Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Sicherung der Naht am Nahtende an Ein- und Zweinadel-Überwendlich-Maschinen unter Benutzung einer Nähgutkantenerkennungs- und -klemmeinrichtung sowie einer Fadentrenneinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einziehen der Fadenkette in die genähte Naht in den Schrittena) ein Fadenzieher 6 bewegt sich aus einer Position unterhalb bzw. oberhalb der Nähebene entgegen der Nährichtung in eine Position oberhalb bzw. unterhalb der Nähebene über das Nähgutende hinaus und trennt dabei die Nähgutunterseite von den Untergreiferfäden der zuletzt gebildeten Stiche bzw. die Nähgutoberseite von den Obergreiferfäden der zuletzt gebildeten Sticheb) ein Schlepphaken (8) wird durch das Öhr (7) des Fadenziehers (6) geschobenc) die Fadenkette (2) wird von einer Saugeinrichtung (5) angesaugt und dabei straff gehaltend) der Schlepphaken (8) zieht die Fadenkette (2) durch das Öhr (7) des Fadenziehers (6), nachdem die Saugeinrichtung (5) durch eine entsprechende Bewegung die Fadenkette (2) um den Schlepphaken (8) gelegt hate) der Fadenzieher (6) bewegt sich von der Position oberhalb bzw. unterhalb der Stichplatte mit der in seinem Öhr befindlichen Fadenkette (2) in seine Ausgangsposition zurück und zieht dabei die Fadenkette (2) zwischen Nähgutunterseite bzw. Nähgutoberseite und Greiferfädenschar
- Vorrichtung zur Sicherung der Naht am Nahtende an Ein- und Zweinadel-Überwendlich-Maschinen, welche nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 betrieben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenzieher (6) ein an seiner Spitze (9) befindliches Öhr (7) aufweist und von einem hilfsenergiebetätigten Stellglied bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenzieher (6) zur sicheren Trennung der Untergreiferfäden von der Nähgutunterseite eine konkav zulaufende Spitze (9) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenzieher (6) mit Hilfe von mechanischen Justageelementen eine auf die jeweilige Nähgutcharakteristik justierbare Bewegungsbahn realisieren kann.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle erforderlichen Bewegungen der die Fadenkette (2) manipulierenden Elemente von einer Steuerung synchronisiert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen geeigneten Sensor aufweist, mit welchem das Nahtende erkannt und die Länge der einzuziehenden Fadenkette reproduzierbar definiert wird.
