Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for collecting garbage comprising an underground container.
  • Such a device is well known and is used, for example, for the separate collection of clothing, paper or glass waste.
  • the known device comprises an inner container made of sheet steel, which is placed in a buried in the ground outer container.
  • the inner container has a foldable bottom part and is closed by a lid on which a pillar has been set up, provided with control means for the bottom part, for example a linkage, a filling opening for depositing waste and a lifting eye.
  • the inner container of the known device is emptied by this inner container is wound with lid from the outer container to the lifting eye with the help of a specially equipped lifting device which also cooperates with the operating means of the fold-out bottom part.
  • the known apparatus for underground collection of refuse is intended primarily for installation in only a limited number of central locations for separately collecting reusable dry waste.
  • the known device is not - at least less - suitable for use in collecting partially wet and foul-smelling bulk waste, such as dry and wet packaging material of snacks or other food, or disposable diapers.
  • partially wet and foul-smelling bulk waste such as dry and wet packaging material of snacks or other food, or disposable diapers.
  • the generation of wastes lying around is a common phenomenon, because the litter bins are too small, or the throwing in of waste takes place too inappropriately, so that the litter beside the litter Garbage containers lands and is blown away by the wind.
  • the capacity problem of above-ground waste containers could be solved by installing underground waste containers, which are not suitable in the known embodiment for collecting wet and foul-smelling bulk waste, and which are too expensive for installation in short mutual distances in a large number.
  • a device for collecting refuse according to the preamble of claim 1 is known with an underground container, a feed opening and a suction opening open the upper ground.
  • the underground container has a structure which is preferably open at the bottom and communicates with the supply port.
  • the structure is provided with an inlet opening and the structure is movable between a stand shielding the feed opening and a stand leaving the feed opening movable by rotating the structure. Such a device still takes up much space.
  • the aim of the invention is to provide a device for underground collection of waste, which is suitable for decentralized collection of bulk waste.
  • Another goal is to provide a device that is simple in design and relatively cheap to buy.
  • the device By making it possible to empty a device according to the invention by means of a suction opening, the device can be easily carried out.
  • the device no longer needs to be retrieved from the ground, but can be permanently buried therein.
  • This device takes up little space, while on the other hand may contain a lot of waste. Further, the waste will remain relatively cool underground so that odor formation is limited.
  • a double construction with inner and outer container is superfluous, as well as a linkage for operating a fold-out floor.
  • the container is largely buried under the mowing field.
  • the device takes up little space.
  • permanent it is meant that the construction is not such that it is the intention that the device can and often be retrieved from the ground.
  • the feed opening is also the suction opening.
  • the structure of a column which shields this suction opening preferably shields against vertical access. This is mainly about shielding the openings against direct access.
  • the column is provided on its underside with a hinge whereby the column is folded down.
  • the column is thereby hingedly coupled at its bottom to the container.
  • the column is equipped with at least one preferably provided with a flap inlet opening in a standing wall. This can be odor nuisance be prevented.
  • the device may include sealing means, for example a rubber ring, between the column and container to prevent water from (rain) flowing into the container.
  • sealing means for example a rubber ring
  • the device is used in close cooperation with an aspirated suction device.
  • an aspirated suction device Here it has the advantage when the suction device is mobile.
  • the diameter of the suction means is smaller than the diameter of the suction opening for the formation of an air inlet opening.
  • the invention also relates to a method for emptying the device by means of a suction device with suction means.
  • the method is to be carried out in an advantageous manner when the suction means comprise a suction tube or hose.
  • the suction device mobile, and the mobile suction device is brought to the waste container.
  • the underground tank is mainly made of concrete. That's cheap, durable and wet and sour waste grown.
  • Such a container made of concrete is not or difficult to remove from the ground.
  • the container has a cylindrical shape in connection with easy cleaning.
  • the column preferably has a bottom corresponding to the suction opening of the container. Sealing means may be mounted between the bottom of the column and the top of the container, whereby the container is not accessible or to a lesser extent for (rain) water, which thereby can not trickle.
  • the column is hinged at its bottom hinged to the container. Further, the column is mainly constituted by a lid member and a peripheral wall of this substantially protruding wall projecting from this lid member, and this is provided with an inlet opening, which is preferably formed in a standing wall of the column. In any case, the column has an expanding shape from the inlet opening in the downward direction. As a result, no waste stuck in the interior of the column and the device can therefore not be clogged.
  • FIG. 1 shows a device 1 for collecting garbage underground, with a container 2 sunk into the ground just below the mowing field 4 and a superstructure extending above the mowing field, here in the form of a column 3 installed on the upper edge of the container 2 has been.
  • the supply opening 16 which is here also suction opening, shielded.
  • the container 2 was composed of a cylindrical base made of concrete with a bottom 15 and an upstanding wall 5 which has a longitudinally stepped upper edge 6, and a likewise cylindrical concrete shell 7 has been installed on the upper edge 6 of the lower part, and the its top cone-shaped on a metal peripheral edge 8 tapers, on the upper side a truncated conical hollow column 3 was made as a structure.
  • the container is permanently installed in the ground.
  • the open top of the container 2 forms a sealable or shieldable by the column 3 suction port 16 for a suction line.
  • the upper part 7 equipped with the peripheral edge 8 is, for example, a construction known per se which is used for gullies and therefore can be supplied immediately on a commercial scale in various diameters and heights.
  • the column 3 has a spherical fixed lid 13 and a downwardly widening wall 14, and is connected on its underside by a hinge 9 and this hinge 9 opposite fastened closure structure 10, for example by means of a padlock, with the edge 8 equipped with a rubber peripheral ring 11 between column 3 and edge 8 to a watertight seal.
  • the top of the column 3 was provided with an inlet port 12 which is closed by a flap which has been hung on a hinge (not shown) on the inside of the column 3.
  • To throw trash into the column To facilitate the flap was equipped with a radially extending from column 3 control handle (not shown).
  • the conical shape of the column 3 ensures that thrown waste does not get stuck in the column, but always fall into the container 2.
  • the container 2 can be emptied easily by means of a suction device intended for this purpose.
  • FIG. 2 shows how the device described in FIG. 1 can be made accessible for the suction means in order to empty the container 2.
  • the lock or the lock is cleared and tilts the column 3 via hinge 9 open.
  • the lock 10 is opened and the column 3 is tilted about the hinge 9 (in the figure to the left), whereby the top of the container 2 is released for admitting the hose of the suction device.
  • the column is thus in a lying position. If the column must be temporarily removed, for example, for maintenance or repair work, or for decommissioning of device 1, the column 3 can be replaced by a known manhole cover, which is placed on the peripheral edge 8.
  • FIG. 3 shows the sucking out of the device from FIG. 1.
  • a suction tube or tube 20 is introduced into the container 2 via the feed opening 16. Then this is sucked out.
  • a mobile suction device 21 is driven to the device. In this way, for example, a recreation area can be quickly and hygienically disposed of garbage.
  • the various devices present in the field can be visited and emptied by the suction device.
