Trägerfolie.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckschicht eine Metallschicht, beispielsweise eine Aluminium- oder Nickelschicht ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerfolie in Form eines endlosen Bandes bereitgestellt wird und das Verfahren kontinuierlich durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfarbe wasserlöslich ist und zum Auswaschen Wasser verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfarbe Stärke, Polyvinylalkohol oder Carboximethylcellulose als Bindemittel enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Pigmente natürliche Rohstoffe gewählt werden, vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe Kreide, Bentonit, Aerosil und Titandioxid.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pigmentanteil in der trockenen Druckfarbe wenigstens 10 Gew. % beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pigmentpartikel einen mittleren äquivalenten Durchmesser von 0,1 bis 15 µm aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bedrucken der Trägerfolie im Tiefdruck erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bilden der Metallschicht durch Aufdampfen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der aufgedampften Metallschicht etwa 0,1 µm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auswaschen durch mechanische Mittel, wie eine rotierende Walze, Bürste oder Ultraschall unterstützt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerfolie in Schritt g) von Anspruch 1 zu Sicherheitsfäden geschnitten wird, die eine Breite von höchstens 5 mm aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wertpapiers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Sicherheitsfolie, hergestellt nach einem Verfahren gemäß wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, während der Herstellung des Wertpapiers in das Wertpapier eingebettet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wertpapier aus zwei Papierlagen hergestellt wird, und die Sicherheitsfolie zwischen die Papierlagen eingebettet wird.
- Folie zur Einlagerung oder Aufbringung in bzw. auf Wertpapiere, bestehend aus einer transluzenten Trägerfolie und einer darauf aufgebrachten metallischen Beschichtung, die metallfreie Bereiche aufweist, die insbesondere im Durchlicht klar zu erkennen sind, gekennzeichnet, durch ein Halbtonbild, wobei die hellen Bereiche des Bildes durch eine geringe Rasterdichte auf der ansonsten transluzenten Trägerfolie und die dunklen Bereiche des Bildes durch eine hohe Rasterdichte dargestellt und die Rasterpunkte durch Metallniederschläge gebildet sind.
- Folie nach Anspruch 16, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
- Ein Wertpapier hergestellt nach dem Verfahren 14 oder 15, in das eine Sicherheitsfolie eingebettet ist, die nach dem Verfahren gemäß wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 hergestellt wurde.
