- the method according to the invention has in particular the Advantage that the automatic winder if there is no Spinning head feed immediately and controlled in one energy-saving operating mode is shut down, whereby nevertheless it is ensured that the ones to be produced Packages keep their quality standard and that Automatic winder when reinserting the spinning cop feed go back to normal normal operation immediately can.
- the sensory monitoring of the spinning head feed described in claim 2 enables an early reaction to the given situation.
- a tube guard arranged in the area of the transport system of the automatic winder ensures that the signal is received no spinning bobbin feed "immediately to ensure that the transport plates arriving on the tube return line, loaded with empty tubes, are no longer directed in the direction of the converter, but instead are redirected via the so-called passage directly to the bobbin feed line of the automatic winder and then kept ready in the area of the tube return line or the distribution line.
- the sleeve guard is there preferably designed so that once a predetermined Number of empty plate-loaded transport plates directly to Cop feed line has been redirected by the controller the pod keeper sends a corresponding signal to the Central control unit of the cheese winder is discontinued. The central control unit then automatically directs the one Energy saving operation necessary steps in a given Order.
- the number of redirected transport plates corresponds to this advantageously about the number of winding units of the relevant automatic winder (claim 4).
- Such Number is usually sufficient to ensure that at least when reinstalling the spinning head feed on the converter there are so many empty-case-loaded transport plates that the amount of time it takes for the winding units to turn Empty spinning bobbins and thus for the exchange process on Provide converter that can be bridged.
- the advantageous embodiment described in claim 5 ensures that if there is no supply of spinning cops Cross-winder also on energy-saving mode is shut down if, for example, due to Faults at the winding units, the predetermined number transport plate equipped with empty sleeves to be removed a predetermined period of time has not yet been reached.
- the central control unit sets one after the input corresponding signal from the pod guard control immediately Series of control commands from (claims 6 and 7) that cause the cheese winder from normal operation in one defined energy saving mode is shut down.
- This energy-saving operation ensures that the im Transport system of the automatic winder located Transport plates are positioned so that after doffing the Ring spinning machine and thus when reinstalling the Spinnkopszucht immediately enough empty tube-equipped The transport plate is ready and thus the cheese winder back up to normal operation without difficulty can be.

Furthermore, the drive (not shown) of the suction system of the winding machine is switched off and the winding units are set in the switching lock. This means that spinning bobbins in the winding position are wound to the end, but a bobbin change is no longer started. In addition, the preparation stations 42 are switched off and a signal lamp 26 is switched to flashing or steady light.
- central control unit 27 ensures that the Drive 28 of the Kopszu Switzerlandsize 2, the drive 29 of the Link 7, the drive 47 of the Sleeve return path 8 and the drive 48 of the Distribution route 9 is switched off.
- the automatic winder 25 is thus in a power-saving stand-by mode so-called energy saving operation.
- the automatic winder 25 remains in this energy-saving mode until the central control unit 27, for example via the control device 49 of the ring spinning machine 30, is informed that the ring spinning machine 30 is ready to be cleared again and until the signaling device 45 reports Spinning cop feed ".
- the Central control unit 27 of the automatic winder 25 then automatically ensures that the drives described above Transport system 21 are switched on again.
- the converter 34 can immediately take over the spinning bobbin 39 supplied by the ring spinning machine start because there are sufficient empty sleeves 40 on the converter stand by until this time on the sleeve guard 24 stand jammed.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
