Claims (15)
- Rotorhaspel mit zwei in einem drehbaren Rotor gelagerten, unabhängig voneinander drehantreibbaren, zum aufeinanderfolgenden, kontinuierlichen Wickeln von Warmband vorgesehen Haspeln, welche jeweils einen Haspeldorn aufweisen, der aus mehreren spreizbewegbaren Segmenten besteht, welche sich auf axial verschiebbaren keilförmig ausgebildeten Gleitflächen abstützen und bei welchen die Haspel durch Drehen des Rotors zyklisch jeweils aus einer Ausgangsposition in eine Bandbund-Übergabeposition fahrbar sind sowie mit Vorrichtungen zum Leiten einlaufenden Warmbandes auf den Haspeldorn des in der Ausgangsstellung stehenden Haspels und zum Anlegen desselben an den Haspeldorn bis zur schlupffreien Erfassung des Bandes,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (7) zum Leiten und Anlegen des einlaufenden Bandes (4) auf einem achsparallel zum Haspel (2) kraftbetriebenen verschiebbaren Rahmen (15) angeordnet ist. - Rotorhaspel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (15) auf einer Gleitbahn geführt ist. - Rotorhaspel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Rahmen (15) auf Schienen (14) abstützt. - Rotorhaspel nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Rahmen (15) eine Arretiervorrichtung (32) seiner Wirkstellung und/oder Extremstellungen zugeordnet ist. - Rotorhaspel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (15) kraftbetriebene schwenkbare Arme (23, 26, 29, 38) aufweist, welche Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) und/oder Umlenkschalen (20, 21, 22, 39) tragen. - Rotorhaspel nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Drehantriebe für die Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) auf dem Rahmen (15) angeordnet sind. - Rotorhaspel nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehantriebe aus Motoren (34), Getrieben (35) und Antriebswellen (36) bestehen. - Rotorhaspel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Einlaufbereich der Ausgangsposition des Haspels (2) eine gegen den Einlaufrollgang schwenkbare Gleitklappe angeordnet ist. - Rotorhaspel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Einlaufbereich der Ausgangsposition des Haspels (2) gegen den Einlaufrollgang gerichtete Druckmitteldüsen angeordnet sind. - Rotorhaspel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Umlenkschalen gegen den Haspeldorn gerichtete Druckmitteldüsen (5) zugeordnet sind. - Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Rotorhaspels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Aufnahme eines zu wickelnden Warmbandes (4) ein freier Haspeldorn (2) in die Ausgangsstellung gefahren und nach Erreichen dieser Stellung der Rahmen (15) unter den Haspeldorn (2) geschoben und fixiert wird, daß anschließend die Vorrichtungen (7) zum Leiten und Anlegen des Warmbandes (4) in ihre Wirkstellung geschwenkt werden, daß nach Erfassen des Bandanfanges auf dem Haspeldorn (2) die Vorrichtungen (7) zum Leiten und Anlegen des Warmbandes (4) in ihre Ruhestellung abgehoben werden und sodann der Rahmen (15) in seine vor der Stirnfläche des Haspeldorns (2) liegende, diesen freigebende Extremstellung verschoben wird, und daß während des weiteren Wickelns durch Drehen des Rotors der Haspeldorn (2) in seine Bandbund-Übergabeposition gefahren wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erfassen des Bandanfangs auf dem Haspeldorn (2) dieser vorgespreizt ist, die Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) zum Haspeldorn (2) auf einen Spalt von dem ca. Vier- bis Zehnfachen der Banddicke eingestellt sind, die Umlenkschalen (20, 21, 22, 39) zum Haspeldorn (2) einen Spalt von ca. 15 bis 20 mm bilden, daß die Umlenkschalen (20, 21, 22, 39) beim Anwickelvorgang durch ein gegen das Band gerichtetes Medium beaufschlagt werden, der Haspeldorn (2) nach Einlauf der Bandspitze nachgespreizt wird und daß nach Zugaufbau im Band (4) die Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) und Umlenkschalen (20, 21, 22, 39) auf ca. 300 mm vom Haspel (2) beabstandet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spreizbewegung des Haspeldorns (2) sowie die Bewegung der Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) und der Umlenkschalen (20, 21, 22, 39) positionsgeregelt erfolgen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haspeldorn (2) auf seinen maximalen, eine runde Form sichernden Durchmesser gespreizt ist, die Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) zum Haspeldorn auf einen Spalt, welcher der Banddicke + ca. 1 mm entspricht, eingestellt werden, daß die Umlenkschalen (20, 21, 22, 39) beim Anwickelvorgang durch gegen das Band (4) gerichtete Medien beaufschlagt werden, daß die Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) nach Durchlauf der Bandspitze sukzessiv auf Andruck umgeschaltet werden, und daß nach Zugaufbau im Band (4) die Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) und Umlenkschalen (20, 21, 22, 39) auf ca. 300 mm vom Haspel (2) beabstandet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spreizbewegung des Haspeldorns (2) sowie die Beabstandung der Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) und der Umlenkschalen (20, 21, 22, 39) vom Haspeldorn positionsgeregelt erfolgen und daß nach Umschalten der Andrückrollen (17, 18, 19) auf Andruck eine Druckregelung erfolgt.
