Claims (10)
- Spannwerkzeug, insbesondere Spannzwinge, Spannstock oder Spanntisch, mit einer ersten (1) und einer zweiten Spannbacke (2), wobei die erste, an einer Zug- oder Schubstange (3) sitzende Spannbacke (1) gegenüber der zweiten Spannbacke (2) mittels eines ersten auf einen gegen die Rückstellkraft einer Feder (4) verlagerbaren Mitnahmeschieber wirkenden Wfrkarm (36) einer Hebelübertragung (6,10) schrittweise in eine Richtung verlagerbar ist und mit einer freigebbaren Rückdrücksperre, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebelübertragung (6, 10) so ausgestaltet ist, daß sich der Wirkarm (36) der Hebelübertragung (6, 10) bei zunehmender Spannkraft verkürzt.
- Spannwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebelübertragung einen den verkürzbaren Wirkarm (36) ausbildenden Betätigungshebel (6) und einer Handhabe (10) umfasst, wobei der Betätigungshebel (6) bei einer Schwenkverlagerung der Handhabe gegen eine Beaufschlagungsfläche (9) des Mitnahmeschiebers wirkt.
- Spannwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (6) einen veränderbaren Lagerpunkt (8,11) besitzt.
- Spannwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (6) eine als Langloch (11) ausgebildete Lageröffnung besitzt, welche von einem gehäusefesten Lagerzapfen (8) durchsetzt ist.
- Spannwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (6) zweiarmig ausgebildet ist und der dem Wirkarm (36) gegenüber liegende zweite Arm (7) von der Handhabe (10) schwenkbar ist.
- Spannwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wirkarm (36) in Beaufschlagungsrichtung federvorgespannt ist und sich beim Überschreiten der Federvorspannung verkürzt.
- Spannwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (6) ein Winkelhebel ist, dessen verschiebbares Lager (8,11) im Winkelscheitel angeordnet ist.
- Spannwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbacke (1) wahlweise an einem der beiden Enden (3', 3") der Zug- oder Schubstange befestigbar ist.
- Spannwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Arm (7) des Betätigungshebels (6) von einer Feder (12) in Veränderungsrichtung des Lagerpunktes belastet ist.
- Spannwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Arm (7) des Betätigungshebels (6) von der Feder (12) in einer Höhlunng (13) der als Hebel ausgebildeten Handhabe (10) gleitend einliegt.
