Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Konditionieren einer vorzugsweise frisch bedruckten Papierbahn (2) mit einem Trockner (1) und einer Rückbefeuchtungseinrichtung, wobei der Trockner (1) eine Aufheizzone (3), Temperaturhaltezone (4) und Abkühlzone (5) und die Rückbefeuchtungseinrichtung oberhalb und unterhalb der Transportebene der Papierbahn (2) angeordnete, auf diese gerichtete, mit Befeuchtungsflüssigkeit beaufschlagbare Sprühdüsen (10) und diese aufnehmende Sprühkammern (9) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abkühlzone (5) des Trockners (1) eine zur Rückbefeuchtung und Kühlung der Papierbahn (2) dienende Befeuchtungseinrichtung (8) enthält, deren Sprühdüsen (10) eine die Rückbefeuchtungsflüssigkeitsmenge übersteigende Flüssigkeitsmenge zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Sprühdüsen (10) zugeführte Feuchtmittelmenge mittels einer Regelungseinrichtung (15) zumindest abhängig von der Geschwindigkeit der Papierbahn (2), der Papierart und der Temperatur der Papierbahn (2) beim Verlassen der Temperaturhaltezone (4) regelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Sprühdüsen (10) zugeführte Feuchtmittelmenge mittels der Regelungseinrichtung (15) auch abhängig von der Temperatur in der Abkühlzone (5) des Trockners (1) und/oder Feuchtigkeit und/oder der Temperatur der Papierbahn (2) nach der Befeuchtungseinrichtung (8) regelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprühdüsen (10) mit Befeuchtungsflüssigkeit und Druckluft zum Ausblasen der Befeuchtungsflüssigkeit beaufschlagbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprühkammern (9) in einer jeweils zugeordneten Absaugkammer (18) angeordnet sind, die mittels wenigstens eines zugeordneten, in den Trockner (1) ausblasenden Absauggebläses (20) absaugbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Absauggebläse (20) wenigstens ein Kühler (22) vorgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kühler (22) über eine Kondensatablaufleitung (23) mit einem im Trockner (1), vorzugsweise im Bereich der Temperaturhaltezone (4) des Trockners (1), angeordneten Ölverdampfer (25) verbunden ist und dass jedem Kühler (22) wenigstens ein Wasserabscheider (24) nachgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ein- und Ausgang der Absaugkammern (18) mit Druckluft beaufschlagbare Luftrakel (26) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den unteren Enden der Wände der oberen Sprühkammer (9) und Absaugkammer (18) Tropfenfänger (27) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprübkammern (9) und Absaugkammern (18) dach- bzw. v-förmig ausgebildet sind.
