Figur 1 zeigt eine Vorrichtung 1 zum unterirdisch Sammeln von Müll, mit einem in den Boden gerade unter dem Mähfeld 4 versunkenen Behälter 2 und einen sich über dem Mähfeld erstreckenden Aufbau, hier in der Form einer Säule 3, die auf den Oberrand des Behälters 2 installiert wurde. Hierdurch wird die Zufuhröffnung 16, die hier zugleich Saugöffnung ist, abgeschirmt. Der Behälter 2 wurde aus einem zylinderförmigen Unterteil aus Beton mit einem Boden 15 und einer aufstehenden Wand 5 die einen im Längsschnitt stufenförmigen Oberrand 6 hat zusammengesetzt, und einen ebenso zylinderförmigen Betonoberteil 7 hat der auf den Oberrand 6 des unteren Teiles installiert wurde, und der an seiner Oberseite zapfenförmig auf einen Metallumfangsrand 8 zuläuft, auf dessen Oberseite eine abgestumpfte kegelförmige hohle Säule 3 als Aufbau angestellt wurde. Der Behälter ist bleibend im Boden aufgestellt. Die offene Oberseite des Behälters 2 bildet eine durch die Säule 3 abschließbare oder abschirmbare Saugöffnung 16 für eine Saugleitung. Der mit dem Umfangsrand 8 ausgestattete Oberteil 7 ist Vorzügsweise eine an sich bekannte Konstruktion, die für Gullys angewandt wird, und deshalb in kommerziellem Maßstab in verschiedenen Durchmessern und Höhen sofort lieferbar ist. Die Säule 3 hat einen sphäri-schen festen Deckel 13 und eine sich abwärts ausweitende Wand 14, und ist an ihrer Unterseite durch ein Scharnier 9 und eine diesem Scharnier 9 gegenüber befestigte Schließkonstruktion 10, zum Beispiel mit Hilfe eines Hängeschloßes, mit dem Rand 8 verbunden, ausgestattet mit einem Umfangsring aus Gummi 11 zwischen Säule 3 und Rand 8 zu einer wasserdichten Abdichtung. Die Oberseite der Säule 3 wurde mit einem Einlaßöffnung 12 versehen der durch eine Klappe abgeschlossen wird, die an ein Scharnier (nicht gezeigt) an der Innenseite der Säule 3 aufgehängt wurde. Um das Einwerfen von Müll in die Säule zu erleichtern, wurde die Klappe mit einem sich radial von Säule 3 erstreckenden Stellgriff (nicht gezeigt) ausgestattet. Die konische Form der Säule 3 gewährleistet daß eingeworfene Abfälle nicht in der Säule stecken bleiben, sondern immer in den Behälter 2 geraten. Claims (9)

  1. Device (1) for collection of waste, comprising a container (2) substantially remaining underground provided with a feed opening (16) debouching to above surface and provided with a super structure (3) having an inlet opening (12), the super structure (3) being provided with an opening at its lower side, said opening being in communication with the feed opening (16), and wherein the super structure (3) is movable between a position screening off the feed opening (16) and a position leaving the feed opening (16) exposed, characterized in that the feed opening (16) of the container (2) is a suction opening, in that the super structure (3) is a column screening off the suction opening (16) and in that the column (3) at its lower side is provided with a hinge (9) about which the column (3) is tiltable.
  2. Device (1) according to claim 1, wherein the opening of the column (3) corresponds to the suction opening (16).
  3. Device (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the column (3) screens off the suction opening (16) against vertical access, preferably against direct access.
  4. Device (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the column (3) is provided with an inlet opening (12) in an upright wall (14), the inlet opening been preferably provided with a flap.
  5. Device (1) according to one of the claims 1-4, wherein the container (2) has a wall, which wall is in direct contact with the waste when the container (2) contains waste.
  6. Process for emptying a device (1) according to one of the preceding claims 1-5, using a suction device (21) provided with suction means (20), wherein the column (3) is tilted about the hinge (9) in order to expose the suction opening (16), after which the suction means (20) are inserted into the suction opening (16) of the device (1), after which the device (1) is emptied by suction.
  7. Process according to claim 6, wherein the suction means (20) comprises a suction pipe or suction hose.
  8. Process according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the suction device (21) is mobile.
  9.
