Definitions
- the invention relates to a reel furnace for a hot strip with a Furnace hood, a drivable mandrel provided in the furnace hood, which has an insertion opening for the winding end of the hot strip, and with one in a band takeover position of the reel mandrel in the area of it Insertion opening opening tape inlet guide, the in the inlet direction of the Coiling mandrel which can be driven into the insertion opening in a direction transverse to the incoming strip run guide depending on the winding diameter is adjustable.
- the reel ovens exist in the usual way (US-PS 4 761 983) from a heat-insulated furnace hood and one in the Furnace hood provided reel mandrel, which is an insertion opening for the winding end of the tape. that is conveyed over a roller table and over an inlet guide generally consisting of a swivel flap in the furnace is directed.
- the winding end is along the tape entry guide inserted into the insertion opening of the reel mandrel, which for this purpose in a tape takeover position must be rotated.
- the reel mandrel For clamping the winding end the reel mandrel is countered in the insertion opening of the reel mandrel the tape entry direction driven so that the winding end of the Hot strip around the rear with respect to the direction of rotation for winding Edge of the insertion opening is bent. Applying the tape to the coat
- the reel mandrel is supported by pressure rollers, which are in a swing arm are stored and against the reel dome via a cylinder engaging the swing arm or the band windings surrounding the reel mandrel are pressed. After the the first tape turns, the pressure rollers are lifted off the tape reel.
- a disadvantage of these known reel furnaces is above all that the incoming belt strand due to its transverse displacement caused by the increase in the winding diameter is excited to vibrations, which not only have an adverse effect on the tape quality, but can also lead to drive problems of the reel mandrel because of Vibration suppression requires higher belt tension. Apart from that, can the hot strip cannot be fully drawn into the coiler, which is an undesirable Cooling of the end of the strip not entering the reel furnace is conditional.
- the hot strip can be completely in the Coiler oven are fed because in the gusset area between the tape winding and a guiding wedge can be swiveled in to the incoming or outgoing band strand, which coils the rolled up wedge The end of the strip catches and works together to convey the hot strip out of the coiler feeds the three-roll bending device again with a guide rail.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a reel furnace for a hot strip to improve the type described above with simple constructive means so that a completely retracting the hot strip into the reel furnace is made possible without fear that the hot strip will run sideways.
- the invention solves the problem in that in the gusset area between the Tape winding and the incoming or outgoing tape run protrudes a tape guide or is insertable and that the drive for adjusting the reel mandrel in the transverse to the eh securedden Belt run guide made of two, each assigned to a coiler mandrel side, there are separately controllable drive units.
- the tape can be guided in a simple manner be provided that protrudes into this gusset area or is insertable. Through this The strip is guided after the hot strip has been completely drawn into the Coiler furnace the end of the tape slightly protruding from the tape winding The tape guide is caught and the reel mandrel continues to rotate out of the oven headed. Since there is also the drive for adjusting the reel dome from two each There can be separately controlled drive units assigned to the mandrel side the lateral running of the band advantageously by tilting the reel mandrel be balanced. The straight belt run thus ensured represents an essential one Prerequisite for a proper, complete winding of the tape on the Reel mandrel.
- the constant inlet conditions not only result in an advantageous use of space in the area of the incoming strip run, but also simplify the winding process, which can also be supported in that the reel mandrel at least a stationary pressure roller is assigned, against which the coiler mandrel with a predetermined force is pressed.
- This pressure roller can by a role of the Coiler furnace are formed below the roller table penetrating what, creates particularly simple design relationships, with the possibility that Do not wind the tape in the oven, but continue to convey it below the oven.
- the one drive roller assigned to the tape roll of the drive roller pair can advantageously be designed as a stationary pressure roller, on the one hand the winding process in the area of the first tape turns and on the other hand the unwinding process supported by an appropriate conveying force on the tape to be unwound can be.
- the reel furnace according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 consists essentially from a heat-insulated furnace hood 1, in which a hollow coiler mandrel 2 is provided, which has an insertion opening 3 for the winding end in its jacket 4 of the tape 5 to be wound.
- a tape inlet guide 6 provided, which are hinged together from two Swing flaps 7 and 8, the swivel cylinder 9 for each are adjustable.
- the tape takeover position shown in FIG. 1 opens the tape inlet guide 6 in the region of the insertion opening 3, so that the Band 5 with its winding end 4 through the insertion opening 3 into the reel mandrel 2 is introduced.
- the belt conveyor is via a belt inlet guide 6 upstream pair of driving rollers 10 supported.
- the winding end 4 corresponding to FIG. 2nd around the rear edge 11 of the insertion opening in the direction of rotation of the reel mandrel 2 3 is bent, which is a correspondingly curved contact surface for the winding end 4 forms that due to the winding mandrel rotation in the direction of the Tape compared to winding in opposite directions only a small one Is subjected to bending. Therefore larger strip thicknesses can be used without fear of cracking. It also turns out in Transition area from one turn to the next a lower band increase and thus less vibration excitation. It therefore becomes a cheaper transition between the winding radii of two successive Band turns reached.
- the winding of the winding end 4 on the reel mandrel 2 is driven by stationary pressure rollers 12 supported, compared to the Coiler mandrel 2 can be moved transversely to the incoming strip strand 13.
- the bearing blocks 14 for the reel mandrel 2 which are via drive shafts is driven on the two reel mandrel sides in a corresponding manner aligned backdrop guide 15 slidably mounted.
- the adjustment drive for the coiler mandrel 2 consists of two, each assigned to a coiler mandrel side, separately controllable drive units 16, for example from two actuating cylinders, so that the coiler mandrel 2 shifts parallel to itself, but also by one axis running in the strip infeed direction can be pivoted.
- the reel mandrel 2 is driven by the drive units 16 after each revolution measure of the tape thickness from the stationary pressure rollers 12 removed, so that the impact point 17 of the incoming ribbon strand 13 on the Forming tape winding is given unchanged locally and the incoming Belt strand 13 between the opened pair of driver rollers 10 and the Impact 17 always occupies a constant position.
- This due to the transverse displacement of the coiler mandrel 2 does not change geometric conditions in the area of the incoming band run 13 allow in the Gusset area between the incoming band strand 13 and the reel mandrel 2 or the tape roll forming a scale collecting device 18 to provide that prevents scaling falling off the tape roll on the incoming band strand 13 falls.
- This scale catcher 18 can also be used as a tape guide 19 when the tape is complete is wound up on the reel mandrel 2 and it is important that the slightly protruding Catch tape end 20 and lead out of the coiler, like this Fig. 5 shows.
- the tape drain guide 19 with the help of a Adjusting cylinder 21 advanced against the tape roll, so that the protruding Drain end 20 of the tape along the tape drain guide 19 against the Driving roller pair 10 is passed.
- the tape wrap is for the initiation of the unwinding process is pressed against the pressure rollers 12 which then act as driver roles.
- the tape is pulled off further in a conventional manner via the drive rollers 10, the outgoing Band strand 22 depending on the transverse adjustment of the reel mandrel 2 of the decreasing winding diameter in turn a constant one Assumes position, which is indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 5.
- a reel furnace which unwinds the strip also allowed on the side of the furnace opposite the strip infeed side.
- a furnace on the side facing away from the tape inlet guide 6 on the tape reel adjustable tape drain guide 23 is provided, which End of 20 of the tape catches and a downstream pair of drive rollers 24 supplies, from which the drive roller assigned to the tape roll through the stationary pressure roller 12 is formed.
- the dash-dotted line in Fig. 6 drawn position of the tape drain guide 23 the tape on the Belt infeed on the opposite side of the furnace.
- rest position of the drain guide 23 is the passage opening of the Oven closed for the outgoing belt.
- the invention is of course not limited to the illustrated embodiments limited.
- the pressure rollers 12 could cross to
- the belt can be adjustable to remove the pressure rollers from the tape roll or to be able to move away from the coiler mandrel. It would also be possible to get the incoming the tape with the help of a clamping device in the insertion opening to hold on.
